Prostitution is illegal in China.

Prostitution in China exist.

Yes. It exists everywhere. Even in Saudi Arabia and Iran, where the strictest implementation of the Shariah law is enforced. But in most of the cases, prostitution is in the grey zone. In some puritanist countries, it is illegal without any exceptions. But in most of the nations, prostitution is tolerated, as long as it does not involve minors. I was thinking that China was in the latter category.
23382  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Burning of the United States Flag on: November 29, 2016, 05:46:21 PM
can't comment on the legal issues surrounding the flag burning but they should certainly be arrested for belonging to a terrorist organisation that has murdered policemen

These idiots who burn the flag are just retarded. They are being thoroughly brainwashed by the leftist politicians, for their own advantage. IMO, those who burn the flags must be stripped of their voting rights. If they repeat the offense, then their citizenship also should be revoked. But most importantly, the politicians who provoke these protests must be tried for treason.
23383  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Burning of the United States Flag on: November 29, 2016, 05:12:44 PM
I have a very simple solution for this. Revoke the voting rights of anyone, who burns the American flag. If someone doesn't feel proud of his country, then he has no right to take part in the elections.

I say revoke citizenship, it is clearly treason.

Fair enough.

If they have the courage to burn the national flag today, then what makes you think that tomorrow if some foreign power invades their country, they will not side with the invaders? In China, you would get the capital punishment for something like this.
23384  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Chinese Female is jailed for Online Sex Show on: November 29, 2016, 05:10:28 PM
So aren't there no concubines in China?  she isn't minor anymore so she could do whatever she wants to earn and live.  the pollution in their area must have cloud the judgement of these law makers.

Prostitution is illegal in China. But what this girl was doing for a living, was not prostitution. She was participating in an online show without any physical penetration. I am sure that the judges were some 80-year old idiots, who have never worked for a living.
23385  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: November 29, 2016, 05:06:53 PM
Not all muslim are terrorist they have 3 different breeds according to other people that and i think we can blame that islam or muslim has other beliefs that agaist our beliefs . but some muslim honestly they are kind and i am working to them before i have boss muslim and friends that actually never experience that they are different.

I am against generalizing any demographic group. But then, it is statistically and scientifically proven that any country with a large Muslim population is more prone to terrorist attacks, than those which doesn't have a significant Muslim population. I also have Muslim friends and colleagues. But still, I am not afraid to spell out the truth.
23386  Other / Politics & Society / Re: No more Gas transit through former Ukranine after 2018 on: November 29, 2016, 04:46:35 PM
From what I have heard, Russia has made an informal agreement with the European Union to allow some amount of gas transit through Ukraine. In return, the EU has granted permission for Nord Stream 2 and they have removed the restrictions on Nord Stream 1. Anyway, I don't think that the Turkish stream will be ready by 2018.
23387  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Would you eat a human? on: November 29, 2016, 04:43:40 PM
I will not eat human flesh over my dead body. To think of it is very dificult. What more in reality? Its not the usual nature of human. Eating your fellow human is immoral and besides its very disgusting. All people who are eating human i think they have mental illness. We all should eat animals meat not human meat.

We were discussing about the scenario where people are forced to eat human meat in order to survive. You can't blame such people as mental patients. They are not doing it for pleasure. Check the following post by fiscorcle:

This is a rather strange question. But I think if you were starving and in the same situation as those crash victims were in the mountains and the only way to survive was to eat the others for food then your answers would be different.
Human beings are unpredictable when it comes down to making a decision of dying or surviving.
23388  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Duterte is most genius leader in the world agree? on: November 29, 2016, 04:39:44 PM
When the Serbian President Milosevic had imagined himself a genius. What it led to we all remember. It may well be that Duterte will ever end their existence as well. Let all tyrants will go to court.

Milosevic did the right thing, by reclaiming the historical Serbian homeland of Kosovo from the Muslims. Unfortunately for him, the NATO sided with the Muslims and bombed Serbia to oblivion. Russia was in a bad shape at that time, so Putin could not help Milosevic. He was just unlucky.
23389  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ohio, Somalian refugee terrorist goes on the rampage on: November 29, 2016, 04:37:25 PM
The US should have accepted the refugees fleeing the Ukrainian civil war. To my knowledge, they have not given asylum to a single Ukrainian till now (despite claiming that they are defending Ukraine against Russia). On the other hand, they allowed in these hundreds of thousands of third world immigrants from Syria and Somalia. Now enjoy the benefits.
23390  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Chinese Female is jailed for Online Sex Show on: November 29, 2016, 04:34:48 PM
How ironic? A poor girl was jailed for trying to earn some money (without harming anyone), while rapists and murders are roaming free. What was her crime? Did she killed someone? This is just ridiculous.
23391  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: November 29, 2016, 04:33:02 PM
Government forces killed at least 11 members of the rebel groups in the southern Philippines, who swore allegiance to the terrorist group Islamic State, also known as the ISIS, as reported by the military on Sunday, November 27th.

See, this is the problem. How many slum dwellers have been killed by the vigilantes during the last few weeks? The number is more than 3,000. Now take the number of ISIS extremists who have been killed. It is in two digits. Duterte should concentrate on wiping out the ISIS from Philippines, rather than massacring the slum dwellers.

23393  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ‘Russian threat’ myth on: November 29, 2016, 04:29:31 PM
This is the problem when the foreign policy gets entangled with the business interests. There are many private defense industries in the US and the EU, who benefit out of the scaremongering. These corporations are so powerful that they can have experienced US senators and European MEPs on their payroll. John McCain is a prime example.
23394  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 100% water-powered car on: November 29, 2016, 04:27:20 PM
Lol, as far as water powered cars go, anyone who does not know the basics of chemistry just needs to Shut The Fuck Up.

It doesn't matter what desert or jungle they may be in.

It doesn't even need the basics of chemistry. Having an IQ of 40 or above is enough to understand that these "water-powered vehicles" are a scam. I wonder why the media is giving so much attention.
23395  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: November 28, 2016, 09:44:55 AM
Gold is rare, BUT bitcoin is more rarer than gold.

How do you reach that conclusion? I don't consider Bitcoin as "rare". If you have a reliable supply of electricity and a good mining rig, then you can mine Bitcoins from your home as well. But for mining gold, you need to travel to far away places.
23396  Economy / Economics / Re: Long term OIL on: November 28, 2016, 09:40:31 AM
So you basically mean to say that the electric cars are still in far too distant future, right? Besides, it is more interesting to note that, per Wiki, the identified reserves worldwide of lithium were estimated to be only 13 million tonnes in 2008. So unless lithium gets replaced with something else, we might never live up to that bright future of electric cars crowding out regular ones...

The annual production of lithium seems to be a little bit higher than your figure (~600,000 tonnes)

Though this doesn't quite add up with the lithium worldwide reserves

I am not sure about the production figures. As per the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the annual production of Lithium was 31,700 tonnes in 2014, and around 32,500 tonnes in 2015. The reserves, according to the USGS amount to some 14 million tonnes.

There are alternatives to Lithium. But none of them have the same KWh/Kg storage capacity as Lithium is having.
23397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India is Paying $900+ for Bitcoin Amid Cash Crisis on: November 28, 2016, 08:59:49 AM
There must be some huge arbitrage opportunity to be exploited here. I mean 13% is not bad at all, take away 3% for fees and 3% for currency exchange fees... You're still pocketing 7% per trade.

Is there some sort of restriction that doesn't allow the outflow of rupees in the country ATM? I don't think so.

It is not as easy as it sounds. Physical cash is in short supply. If you are selling Bitcoins, then you have to accept bank transfer in return. And right now, the RBI is monitoring all the transactions above a certain threshold.

Could you please provide the link? I can see pretty much no one supporting this move, along with the media.

Here are a few links, for you:

This is good investion because oil price is getting high.

No. The crude oil price has declined by more than 50% during the past two years.

So we need an alternative to save some money through this investion. Hope this kind of invention spreads all over the world so no one will buy oil specialy to those country with high prices of oil. Philippines has the expensive oil selling and i think this could be the solution.

Do you want to pay $1 for every 10 to 15 km of travel (using a gasoline-run car), or do you want to pay $10 to $15 for every 1 km of travel (using this hydrogen-run vehicle)?
23400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Economy in China? on: November 28, 2016, 08:09:56 AM
China advantage is very cheap/free power. So they can easily earn better than rest of the world on mining.
Other than that, goverment is hard to predict, i mean its oppressive goverment, it can in one day ban bitcoin. Anyway it will be available in 250 other countries Wink which will take over mining in months.

Cheap power is available in other countries as well, such as Iceland and Norway. But Bitcoin mining is not a big thing in these regions. The reason why Bitcoin mining has progressed so much in China is because of the lower labor costs and due to the low prices for hardware.
