2321  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 13, 2021, 06:06:57 AM
As for NBA props, if one player is ruled out and does not play, they will void the entire bet and return your stake. I had one just last night where Herro was ruled out minutes before the tip-off:

There it goes.
It was in my mind even before and I never got the chance to experience it.
You did answer my long time question now.  Grin Thank you.
I thought when a player is already in the betbuilder, they will play that game.
Well, thankfully they will void it. A win for gamblers.  Wink

Nuggets didn't cover the spread. Justin Jackson prevented that from happening. Damn, he got hot hands.
The Pistons win though.  Wink
2322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Dogecoin overpriced? on: February 13, 2021, 02:02:05 AM
It's sad but it's true.
Just like how iv4n said above.

The real problem starts now. A lot of cryptocurrencies out there could get more value if supported properly.
But, the thing is it's not about that anymore. The hype is the problem.
One popular idol tweets about one altcoin then it goes soaring in price.
Not because of usage and features but just because they feel like it.
Is that right? No. As veterans though, we can use it to make profits by selling it when we see an opportunity. Don't get too attached to the coin.
2323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 13, 2021, 01:05:55 AM
GSW punished the Magic for not having a point guard.
Wiggins, Oubre Jr, and JTA.
These 3 guys were pests upon inbound of the ball. Full court press on the whole 4th quarter.
A good defense will give you a better offense. They proved that today.  Wink
40 points for Steph again with 4 steals. Draymond with 2 blocks and 3 for Wiggins. Cool.

Curry has gone crazy in this game, his shot attempts are almost 3 points shots.  He has 19 attempts in 3 points of the total 26 attempts, what a game by him, another success for him and surely his stats going to the all time 3 point shots made will continue to climb.
He gets better and better as he grows older in his shooting skills.
Just watching him running without the ball and making screens all over the floor makes me dizzy already. I can't keep up.  Grin
What more when you are the one defending him?
Steve Kerr really did something amazing in this GSW team that is focused offensively for that dude.
I think that is also why you will never get bored watching the dubs play.
Curry needs to proved to Ray Allen that he was wrong.
I don't think he needs to prove that with just one guy.
Even Reggie is amazed at how Curry performs when he is the commentator for the GSW.
2324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla Bitcoin purchase on: February 12, 2021, 02:58:21 PM
Exactly, here is the official documents: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1318605/000156459021004599/tsla-10k_20201231.htm

And I doubt that they will fake that document because it is being submitted to SEC itself, and it they did fake it and SEC find out, they will be penalised heavily so I would say that we have to take Tesla and Elon Musk word for it.
No doubt.
It's all legal.
My work before is grabbing information in sec.gov about annual and semi-annual portfolios of different mutual funds.
There is no faking that when it is submitted there.

He had the money and power to purchase so let's all leave it like that.
The only thing we should be looking forward to is if it will affect every individual to use Bitcoin as means of payment.
2325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 12, 2021, 10:49:24 AM
Early picks.  Grin
I forgot my bets yesterday. Might as well do it early.

Nuggets -11.5 vs OKC
I bet they are still hungry for more wins after breaking the losing streak.
I am thinking about another wild bet.
It's either Pistons @4.40 vs Celtics or Grizzlies @3.55 vs Lakers. Hoping it could go higher later on.
2326  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what do i need to be a successful trader ? on: February 12, 2021, 06:46:35 AM
For me your good to go. You might be actually better than some traders after learning all of that. That includes me.  Grin

Patience, Understanding, and Experience are all you need.
Once you are in that wild trading exchange you will be different.
You might even go beyond forgetting what you learned and set up a new one.
Good luck.

"A second chance to become rich."
I think you didn't read the whitepaper.
Bitcoin was not created for people to become rich.
It's to change the world.  Wink

Anyway, I doubt he will come just for that purpose.
Besides, it's not that late yet to get in buying Bitcoin. You don't have to buy it as a whole. Purchase what you can afford and somehow it will be whole in the long run.

For those who are trying to watch games live.
Here is the list of the courts that will accept fans.

Toronto has bad news though, they will not be going home until the end of this season.

What we know: The Raptors announced they will not be playing games in Toronto the rest of the 2020-21 season and will instead remain at Tampa’s Amalie Arena. There has also been a pause in admittance of fans to Raptors games due to a spike in COVID-19 numbers across west central Florida.
Most of the homecourts will not let any fans inside until further notice.
2330  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Importance of Bitcoin Dominance on: February 11, 2021, 03:07:11 PM
Did you make it Sir? That's cool of you.
This proves the market is way different now from 2 to 3 years ago.

Altcoins has a lesser chance to increase in value whenever Bitcoin dominance is there.
The chart may have been correct in some handpicked alts but it is not as a whole.
I think investors and traders should also consider that.
2331  Economy / Speculation / Re: Apple is buying Bitcoin on: February 11, 2021, 12:31:57 PM
After news of Tesla investing 1.5 billion USD in bitcoin we are going to hear similar speculations about other top companies, building up a hype.

Yes, that's correct.
They will speculate until it reaches $100k.
$10k for Apple, another $10k when Google invested, and so on and forth.
It's a non-stop imagination that will be created by those rushing the upward spike of bitcoin.
Actually, that may be bad for the market of cryptocurrencies instead of a healthy market.

People will start speculating about manipulation once again.
2332  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 11, 2021, 09:54:02 AM
Damn! What's an exciting game that was from Mavericks vs Hawks, Unfortunately the Mavericks couldn't cover the spread, come from behind to win the game was probably impressive enough and as for my betbuilder, I lost that as well despite it getting really promising at first..
Yeah, 1/1 for me.
I took the bet at Mavs -3.5.   Cry
Brunson and Tim dominated the 2nd half and it gave the Mavs the edge to win the game.
Trey was trying to argue with the foul showing the bleeding nose but the refs didn't acknowledge it.

While the Nuggets covered everything even multiplied by 3.
I thought it will get boring with 3rd stringers playing but Zeke Nnaji made it fun with a posterized dunk and a technical afterward.  Grin
2333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 11, 2021, 04:17:50 AM
~
The Nuggets need a lot of their roleplayers stepping up for them to achieve a championship.
They crushed the Cavs now with a large lead.
3rd stringer's game almost 1 whole of the 4th quarter.
They need to keep playing at that kind of level. Both in defense and offensive end.

Mavs on the other hand gained another win on a crucial game against the Hawks.
Tim was on fire and Brunson contributes a lot to the 4th quarter offensive spree.
They are now on the 12th spot. More wins to come.
2334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk changed the market circles on: February 11, 2021, 03:14:50 AM
That's just a part of it.
Bitcoin volatility will still hit anytime. So, it's difficult to say that a correction won't happen.
There's a probability that Musk bought his Bitcoin at the wrong mark and could've bought at a lower price.
But, there is also a chance it may never fall again.

All of this is a risk and I think he knows what he is doing. I hope so.
2335  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 10, 2021, 05:11:01 PM
Rematch for GSW and Spurs.
I'll stay with GSW -1.5
I hope they can win this one. Yesterday was a close match.
Jazz -5.5 vs Celtics.

Good luck to everyone.

Nice win, you have a perfect night.
Didn't give up with the GSW team. I knew they can win it the second time.
Last game was almost a win too. They just got careless with last minutes of the game.

9 games later. Wow. It's difficult to pick what team to support.
I'll ride with stadus for the same reason.
Nuggets badly need a win. They are hungry now.
Mavs would want every win to take back their spot for the playoffs.
Mavs -3.5

2336  Economy / Exchanges / Re: I'm looking for a New Trading Site on: February 10, 2021, 03:36:34 PM
Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll try Binance first and see how that goes.
Oh! I bet you will love it.
2 BTC is a huge amount now and that is the limit for non-KYC verification.
I think they might also change this in the future if Bitcoin keeps on moving upward.
They will have a problem with money laundering schemes if not.
Good luck and happy trading.
2337  Economy / Economics / Re: Where the correction ? on: February 10, 2021, 01:31:13 PM
It's difficult to predict that.
Perhaps there will be none. That's a good thing right? But for those who want to buy in for a cheaper price.  Grin

I mean, with all the popularity that cryptocurrencies are getting, it's difficult to foresee who or when they will try to dump it again.
Lot's of hope and expectation and I bet they want to hold all the coins for now and would rather sell at a higher price.
What's the higher price? We also don't know.
2338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 10, 2021, 11:13:53 AM
So, if anyone wants to jump on the bandwagon ( Mavericks fans maybe? Cheesy) here is the form:
Nah, thanks.  Cheesy I am still a Nuggets and Mavs fan whatever happens.
Of course, it will always be the Nuggets first.
Jokic won't just stop impressing me. I hope Murray hits his head and goes back to the way he played during the playoffs against the Lakers and Clippers so that they could end this losing streak.

Jazz has good chemistry but IMO they are still not the championship team for me.
2339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB reached $100 on: February 10, 2021, 03:31:27 AM
Thanks for the update.
Damn, I didn't notice that.
I just let it be because I know it will continue to grow since a lot of users are promoting it without any payments.  Grin
I think I am going to cash it out in the near future. I am not the type to hold this coin for a very long time.
I'd rather put it in Bitcoin or Ethereum.
