2321  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: March 04, 2016, 06:09:05 AM
Big Crash is coming very fast and it looks like China will be first victim. Signals are worse than expected:
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-03-02/china-s-real-estate-frenzy-is-back-as-shenzhen-prices-surge-50
Ok but does this necessarily mean that bitcoin will be inversely affected or can it ever benefit from a economic downturn in the major markets of large economic countries such as china and india?
This I never thought about until now when this subject has come up, since it hasn't been like this since the USA crash of 2008.
While news are not optimistic, it looks like internal Chinese problem this time. I doubt that trouble will reach outside economies of western countries.
But if this real estate crisis will spread on the stock markets an affect currency trading we will have more serious problem.
2322  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: March 03, 2016, 04:33:00 PM
If a global economic crisis/crash will happen again I hope the BTC network will be ready for the highest price increase in the History of mankind.
So I am waiting even though I admit I'm a bit concerned about what could happen
In the time of crisis economic assets and luxury goods (stocks, obligations; securities in general) are usually depreciated.
I don't see why bitcoin which is currently considered as investment will behave differently.
2323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Block size max cap should be raised to 2mb with block halving in July 2016 -Y/N? on: March 03, 2016, 04:07:09 PM
You may now vote by signing with your coins on Bitcoinocracy. Let us see, which side holders are on...

Why bother when we know that holders have no power over bitcoin network at all? We all know our views are not important.
Only miners, hash whales and bitcoin companies could have something to say here.
2324  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: March 03, 2016, 04:02:40 PM
I feel like all this situation and overall problems of excessive gambling could be solved quite easily. With little effort.
How? I noticed that huge number of addicted gamblers lack some basic self awareness and knowledge about basics of gambling, probability, odds and systems.
Reading very simple FAQ with explanation of some basic gambling rules, to do/not to do list and myth busting could help a lot of people.
2325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football pics for today at 3.1 odds. on: March 03, 2016, 03:32:01 PM
Dude, like the others said, it will be miracle if you pull this up somehow, 13 matches parlay for 3.1 odds Huh
But, good luck to you anyway.
It is certainly near impossible. But I have seen crazier bets which in the ends were correct. But, personally I wouldn't put much money in these bets here.
Second thing: Op if you post your BTC address in standard form instead of QR code your tip chance would be higher I think.
2326  Economy / Gambling / Re: [ANN] Block-Roulette on: March 03, 2016, 03:24:23 PM

The outcome of the roulette game is determined by the hash of the bitcoin block.

Well that's a cool idea, but you guys need to work more on the look of the site, it kinda looks empty and amateurish, not very attractive to potential players.

Thanks for your feedback.  Probably we need some more images and female faces?   Smiley
I don't know about that. We have sexy ladies as a background in almost every online casino. You know what they say - sex sells.
But that is not mandatory imo, but I agree that background for know looks little 'amateurish" and it should be upgraded - image of casino interior in the background or something should be fine.

Really good concept, especially the stuff when game determines which number won. Though it might be a little too technical for some people.
The only issue I have so far is: why this has to be american version of roulette? Make it European, please.
2329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽⚽⚽ Godly Soccer Tipster ⇢ FREE & PREMIUM TIPS ⚽⚽⚽ on: March 01, 2016, 10:28:59 PM
Are you gonna always offer these free tips or are you planning to switch fully to pay per tip model in the future, when you will reach some higher level of recognition?
After 10 tips one can't possibly see accuracy of your tips... I am waiting for more high odds tips.
2330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Method for Easy BTC on: March 01, 2016, 02:54:31 AM
I think the strategy that has been distributed will not work anymore. the system will know. because a lot of people taking use it
What are you talking about? Rules of the dice can't be changed, martingale can be used anyway. Strategy won't stop suddenly working because people are using it.
Martingale is not valid strategy in the fist place - it is a system with a lot of flaws and you can only diminish your loses a bit using this method.
2331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin invest on: February 29, 2016, 06:23:20 PM
I found this site http://earnbtc.weebly.com/ This is a site where you will find tips on how to earn bitcoins without performing a 'real job' or investing any of your own money.
I guess you won't find any real investment method there, but some of these methods can be not bad.
My antivirus is telling me that the url is infected with a javascript bitcoinminer. I would recommend against visiting that site.
Are you sure, what antivirus are you using? My antivirus (Avast) is not picking anything at all.
I also checked this site with online scanners like VirusTotal: https://www.virustotal.com/en/url/578057da44e022d30885b969db17ff6d9bcba81b202f067a813508e731f7addf/analysis/1456769248/
and sitecheck.sucuri.net: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/earnbtc.weebly.com/
And it did not show anything wrong.

Anyway ignore that link if you are worried.

You can see the reports i'm getting here http://imgur.com/mDYHkeR
Totally weird shit. My avast is not picking anything on that site :/. I am running a full system scan now.
Also Malwarebytes Antimalware shows nothing. I will remove this link to this site just for the sake of peace of my mind.

2333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How police think about Bitcoin enthusiasts ? on: February 29, 2016, 05:12:42 PM
When it comes to a crime, what would the police think about a guy trading with bitcoins frequently in large volumes ?(hundreds of BTCs)

I've heard they can't stand bitcoin dealers out and they become a suspect immediately with no questions asked in case there's a crime where the bitcoin enthusiast is involved. Is that true ?
This is honestly the most ridiculous statement I read in recently. You know that this is completely based on personal views of the specific policeman.
It is like saying that every pit bull owner trains his dog to be a vicious killer. Which is totally false.
2334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investable Companies in the Bitcoin-Sector on: February 29, 2016, 04:54:35 PM
Hi all,

I'm trying to get an overview of the bitcoin market. It seems, most companies are privately owned.

Anybody knows, if there are also companies that are publically listed one of the major stock exchanges?

best,

-zm
Bitcoin was people's initiative. It is only natural that everything bitcoin related is privately owned.
Are you trying to get idea of every company which accepts bitcoin as their optional payment?
Or are you interested in companies which are focused on bitcoin as their primary point of interest (exchanges, wallets, mining companies)?
2335  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your favorite gambling games? on: February 29, 2016, 04:44:28 PM
I don't have one specific game I play every time. l I shift my interest from Dice, Black Jack and Roulette sometime.
I like to explore new concepts games. I also like wasting my money on Slots when I feel I don't want to think while gambling.
2336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: On The Money Free/Premium Picks on: February 29, 2016, 03:48:52 AM
It is always nice to see another tipster. But we have pretty established tipster already posting here.
I guess you need to invest more than a week into free giving free tips. I guess reasonable amount of free bets is around 100.
Then you may try to sell your tips if your tips history will be good. Good luck.

2338  Economy / Economics / Re: China currency and effects on BTC on: February 28, 2016, 04:50:53 PM
So with China devaluing currency and the Chinese citizens looking to get their money out of Yuan, do you think buying BTC will be one of their means for doing so?  I dont know much about the capital controls, but if the citizens cant easily take their Yuan and buy other currencies maybe buying BTC will be easier and more efficient for them?  This would be very good news for the BTC price.  Thoughts?
I am not sure that bitcoin market is so developed in China. What I mean here is, sure they have the biggest share in hash power in the worlds. Biggest bitcoin farms and pool.
But bitcoin awareness among normal people are rather low I would imagine. So I doubt that Average Chinese Joe will put money into bitcoin investments.
2339  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing whenever you're Gaining? on: February 28, 2016, 04:42:15 PM
We always start betting at small amount of bitcoin and suddenly make it grow but whenever we reach such amount we always lose alot even when you change your winning chance to 90% or 95% you will get 5 losing streak. Is this just coincidence or just sites have those kind of stuff that make it happen??
With provably fair system in play you don't have to worry about you being scammed most of the time. It is just another gambler's fallacy that they mainly notice big loses.
I know losing against low odds feels weird and sometimes can make you angry but that is game of chances and weird shit can happen.
2340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Martingale Profitable ??? on: February 28, 2016, 04:36:54 PM
Martingale can be profitable given you have an incredibly large bankroll to back it and don't hit the max bet on a site.

I think there is a thread that people already do some research that large bankroll doesnt guarantee you will have profit in a long term because each site always have house edge which is in a long term you will always lose although you have a huge bankroll. But you can minimize the loss by set your loss limit and win limit
With infinite bankroll you could diminish your loses, and break even, always. But nobody has infinite bankroll!
But some people don't get that martingale is unreliable system which doesn't take into account that your chances of winning are constant.
