Let me suggest something, the queue has been increased to much, what do you think to clear it? I am at 37 in queue. It's too much time to wait, isn't it?
Sometimes there is a problem with the queue where it doesn't clear out old requests. The only way I can fix it is to reboot the server program. I am fixing this in the next version with the use of an actual database instead of lists.

Let me know if your position doesn't change for a few hours. That will indicate to me that I need to reboot it.

I dont know how to say in the project development language, but can you do like this: Users that are not active which means that their tab is closed to be not considered and be removed from the list(queue). Do you understand me?
2322  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Do you still really use faucet? on: August 28, 2015, 08:30:00 PM
Im use faucet from yobit Smiley

Faucet from Yobit? Hmm Yobit has faucet now?

I Just checked it now but I haven't see any faucets there except for additional free coins in FreeCoins section.

May I know where can I find it?

At the beginning it was giving hundreds of satoshi every hour then it decreased to 1 satoshi every 10 min.
So i think it does not worth, even though it is just a click and no captcha.

[..] 2016, The Year of Bitcoin..? [..]

..No. The year of bitcoin was 2009. Specifically from January 3rd to January 12th 2009.

-------------------

..The 'honorary/second-tier' year of bitcoin was 2011. Specifically around June 12th 2009.

 ..The 'honorary/third-tier' year of bitcoin was 2013, as we all know ;p  Specifically between March 6th 2013 & April 29th 2013, as well as from Sept. 29th 2013 to ~Jan. 6th 2014.

-------------------

Understandably you froth at the mouth aching for your starry-eyed 2015-2017 bubble dreams to come to save you from financial disaster ; However, merely solving the blocksize debate + great bitcoin/blockchain-based service announcement news + the block reward halving of 2016 may certainly not be sufficient to turn BTC from a brushed-off curiosity into a *must-use* vehicle for the mainstream masses worldwide (a mass adoption scenario which indeed would raise prices stratospherically) - And thus, fail to mark 2016 as solid candidate for 'The [New] Year of Bitcoin'.

Well this is a nice summary, if i have a blog i would quote your post. There are ups and downs including this year on February when an exchange was hacked and 7,170 BTC were stolen.

Audit score is something public so you can try yourself and tell us the results. based on the result I can offer a price but still must check with other tools.

i think is not we need give more time to bitcoin grow and all people in this world accept bitcoin as a currency maybe year 2020 is possible

Good prevision. 2020 is a sympathetic year (two twenty). If it will be possible it will not bad. But I don't think so. This year is to near to be realized such thought I think.

Isn't it 2020 (twenty twenty Tongue), guys we are still in 2015, 4 months to come this year and the "magic" can happen.
2330  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: UpTweet - Earn Bitcoin For Your Tweets! on: August 28, 2015, 03:26:26 PM

2332  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: August 28, 2015, 03:10:55 PM
i dont like it when my coins leave my wallet. i like to keep everything in one place lol.
thats why investing coins doesn't seem appealing to me

Holding is a good method too but others preferred to not let their coins sleep in their wallet.

You will soon learn any method of growing your btc.

And you must accept that sometimes , there is time that your coins needs to leave from your wallet. Tongue

If you bought bitcoin before some days when it was extremely cheap then you can see the profit these days to sell all of them.
Or you can hold even more longer maybe bitcoin price will increase much more.

2335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New 1.2.3 Fork block 92000 on: August 27, 2015, 09:46:10 PM
So far, from all the devs i have spoken to, they all say burst is flawed. The core dev hasn't shown his face in a while, and devs have only left this coin. Why would I stick around? I have never been paid, and tbh i'm not much good anyway. It's a shame that burstcoin.biz doesn't has an asset explorer....but that's all i've managed to achieve. The burstcoin.info is about as crap as a site gets. I dunno guys, can you tell me why I should stick around without a whitepaper? I am not good enough to be able to review the algo.

I was just starting to start mining with my hdd (500gb free) dont know about the profit but thanks for letting me know this. For the rest i will keep watching this topic.
2336  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: brainwallet.io on: August 27, 2015, 09:38:49 PM
Awesome, one more suggestion i was thinking something like this:
snip
He could probably add an option for a fancier image like that. I like how it is now, because like prodigy8 said, it uses very little ink when being printed compared to your suggested design.

Ok then I think adding 2 buttons: 1st let be as it is now "Simple print" with a description that it uses little ink and the 2nd button with a design which use lots of ink inc. color. The design should be good even if the printer is black and white. This is just an idea so the OP can implement it.
2337  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: August 27, 2015, 09:11:17 PM
The bear market has lasted long enough. I predict 2016 is the year where bitcoin finally breaks through, both in price and in mainstream adoption.

The fork issue is a distraction. It won't kill bitcoin. The majority will eventually choose what fork they want to use, whether it is the original, or XT, or some third option.

I see the fork issue as silly infighting which only hurts bitcoin. I want bitcoin to succeed, that's what I care about, not what version of BTC I use. I will go with the majority, whichever fork is chosen.

It 's easy to predict without any arguments  Smiley
What make you think Bitcoin is about to go mainstream? Amazon accepting BTC in 2016?

Well yes, Amazon i have a feeling that will accept btc, on that way bitcoin price will change a lot. It should and the Ebay integrate the bitcoin as a payment method. In this way while big e-commerce companies include this payment method the price of bitcoin will increase and people will be more interested to invest in bitcoin.

Call me pessimistic, but I seriously doubt anything like Amazon or Ebay adopting Bitcoin would take place next year. There is currently no benefit for merchants to accept Bitcoin, and there is even proof to suggest that Bitcoin acceptance hurts sales (I believe Firefox is the one that made the study).

Anyways, we are a long ways away from mass adoption. Price fluctuation in 2016? I would be upset if it didn't, with the halving and all. However, I don't think that is enough to boost Bitcoin into the mainstream.

I accept that there can be a loss for amazon if they had added bitcoin this year, we know 300s at the beginning of this year and now 200s and if ebay and amazon implemented this then they would lose -33.33%.
I think they are waiting for bitcoin price to be stable and implement it.

Oh no, I don't mean holding Bitcoin at all. Just by adding Bitcoin as a payment option, companies can lose overall sales. In other words, even if you use a payment processor that transacts the purchases to USD instantly, companies will experience a loss in revenue.

I read up on it a while back, so I don't have too precise of information, but the premise was as followed: Mozilla Firefox began accepting Bitcoin donations. Donations spiked up a bit as everyone who wanted to donate with Bitcoin did at the start. Most people only donated once, and after accepting Bitcoin, donations overall dropped a bit (which was allegedly caused by a loss of credibility in the eyes of potential donators through the acceptance of Bitcoin). In other words, the small group that you could potentially win over by accepting Bitcoin is smaller than the group you could potentially lose from accepting Bitcoin.

In this case I agree completely with you, there will be always a loss to convert bitcoin to usd immediately, but it can be profits too(but rare). When we donate via bitcoin we think that we donated x btc but in fact it was different when the donation was collected at the end of the "campaign".
Let's hope for the 2016, but there are 4 more months in 2015.

Yeah and everyone believes that year 2016 would be the year of bitcoins as it's value would be reaching to a new level, atleast it would give us some profits in the year, as right now the value of bitcoin is going down and that is the reason everyone is worried about, but lets hope for the best that it would give us some good returns in the year 2016.

Everything can happen maybe 2016 is the year of bitcoin to succeed, but with "tempo" in this way it hard to belive. As i said before i would be happy with $500
2338  Economy / Services / Re: Coinomat.com - Signature Campaign! [STARTED] on: August 27, 2015, 09:02:54 PM
I think OP is definitely away. He isn't didn't reply here or PM me about the disappeared posts.
Btw, if you posted during the counting period, I would check that you didn't lose any posts as well.

Like I said before, they should move non counted posts due the posts being made during the counting phase to the next term instead of making them disappear because then we will always lose some posts during the payday because the counting and payment time is pretty random so you may be still posting while the counting still started, and once the next term stats the bots restarts to 0 so you can't keep track of it unless you count it yourself since there's no google spreadsheet.

I think that the best way it to post for 6.7 days just only last 5-7 hours of the day dont post if you think you lose the posts not counted.
Nope, what they should do is roll the non counted posts to the next term automatically so they don't get lost like other campaigns do, its the only way to fairly solve it. I can't choose when to post, i only post during small breaks from my job, there shouldn't be a gamble in the last day where you may or not may lost posts.

I understand you, but at this situation that is the only solution, until the OP changes anything in their backend, or anything in their bot

i have 4,5 Tb on a win pc, could i mine?

of course that you can mine, just check the OP thread and you will notice how to do that.

Also the PR team release a new and usefull tool ALL in ONE from where you should be able to start to mine this coin in a few easy steps, you can check it here -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=731923.msg12174611#msg12174611

Welcome to the BURST world Smiley

I watched the video, after ploting which use CPU and HDD write/read at the maximum speed. After this will it use only the cpu or only the hdd or both? I have 500gb free.

it will use CPU and HDD slightly, for about 1 min or so per block. But that's it. it is about 25% less efficient than just leaving your computer on Smiley I mine on my main rig all day long and notice no decrease in performance or any issues whatsoever.

What is your rig, and what is your daily profit (excluding electricity...) Can you suggest me anything? I have 500GB free.

This is an update, thank you unchi, you are very kind. It's really hard to remember 12 different words of this kind.
What about to release an update for print Smiley a good design of the printed page?

That's a brilliant idea, and I will definitely implement it.  Thank you.

I like that you like my suggestion, finger crossed for the next update. The activity of visitors will increase definitely.

UPDATE

Print button has been added!  It just prints out your keys and QR codes.  Plain and simple.

Awesome, one more suggestion i was thinking something like this:
