i remember it was done vy Tsv or whatever his nick was
I'm not sure if ccminer will do cryptonight. But the Cuda miner will do it I believe.

Yup its with two of them.
Coinotron is showing ~46.5Mh for the 980Tis

And just for fun I put the same miner on my gaming desktop that has a 290x and its getting 26-31

Who knows... maybe im doing it wrong.
What new miner are you using?

Well then they should dump their DCR and move on so we don't have to hear the complaints.

Then when we pass ETH  they will be back crying because they sold.

IDK what you people expect, from $1 to $100 in 1 week?!

That's what the majority did expect I think
We need media coverage like ETH got...then it will fly.
2324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ethminer-0.9.41-genoil-1.x.x on: March 02, 2016, 07:08:06 PM
a question, is the 980ti better than 970 for ethereum? what is the hashrate?

i means better in terms of watt/reward

seems that the 980 is slower than a 280x, not worth it for the moment, maybe ther will be a tweak in the future
I wonder what the 980ti will do?

I have two 980Ti's but im not sure how to get the miner to see both GPUs
Yes I know what you mean.....what hashrate are you getting?

For the same reason i dont want that crap in ccminer Wink
I'll delete it.. but why do you hate that coin .

Why people dump DCR on Bittrex? Any bad news?  Huh

is there any good news? The current price is very exaggerated. it s just bubble.
Yes an inverse bubble ....it should be 4x the price....imo

Simple answer easy bucks in ccex pocket.

yupp.
long answer?     c-cex is the new yobit
ever since spots and bobsurplus wrapped yuri (the owner) around their finger theres been nothing but scam ICO's and shitcoins added
and spots just pm's noobs all day from his shill accounts to make people buy his scams on there
STAY AWAY FROM C-CEX
they dont even have a volume in real coins, just shitcoins
i had to wait almost 3 days for a 2btc w/d (just got it yesterday)
and couldnt even move it to an altcoin cause theres no volume there! (only in shitcoins)

It seems so.  Undecided

You have to rename your file, name it "ccminer_sp.exe" and overwrite original "ccminer_sp.exe".
I did and then it shows an error on opening the miner control.

Can you post screen shot or send it to support@nicehash.com?
Sorry for the late response ..but I just downloaded the latest and now I'm totally confused. It's looking for miners that aren't there.
And I did read the part about the antivirus deleting some apps.
How does it read all the miners in the bin....unless I take them out?
Are the miners in the bin the ones that the controller accesses?

Ya baby, I just got home with a trunk full of goodies  Grin

2- 280x's (Asus) and 3 -7950's, 2 - 3 way PCI-E (Asus) motherboards, an 850w corsair PSU and a 1200 watt corsair PSU and of course hard drives, ram and assorted risers and cases and an open air rack..... all used of course. but barely.

Got some serious rebuilding to do! But plan to have a least 2 more 7950's running before I go to sleep lol  Feels like Christmas time  Grin

Just had to share my excitement lol
Where did you buy them used?

Does anyone can give me a eth miner that works with Nvidia on Win 7 x 64

Thx in advance

Download windows miner here : https://eth.suprnova.cc/index.php?page=gettingstarted

https://i.imgur.com/77bCyeY.jpg  0 Mh with 5x 750 Ti

750 ti cards are really bad for ETH on windows(2-3mh), they do a bit better on linux around 3-5mh

Take a look at this article and the comments about using a 750 TI with linux only http://cryptomining-blog.com/7316-the-latest-ethminer-0-9-41-genoil-1-0-4b3-for-windows/

If you have any GTX 970 cards they have instructions for getting around 19 mhs out of them
I just want to run a benchmark test with a 750ti on Ethereum and on my  VISTA computer to see if it beats windows 8.1.
Anyone have a link to  CUDA version plz  thx
Ps I need a batch file too.
2333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell kernels. on: February 28, 2016, 01:48:22 PM
wow the small pool yimp or what it is called, is much better, i'm doing 0.1 per hour for decred

supernova is fucked i think, not working right
At what hashrate? I'm doing .7 an hour at suprnova.

SP anyone why is the 750ti's hashrate so bad with ethereum? Is it because it's not implemented fully yet? Thx

You should get 5 MHASH. But on linux only..
But why so little ? And no windows ?

RIGHT CARD FOR THE COIN--

Currently, my 750ti cards are mining Decred (DCR) with no difficulty.  My compute 5.2 (900 series) cards are mining Ethereum (ETH).  I am planning on putting my AMD 280x cards back online, they reportedly can handle ETH pretty well.  Both DCR and ETH are on the rise.

I notice that DCR has a very long confirmation time.  I had DCR coins coming in for 2-3 days after I stopped mining them last time.       --scryptr
Thx  scryptr...what hashrate on ethereum do you get on a 980ti?

GTX 980ti--

My dream card!  I don't own one yet, but I hope to purchase one new.  I plan to replace my Win 7 GTX 960 SC with a Zotac AMP! or an EVGA Classified.  From what I read the Zotac will outperform the Classified out-of-the-box.  It may have no room to overclock, though.

But Pascal cards loom near.  Currently, my GTX 270 FTW+ cards get just below 20 Mh/s each, stock, mining ETH.  No spare change for a deluxe model at the moment.       --scryptr
Thx scryptr

I'll answer : 980Ti Extreme: 20 Gh ( bad )     .... 390G1 GAMING : 28Gh....  280X GAMING 4G : 22Gh....

Because Cuda 5.x cards seem to have TLB cache which is not big enough for >1GB of addresses being cached.
750Ti were getting~8MH in the beginning, but when DAG size went to 1.3GB - bang, speed dramatically decreased.
It seems under Windows there are problems allocating and addressing so much ram effectively.
Under linux they still get ~ 5MH/s, but under Windows its 10x less. Its due to driver&chip limitations.
It seems most Nvidia cards, except most recent ones, have this "full speed for half the memory" limitation
Ok I see...thx  Wonder if windows  vista would be any different?  Maybe I'll give it a try.
