Can Crypto jobs ..Police the streets..... or run Prisons.... or repair national roads...? There are loads of jobs that are done by government employees .. that Crypto cannot replace. People seem to think that governments will just sit back and accept that Crypto currencies will disrupt government... but that is wrong. Politicians will protect themselves and also the government employees that are working for them. That is why governments are protecting the Fiat currencies.... because they know, they control people by manipulating the value of the currency that they use. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

I personally think there are no cyclical trend in Bitcoin.... it is just normal that any commodity or currency will have dumps and spikes, based on events that trigger that. The question is this... will there be enough positive events to push the Bitcoin price back to $60 000+..... or will negative events keep it down here for longer. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Some "Commodities" or "Currencies" never recover after a major crash in the markets ...or it takes several years for it to recover. Can people afford to wait 4 or 5 o 10 years for that to happen?

The increasing development of bitcoin makes many banks owners worry, even countries that have full control of the economy choose banned, they think that the decentralization system brought by Bitcoin will damage the national economic order so that they do everything possible to stop Bitcoin.
No, the thing is they are not worried.... they have loads of money to hire the best Crypto currency developers in the world to develop new centralized digital currencies for them. Take for instance a former Bitcoin developer like Mike Hearn that was a senior software engineer at Google... he left Bitcoin and started to work for a enterprise blockchain builder ...R3. (Corda) ....a platform that was developed specifically to be used by Banks and other centralized financial services. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

Mainland China is strictly anti-gambling.... both online and offline wagering are illegal with both punishable by fines and imprisonment. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Macau on the other hand, is a special administrative region like Hong Kong, and the only place in China where casinos are legal. So most of the Chinese people will not be allowed to gamble on that digital platform, with them being one of the strongest economies in the world. So the success of this Chinese Metaverse will be based on the willingness of western countries to migrate to that platform. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

We see a lot of Sport betting sites popping up everywhere, but this one is refreshing ..because it's main focus seems to be on the neglected part of Sports betting, namely eSports! You should really consider adding more than two Crypto currencies for your site to be a competitor in the Crypto currency scene. How did you decide on the name for your website? ==> euphoriabet.io (Anything related to the series called Euphoria) Good luck with your new site. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

These so-called "GovCoins" are all centralized and they are just a digital copy of a failed Fiat currency that are being manipulated to suit the governments needs and goals. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) The problem is that the average citizen does not understand the problem with centralized currencies that are manipulated by governments, so they will not care about it. We need to educate people on the PROs and Cons of "GovCoins" vs real Crypto currencies, so that they can make informed decisions when they are offered a choice.

A lot of these massively multiplayer online games have in-game currencies and you have to perform certain tasks to gain some virtual reward or item. I used to play a text based game called, Batmud and it was one of the most addictive games that I have ever played. One of the most addictive roles I had played in this game, was to be an alchemist ....where you gathered or bought certain minerals or items and then you combined them to create rare or expensive potions or items with special abilities. A lot of the tasks had some roll of the dice elements to it.... and that made it a lot more challenging. Some sensitive people seem to think games like this prepare kids for gambling... and that it is wrong, because games like this is targeted towards education and not teaching kids to gamble. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Well, I will not use my favorite casino as a wallet, if that is what you are asking... ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) It will be very risky for people to use casinos as wallets, because some casino operators and support staff are very trigger happy ..and they will block accounts for little or no reason at all. When this happens, you as a owner of those coins, will not have access to those coins. The other things is.... if you store all your coins on the casino, then you will be tempted to gamble with it. My advice... keep most of your coins on hardware wallets and determine a gambling budget for every casino that you use... and only deposit those coins onto those casinos. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

So, we have seen what happens when large social media platforms ban something.... A lot of alternative sites will step in to fill the void that those bans created and they will grow as strong opposition to those social media giants. We already saw how the co-owner of Stake.com (Eddie) got banned on Twitch and he simply moved to DLive.tv and now he has almost 14 000+ people watching his streaming sessions. Eddie even said, Stake.com might consider buying DLive.tv and that they will develop it into something huge! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Do you really think a person or persons as intelligent as Satoshi Nakamoto will not use VPNs ...proxies ... firewalls.... Tor during their online activities? Satoshi Nakamoto and many of the first users of Bitcoin was very active in the Cypherpunks community, so they knew how to hide their tracks. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) They also knew that previous attempt by private people to develop their own currencies ..failed, because people who did that, were arrested, so they had to hide their real identities. (Most of those logs were destroyed or never kept)

OP..... first things first... How mentally prepared are people not to see Bitcoin as an investment product, but rather as a currency? Our first priority as a Bitcoin community must be to educate people to understand that Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin to be an alternative currency. People can buy bitcoins, but they must use a small percentage of those coins as a currency or the whole experiment will fail. Transactions generate "miners fees" and the miners fees pay for the miners to run the whole system... without those miners fees, Bitcoin will fail. (remember... Block rewards will fall away... and miners fees must pay the miners in the future) ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

How are you going to fit the Bitcoin Blockchain onto a mobile phone's limited memory? (Pruned version?) ..... because I know there are a huge demand for this to be developed for 3rd world countries with older phones. Have you calculated the bandwidth it will need to update the Blockchain for both Bitcoin and other Alt coins that will be running on the phone? (Mobile data are very expensive in my country) ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

Prisons should focus on removing "criminals" from the street and then rehabilitating them to fit back into the "normal" society. It should not be a Hotel with a casino on the tax payers account. Even though gambling is not legal in prisons, it still happens ...and it is causing a lot of problems between inmates. They gamble for soap/food/cigarettes ...etc and when someone lose their belongings, fights erupt very quickly ....and people get hurt. Let's rather pay taxes for criminals to be rehabilitated ...and to change them into people that can contribute positively to the society. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Twitch released a statement that they’re banning twitch streamers who play on stake after October 18th. I hope this doesn’t have a major effect on the business. Stake has seen so much positive news over the last couple of years, this along with the recent lawsuit seems to indicate some growing pains. I hope stake is able to continue their great service and find new methods of promotion.
They are not going to stop people from using other streaming services.... just look at what happened when Eddie was banned on Twitch.tv ..... he simply moved operations to Dlive.tv and we are seeing a massive growth in the people who are watching his stream every weekend. Eddie even said that they are considering buying the platform and then Twitch.tv will regret that they ever made that move, because most of those streamers will move to the DLive.tv site. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

I have some Philippine friends and I spoke to them this morning via Skype and they said that wallet is not known to them, so I think this is a small startup company that are doing this for publicity. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) A lot of the Libertarian groups have tried to create islands and boats and floating islands with the same concept, but it failed. The governments get wind of someone trying to compete with their local Fiat currency ....and they simply shut it down with guns. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

The solution is quite simple..... send the funds to several different wallets after you received it from the casino and then send it to your official wallet provider. (I am talking about desktop wallets.... not online wallets) The thing is.... Exchanges and some wallet providers can detect if you are using Mixer services and if you are trying to bypass their ToS requirements and they can still block your account. Take the "fee" knock and just send it to 3 or 4 different wallets (Hardware wallet / Desktop wallet ... etc) and then send it to your online wallet, if you have to use them. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

Well, strictly speaking.... USA and China are already at war, with the financial & military support that they are giving to the Ukraine and Russia on both sides. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) They do not have feet on the ground, but they are funding the war and also giving specialist support on the military side. The Taiwanese involvement will be more direct... so it will be officially seen as a direct influence in that conflict. It will send the global financial markets into a downward spiral and Crypto currencies will also feel the influence of that. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

I agree with you, blaming the casino operator because someone is caught abusing the Casino bonus is just a complete bullcrap (no offence). It is like saying it is ok to rob a house because he left his door open when going out.
But on the contrary, why must you leave your door open when going out, because, in as much as we do not justify the act of robbery to be good, we ought to be security conscious, which is what casino operators should always have in mind, because you do not know when an abuser may likely come, so been on the safer side will be of best advantage. The thing is.... if the door is open, you as a stranger are not allowed to enter the house, without the consent of the owner of the house. Even if you were a friend ... you will still not just walk around in the house and start taking what is not offered to you.. right? People that does that are called ==> criminals ....and they cannot use excuses to justify their actions. If a door is open, you can notify the owner or report it to the police. (I have had neighbors that left their doors wide open and I simply called them or I notified the local security companies... I did not enter the house) ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

Well, be prepared to be scrutinized, if you just created a new account and you drop a 20k Sport bet with a 2x or 3x multiplier and you win that bet. They will surely request full KYC/AML verification to protect themselves... and if you cannot provide that.. then they will most probably not payout the money to you. These procedures will apply to any casinos that are licensed, so their actions will not be unique and targeted to you as an individual. Your actions will look like a typical money laundering tactic... and the KYC/AML regulations are there to stop that. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
