2321  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your biggest loss gambling? on: June 05, 2016, 03:30:21 AM
I lost 0.25 BTC by betting on a cricket team and I lost the complete amount. My friend had assured me that the team would win and it had won the past 5 matches back-to-back. I feel these matches are all fixed and they make the team with the max bets to lose.

I promised myself never to bet again with my hard-earned money.

My biggest loss is not really my biggest loss in terms of BTC gambled, but rather the pain of the loss. I lost around 2 BTC once gambling on dice. I needed that money very urgently but I was stupid enough to bet anyway.

I swear there's tons more of examples of my kind, and even worse off than me perhaps.
2322  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: LUCK!!! :) How does it feels? on: June 05, 2016, 03:29:30 AM
I never won win anything special so I could boast about it here. I like to play it cool, with low stakes and high multiplayer so I never lost much either.
I got recently lucky in some raffles and I won couple items but nothing much. But I agree - when you realize that you are the winner rush of hormones is amazing...

Yeah, I totally agree. The rush of adrenaline is what the casinos get you to come back time after time, even if you lose. I have not won a lot from gambling, but once I have claimed from the PD happy hour faucet and gambled it all in on 20x... And hit Cheesy

But overall I have only lost, never profited. I guess that's why people tell you to stop gambling Tongue
2323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: make money with forex exchanges on: June 05, 2016, 03:28:36 AM
Hi guys do you use forex exchanges for trading beside crypto exchanges? I found a forex exchange called AGEA can we make money from it? if you ever trades at this site share your experienced with us,thanks

There are certainly some forex options sites that you can trade on, however it's not really trading. It should be classified as gambling instead. The timeframe is way too short for it to be called legitimate trading.

A good site would be secondstrade.com if you are gambling with BTC. There are a ton more if you are playing with paypal - just search on google.
2324  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: June 05, 2016, 03:27:55 AM
if I win from gambling I might become addicted and will continue to gamble

Well, it will depend on how you control it or if you are a greedy person. IMO, it doesn't matter if your winning or loosing if you are greedy because if your winning you might want to win more and if your loosing you want to get your losses back. So, it will always depend on you, on when to stop and how discipline you are.

Seriously I have the feeling for myself that it's actually the complete opposite of what you said above (Pormanullang). I agree with zerocharisma in the sense that it doesn't really matter whether you win or lose, you still get addicted. I actually come back more often if I lose than if I win.

But if I'm rich, I wouldn't even care about $10k. I would most certainly not risk my entire estate for $10k either, so no.
2325  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to collect BTC ?? on: June 05, 2016, 03:27:15 AM
just play some mmorpg and farm some game gold

then sell gold for bitcoins

Yeah farming runescape gold could be potentially profitable but that wouldn't be very easy to understand for the outsider.

I suggest doing faucet if you're just starting up with bitcoin, since faucets are pretty much the easiest thing you can do for bitcoins, and also you can do tasks and offer your services for bitcoins.
2326  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: June 05, 2016, 03:11:52 AM
Agree the most basic thing that never bet the amount that you can not afford to loose...
and the second most important thing is never try to cover your previous loss...you will not be able to cover that and will get into more loss..then will not be able to recover again

Definitely, never gamble what you cannot afford to lose. That's the main point. Most gambling degenerates see gambling as a source of income... While it is definitely not true, as it is a easy source of negative income Tongue

I believe following your heart is very important. It makes gambling fun. And add that to not gambling what you cannot afford to lose - you'll never be sad again gambling Cheesy
2327  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoin Cloud Mining with HashFlare on: June 05, 2016, 03:07:17 AM
The site is down right now and it seems that there is no official announcement from the Hashflare team.

I suggest that Hashflare issue a statement soon, either that they are just maintaining their site, or they have already pulled a runner. Please don't keep us on the edge of our seats Tongue
2328  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hashflare.io background information digging... on: June 05, 2016, 03:04:44 AM
Most of the so called cloud mining sites are ponzi schemes anyway, and hashflare is probably just one of them. The site is down right now and it's not just for me, it's for everyone. It could be for maintenance though.

Perhaps their scam has already ended... Your warning came to late, maybe...
2329  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: June 05, 2016, 03:02:24 AM
There's a better way to buy bitcoins if you're a long term buy and hold investor. www.bitvestmint.com deferred delivery bitcoins at a 20% discount direct from the mine.

Seriously your site seems so dodgy. Even if it proves to be legit, please do not hijack threads for your own benefit. I'm pretty sure that this is against the bitcointalk forum rules as well.

I use bitcoin, because I use bitcoin to buy daily needs. using bitcoin make me easily perform financial transactions in various places. I keep the same bitcoin as I save real money in my wallet and also in the bank.

Fiat money is not real money. But good to see someone using bitcoin for their daily needs. IMO bitcoin is real money.
2330  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Faucets on: June 05, 2016, 02:54:23 AM
guys, i need some help here. what are the highest and quickest paying faucets out there?
I need to get about 25k bits. anyone got some tips? GO!

25k bits is pretty easy to get IMO, although it's probably harder if you choose to do it with faucets, since faucets are so time consuming and pays you like literally nothing for your work.

For me, faucetbox works well because there is a huge list of faucets and they all pay to the same wallet. You could also try vivatic, crowdflower etc. Completing tasks for bitcoins are probably faster than faucets.
2331  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Very new in trading but would like to make a profit on: June 05, 2016, 02:52:59 AM
I have been around the Bitcoin area for quite some time but never really delved into investing in it up until recently.. I see there are alot of ways people are making there profit but I would like to make mine through trading but just dont understand it much.. any help or advice on how to start making it somewhere with BTC is greatly appreciated

First thing you have to understand with trading is that nothing comes guaranteed. You won't make any profit without knowledge about the markets. Even if you do, there is a large chance that you'll lose instead of gain.

I suggest you invest in some altcoins that seem promising. And cashout once they are in a bubble situation. Buy low sell high.
2332  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hashflare.io down? on: June 05, 2016, 02:51:52 AM
Is Hashflare.io down for you guys? Was it also a Ponzi scheme?

Yep, definitely down for me as well. I guess that's the end of another successful scam... Unless it's just a website maintenance temporarily. Although that is unlikely to be the case tbh.

Most of the cloud mining sites out there are ponzi schemes. The few legit ones offer you no profit at all. If this proves to be a permanent closure, then it's probably a ponzi.
2333  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? on: June 05, 2016, 02:50:01 AM
When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? Considering that it is really hard to get a loan here on this forum even with escrow, and the plentiful amount of scammers floating around here, is there really a great reason to even bother getting a loan here? I mean unless you're flat broke I could understand but even still it's an uphill battle. It's way easier to take out a cash advance in an emergency. I suppose if you're dealing with a trusted borrower and trustworthy escrow you may have a chance in obtaining your funds. Other than that, it can be difficult for a scam-less transaction to take place.

I usually borrow coins when I need them for an investment, or when I have a really good offer that I simply cannot resist. For example, a really good steam game is on sale for bitcoin, but I haven't got any bitcoins atm, so I borrow some.

Always include collateral in your loan request because it's way easier to get a loan that way.
2334  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Safe wallet for a newbie on: June 05, 2016, 02:48:46 AM
I am reading the forum daily and am registered here a few days ago.
What do you people suggest for a safe wallet for a newbie, I am not that tech guy , just the average joe with computers.
I have read that Blockchain.info is one of the best wallets, but I have also read that there are a lot of other wallets that they call local wallets like Bitcoin core Multibit Electrum and Armory also phone wallets. Which is one you can sleep safe at night ?

It depends how much bitcoin you are planning on storing in those wallets, and what exactly you are looking for.

If you just want simplicity, I would recommend Coinbase and Xapo because they pay the transaction fees for you, and also they are simply like an online banking system with bitcoins. No technical experiences are necessary. If you have a bit of experience with bitcoin, try blockchain.info. It's safer than coinbase because you control your own keys.
2335  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: June 05, 2016, 02:47:29 AM
It doesn't even have to be 2017. This year we've already experienced some very large rises in price that we desperately needed. Also this year we've got the halving coming up... So that's good for bitcoin in itself.

Every year it's the year for bitcoin because bitcoin is growing at an enormous rate. Whether the price increases along with the uses, it doesn't matter.
2336  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: June 05, 2016, 02:45:37 AM
Congratulations to MrVincenzo88 to reach 400 btc profit!!!

Congrats to Mr. Vincenzo Cheesy

Seems like there's a lot of winners lately... Hopefully Stunna has enough in his pocket to pay for more winners, xD
2337  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The "All In" Challenge! Don't believe me? Just Watch. on: June 05, 2016, 01:45:57 AM
I'd rather go for the quit and never again option than go all in. My luck seems ok with general betting, but when it comes to that all in moment, I seem to never win and always lose.

Quitting gambling would be a much smarter decision to make, than to risk all your money on one single bet.
2338  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sweepabit - Beta | New mini casino site! on: June 05, 2016, 01:44:15 AM
Very nice, especially with moneypot. You can both invest and gamble on the system.

With so many scammers around at the moment, it's always good to have a legit gambling site that offers you minesweeper. A few months back the site diggit.io went scam. But now we've got another Cheesy
2339  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is your favorite slot game and game provider? on: June 05, 2016, 01:39:17 AM
I like to play dice over slots, simply because it's just way simpler than slots and I really don't understand what all the lines mean in slots. But when I do play, I just CG slots. They have the cleanest interface.

They also have 0 fee withdrawals, as opposed to others who charge you 0.0001 for withdrawal.
2340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: June 05, 2016, 01:38:09 AM
Definitely invest. With gambling, you might be able to win in the short term but you will never be able to win in the long term. And you'll be addicted to gambling and keep coming back to the casino.

Invest smart, which means that don't invest in obvious ponzis. Investing in ponzis is just like gambling.
