I prefer risking and losing less valuable over risking my precious bitcoins, so the range of alt deposit options are really good idea.

From two series of 10 rolls on 50% I won 8 times firs and then 7 times in the second round... Is this surely random? I should win only 6 times from 10 rolls at best.

Cold-wallets are essential even if you just want to hold some BTC. You can even hide your hot-wallet if you storing it on the backend network

Well, XPY going to be dumped hard. I'm thinking on where to put my buy orders... at this rate 0.001 maybe?
i'd advise against it. After a big dump there's always a correction. In addition you guys can dump only a few thousands maybe a few tens of thousands of XPYs. In the last two ICO rounds GAW already sold a lot more, they also have other maney sources (mining, renting, fees) so IMO they can stabilize the price for a while.

What's the problem with that? Every sensible company want to keep an eye on it's employees and assets .

NXT and everything in connection with it is still a huge question mark. It might be the next big thing but it could be the one of the biggest failures in crypto history. They achieved pretty impressive things in the last year so currently it looks good. However I'd say as this stuff looks a bit odd, without too much explanation of the "doubling" process do your research and be careful with your money.
BTW this topic isn't something for the altcoin section?

Great idea! Something what isn't dice . It's really good to see more and more (now) unique ideas/games turning up nowadays.

So these investors are going to buy the coins for 20 bucks.
Those coins will go into stakers and turn into more coins.
how are those coins going to be worth more than 20 bucks when the stake ends?
that is the question that needs to be answered. How are the investors going to make money?
People should have realized this back when primes were a thing and josh's friend told him that he should buy them all, but josh decided to sell them anyway.
Those investors bought in at somewhere $1-2 or later at $4 during the first two IPO rounds.

You guys can mocking them because of forming a mining cult with leader worshiping and sacrificing BTC on his (staking) altar, but is this really that unusual? Haven't we seen similar approach many times here? Just take a look at the speculation, securities and altcoin sections, and you will realize that the community here isn't much different .

...well, investing in the casino looks the most profitable "strategy" . But that wouldn't work without you guys .

Great chart! I was looking for something like this, but somehow overlooked this topic . Anyway, thanks for putting this together.

I have just been on hastalk and came across this Paycoin is Peercoin For those of you who dont know. And here comes Paycoin: https://github.com/GAWMiners/paycoinAbout Paycoin Paycoin (abbreviated XPY), also known as Paycoin and Peer-to-Peer Coin is the first cryptocurrency design introducing proof-of-stake consensus as a security model, with a combined proof-of-stake/proof-of-work minting system. Paycoin is based on Bitcoin, while introducing many important innovations to cryptocurrency field including new security model, energy efficiency, better minting model and more adaptive response to rapid change in network computation power. I think I may have to take my money and run away from gaw!! Well, I also expected a somewhat more professional approach :/

This new GAW_paycoin seems to be a PPC fork, however they removed the "// Copyright (c) 2011-2013 The PPCoin developers" lines. Isn't that a breaching of the MIT license?

Can someone tell me please what was the IPO/ICO price?

No it's not imho, for like 0.001 every hour or less if you don't cheat..
0.001 btc per hour? Where did you find such a good faucet ?
|
|
|
Hi i see a lot of thread about faucet, but, i've always thought that they are just a waste of time.
So, i'm asking you, that maybe are less lazy than me: if someone spend enought time around the internet using more faucet that he can, is that time spent well?
Thanks in advance!
Not really. You can keep clicking and typing captchas all day for something like 0.0001 or 0.0002, what worth less than 10 cents. On a PTC site you can far do better, but even if you go out to a flea market for picking up lost coins you can make more, I guess . Certainty if you think that each satoshi will worth hundreds of dollars one day, then faucets could be a source of a lot of happiness .
