2341  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bitcoincasino.us is a SCAM. on: May 06, 2018, 01:15:23 PM
Do NOT play at bitcoincasino.us, as they are scammers/will NOT pay out winnings.

Just so everyone knows. Try another casino site out there besides this one.

Would you like to share with everyone why they are a scam?

probably not,see my post above ^^
you can google bitcoincasino.us+scam yourself and read if you want to
2342  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin gambling laws on: May 04, 2018, 04:11:43 PM
Hey sorry if this in the wrong section or is too much for a first post but  I've always wondered something and  it's been hard to get an answer. I was curious when operating a bitcoin casino such as bustabit wouldn't you need gambling licensing in all of the countries you operate in, and wouldn't that be extremely costly in order to be legal/compliant? Or do certain sites like bustabit and other gambling site not require specific gambling licensing to operate? For example say I was going to develop my own site what would I legally need to do in order to be compliant and operate in as many countries as possible and are there any places where I would not be able to operate (countries or states/regions)? Smiley I can't really find any solid information on compliancy and legalities when running an online crypto gambling site. As far as I can see, most of the crypto sites out there do not openly display any licensing or certification seals  but it would be awesome if I could get some info or some pointers towards info on the pitfalls and ways I would need to operate in order to be legal and compliant. I recognise that this is a question better suited to a legal professional but I hope some insight can be granted her before I persue any further legal advice (which I will be sure to do prior to any launch).

most of the casinos are operating licenced in Curacao
you can read some about it here: https://www.gamblingsites.org/laws/curacao/
some big dice sites like Stake,Bitsler,Primedice,Bustabit are all licensed
many of the casinos are not licensed at all,but you have to understand that getting a license
doesn't mean that this particular casino won't scam you
but since the license is worth substancial sums of money and it does have some regulations and a semblance of control
it is better to play at a licensed casino rather than at an unlicensed one
2343  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Ledger Nano S scam device from Ebay. on: May 04, 2018, 09:53:49 AM
I ask them about Ebay seller. So wait for the reply. Of course it could be great to change it to the original device from Ledger.
But I doubt that is possible. Ask them and wait for ther reply.

why would you doubt that?
you recieved an official letter from their support
or was it Ebay support letter too  Grin
a win win situation, you only pay for P@P and it is the offer you MUST take adantage of
besides,it is another portion of material for your youtube channel=more views, more profit

Well, the OP was giving negative trust by Danny, xester etc and he/she is never online ever since he/she made this post. Therefore, we cant know the whole truth concern what the OP said, only if the OP share more light or someone try out the site but one thing I believe so far is that whenever people raise a scam accusation on here about someone or a site the story usually endup truth. I will advice you guys to always go for casino or bet site that run their campaign and ANN thread on this forum so you can complain whenever matter arise.
As i have tried out to see the trust history seems like this person isnt really trustable at all and now claiming a site a scam and suggesting not to play because he do have issues? Its not appropriate.People on top do have some experience which transactions go well. I admit the site is on mediocre design which i do even believe on first glance to be shady but we cant really make any conclusions without any valid reason.

You're about not making or jumping to into conclusion without any genuine proof and thats why I said we still need to OP to enlight the whole situation so we can know if the site was in deed scamming their user. However, I just believe it will be better if this forum user can play or gamble on site which have there ANN thread on here for better service and to avoid scam.

I think the OP only get delay when he making withdraw
can not be patient and instantly create this thread. with no proof and any screenshoot is bad
We can know if thats true and like I said only the OP can share more light to the situation.

pretty sure OP i not going to grace us with his glorious presence anymore
if he wanted to provide the facts,he would have done it in his posts
I don't think he was lying or trying to blemish the casinos honest name (quote unquote)
but people are too lazy or too ticked off to post something rational other than -hey they are a scam!
could be because I lost and thought it was unfair,or it could be me trying to abuse the system or the casino plain scammed me-we don't know
2345  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satoshiladder.com - Multiply your luck on: May 04, 2018, 08:07:22 AM
yea i get it, too many retards around, that keep trying to put the triangle through the cube form.
high house edge? if you bet normal its 1%. and it stays 1%.
please, tell me, how does any of you handle bitcoin or any crypto, if you are obviously too stupid too shit

nice ad hominem there,mate Smiley
obviously your customers are too stupid, but instead of politely rebutting their false (from your point of view) statements and taking into account what can be improved and doing it
you resort to a meltdown that doesn't add any points to you as an admin of a gambling site
maybe pursue a career in some other business, non customer related
2346  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Bitcoin Casino | Plinko, Mines, Blackjack, Roulette + 8 more 👽 on: May 03, 2018, 08:54:29 PM
We're shifting gears back into game development. When we launched stake it was our goal to release a new game each month, and since launch we have launched zero new games. However, we want to really push the envelope and build unique a unique product instead of cranking out coinflip style games. We're working on a really special game which is unlike anything you've ever seen on a gambling site. I don't want to spoil too much, but it's a battle royale style game where winner takes all.

Altcoin support is so close!

battle royale as in a PVP game? this sounds exciting
but how are you going to implement it technically,I wonder
or is it going to be a kind of a pseudo-multiplayer or a tournament with a jackpot prize game?
and yes,do not focus on cranking out games, there are quite enough already to satisfy most of the players, maybe add slots
altcoin support,please,we are waiting  Tongue
2347  Economy / Securities / Re: First time investment on: May 03, 2018, 09:20:07 AM
invest into bitcoin casino bankroll instead
unlike different and numerous ponzis aka investment funds or ICO's
this is a relatively safe and profitable way of increasing your coins
there are many sites that offer investments into their bankroll: cryptogames-net,bitvest.io,bitdice.me,betking.io,yolodice.io and so on
just pick the one that you think is mor eprofitable and watch your money grow
p.s. do not expect 100% of profit,it would be rather 3-5% but you do not risk as much
2348  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satoshiladder.com - Multiply your luck on: May 02, 2018, 05:46:53 PM
looks like a student's project rather than  a legit gambling website,to be honest with you
a piece of advice-do not attempt to create anything that you do not have money to run
a gambling site requires a certain bank to be able to sustain losses,do you have any proof of funds?that you can pay me if I win?
there is no login system, come on it is 2018-any problem with my browser's cache or cookies and I lose all my money
not going to check the provably fair there since the things I posted above should be enough to get discouraged from depositing real money

2349  Economy / Gambling / Re: News thread Wild Crypto. Airdrop, new games, world cup?? on: May 02, 2018, 05:26:43 PM
what is the airdrop you were talking about in your promo?
are you going to distribute tokens,if so,what are the requirements?
and yeah so many threads, were you afraid people won't see one of ten you created?  Tongue
the site looks great, maybe questionable coulor theme as for my liking, but that is subjective
can't wait to see the games, hope they won't disappoint...
2350  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 02, 2018, 03:42:28 PM
the next positive forcast will get 1 smerit

According to https://howlonguntiltrumpleaves.com/ there are only 993 days left. Compared to yesterday, that's positive.

You do realize who ever comes next will probably be worse, right? Not saying trump is an angel or anything but it will probably be someone sort of socialist or communist next time.

or there might be no next time

2351  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Mycelium or Electrum? Best bitcoin wallet on: May 02, 2018, 12:55:03 PM
both are good .i think u can use both and remember to use 2fa  Smiley
Two factor Authentication is the best way, I know. But Its hard when/by any mistake if I lost my 2fa code, then it will so bad. So I want a wallet which is good overall transactions fee low, fast more secure. By thr way, thank you for your valuable reply.  Smiley

don't forget that when you are using 2fa in Electrum you will be charged for it!
many people do not read the fineprint and then wonder who the hell charged them 100k
it happens that Electrum uses a third party 2fa provider that charges 100k satoshis for 20 credits aka 20 uses
so if you are prepared to pay for 2fa-be my guest, but I think 5k for each login is slightly overpriced and unreasonable
2352  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: What is wrong with Bread Wallet. Accepts other coins but still no Segwit? on: May 02, 2018, 12:02:58 PM
don't use bread wallet
make your pick from here: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet
choose mobile and choose your OS - Android or IOS
its the regularly updated list of officially supported legit wallets (but, exercise caution anywys,do not trust online wallets or keep big sums of money there)
2353  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Coin Market Cap Price Checker Android App on: May 01, 2018, 08:53:14 PM
why would you risk and download an app fro man unknown newbie account that does exactly what?
he is definitely only using Coinmarketcap's to give some legitimate look to it
we all know that Google play does check the apps, but it cannot be doing it every day,so there is a high chance the app you download is malicious
not saying it is,but developping something like this for free, then asking for donations yo uare most surely will not going to get.. .looks fishy as hell from my point of view
if you want to use coinmarketcap's app-download the official one
2354  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: 382 BITCOIN ITS ENOUGH TO OPEN MY OWN BANK? on: May 01, 2018, 08:05:40 PM
bitcoin bank as an individual?
an idea bound to fail,if you look at the successful bankin systems, they exist because they are 1.making money out of the thin air with fractional reserve and loaning/borrowing money at different rates, vigorish goes into their pockets
2.are able to enforce the seizure of the collateral if the client cannot pay or is bankrupt etc.
3.have a good security, analytical teams that can research the markets and/or companies/individuals (credit scores etc.)
besides bitcoins and banking are not really made to be together, the transactions are irreversible, blockchain is pseudo-anonymous and so on
you can call a "lending service" where you can use your 382 bitcoins to either lend them or participate in some project financially
but I cannot see it as abank in the full sense of this word, sorry

2356  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Bitcoin Casino | Plinko, Mines, Blackjack, Roulette + 8 more 👽 on: May 01, 2018, 11:44:26 AM
regarding Monero, they hardforked into several different coins now
it seems that they are trying to keep it as much ASIC resistant as possible
therefore I expect most of the sites revoke their support of this coin-too much of a headache
so much for  totally anonymous gambling...

Have you ever actually tried using Monero before? I like the devs and everything but the software is buggy.

I don't think it's a good addition. The site will have constant issues with their daemon.

The fees are also relatively high for a network that isn't quite full.

If you looked at the other sites which offer XMR as a deposit coin you will notice that the customers always complain about issues with their deposits and withdrawals.

Even I think it was Bitsler which used it before and they decided to remove it.

no,I don't usually bet with Monero, particularly for the reasons you have mentioned
it is fine if you want to remain as anonymous as possible, but getting +100 to headache is not my cup of tea,
there are many coins that have no such a history of being problematic
and yeah,Bitsler did remove it in their recent update, think cryptogames are eyeing the same move to be honest
2357  Economy / Gambling / Re: new dice website has been released on: May 01, 2018, 09:32:13 AM
yes,the owner is chatting happily at his own casino, while completely ignoring the thread(s)
he is online now,if goldenberg21 is his account
I doubt they were able to clone Admin,Moderator and Support chat accounts (or were they?) so it doesn't show if its admin or not
I think with so much effort put into the site you would be visiting your official bitcointalk thread more often and answer the questions
2358  Economy / Gambling / Re: ① Bitcoin Gambling Guides 2018 ✅ 15 free bonuses ✅ 120 reviews ✅ 12 countries on: May 01, 2018, 09:11:50 AM
I am 100% sure that there is no such thing as free lunch box mate! I mean you guys say that its free one with no despots at all but when we start winning some amount and when it comes to the withdrawing the winning then you will pop up the notification saying "You need to win 2x or 5x more than the free $50 deposits to complete the operation". And if we start playing further then I am sure it becomes worse and end up loosing most of the money. Who experienced this one already? I have many times!

this is the standard rule for wagering the bonuses, what makes you so surprised is beyond me
most of the casinos will not allow you to withdraw your free spins wins unless you wager it 30-50x times over
and of course,free cheese,mousetraps etc.
they have it all calculated and out of,say 100 players 3-5 manage to withdraw free money, the rest 90+ try the casino
and may get hooked to deposit real money,so they are not stupid Smiley
but the good thing, you don't lose anything other than your time-you won, tried to wager,if successful you got some money for free
if not,oh well at least you had fun and haven't deposited your hard earned cash or crypta
2359  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bitcoincasino.us is a SCAM. on: May 01, 2018, 08:39:01 AM
how about some proof to post instead of baseless accusations?
if you have been scammed, open a scam accusation topic
I registered with them,but haven't deposited just yet,they look like a legit casino,though
Google search shows only your topis as bitcoincasino.us+scam search request
they are not listed at badbitcoin.org either,so you better give some substantial evidence to your words

Actually many of them said that their site is scam anyway but never give the solid proof until today I saw this thread and I am sure that their site is a scam site. Because last time when I make a deposit and withdrawal, I never have this problems and after period of time yet many accuse is emerge. Hope everyone knows and stop make a deposit there

it is always strange why people instead of trusted and tested casinos
choose to deposit to some new or shady casinos first place, lured by big bonuses? Google blocked?
it is very rare when  a casino simply decides to make an exit and scam all of the customers in one go
it is a process and there must be some who post about about,so you can always Google and check
as for bitcoincasino.us I signed up as I was promised free spins, the promotion was over,so I didn't deposit
their bonuses seem too generous as they are,but you never know-sometimes new and not so new casinos launch them to attract new customers
2360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: help get coins back on: April 30, 2018, 05:42:56 PM
this is a good lesson to double and even tripple check where are you sending your coins to
lucky you you had the keys to the address
I had a similar situation a couple of years ago, lost 4.2 litecoins this way, sent them to a bitcoin address at an exchange
evidently, support could not retrieve the coins due to them having no access to the client's private keys
so I had to give up trying to escalate it,besides the sum was really low at that time
I sent 10 Ltс to a site that generates me a deposit for a coin exchange site.
maybe the exchange took your ltс?

they surely did,I could not recover them because support refused to get access to their wallet's private keys Sad
maybe you didn't get what I posted-it was LTC sent to a BTC addy, thus it was a mistake on my part
