Anonimity, masalah yg paling utama,
Walaupun transaksi nya transparan, tapi tidak ada regulasi pembuatan wallet, jadi sanhat mudah jadi sarana pencucian uang,
Kecuali pemerintah bisa membuat regulasi pembuatan wallet bitcoin yg diatur negara dan bisa diatur pajaknya, menurut saya pemerintah gak mungkin melegalkan bitcoin sebagai alat tukar, maksimal ya sebagai instrumen investasi tapi itu juga sulit,
Saya baca kemarin di korea, semua transaksi bitcoin harus dengan identitas pembeli dan penjual yg jelas, jadi walaupun wallet nya anonim, tapi transaksinya bernama, mungkin bisa diterapkan di Indonesia

Depend on the ICO I guess, but most of ICO doesn't look so convincing to be bought. Moreover you can not do any technical analysis except the maximum amount of the coin, so I can say buying in an exchange is more reliable.
But sometimes I do some deep research on an ICO to assure the legitimacy, and the quality, some of them are quite convincing, like the team, and affiliates are pretty great, that may be worth buying.

Day trading is very tough, especially in crypto currency. Either you put so much time and effort in it, or you put a huge amount of money. You may learn a lot of technical analysis and put enough money to the exchanger. Or spent more than $50k to join trading channel and as a capital.
In my opinion money management is the key. Because the risk is very high no matter how careful you are. But of course the income will be high too, if you do it right.

I want to ask, if later then someone or some people trade their merit, or even selling their sMerit would it be illegal?
And is there any limitation for sending sMerit daily, weekly, or monthly. Or maybe we can only sent certain number of sMerit to the same account.
e.g Can we give 10 or more sMerit to same account instantly,?

Jujur aja ya gan, kalau saya sih mending di kasih pajak trus dibuatkan dasar hukum yang jelas. Bukannya apa apa, beberapa hari ini kan heboh tuh berita bitcoin dinyatakan ilegal. Takutnya bisa kena ciduk, iya kalau pengurusan hukumnya lancar, kalau kena oknum malah bahaya.

I don't think you need to worry, this is kind of annual event in crypto market. You can check the market table in the previous yea, since 2015 maybe. Bitcoin (and other altcoin) is always form correction in January, then it will raise up again after that.

There are so many promising alt coin now, since the increasing number of ICO. But I have some suggestion, Ether maybe the only high-class alt coin that is still worth to buy, In the mid-class I suggest Ripple and Lumens, I think they are kind of rising star now, While in the low-class there are several coin like IOTA, ADA, TRX, that is still trying to find their way, but seems so promising, Basically I just show you my portfolio, so maybe my opinion a little bit bias,  |

In the end of 2017 the increasing value of Tronix (TRX) was surprising and maybe unbelievable. But recently because of the negative news and maybe the downtrend of bitcoin, this coin was dumped pretty bad.
What will you think happen to TRX? at least in the end of this year, or maybe next year,

Kalau menurut ane sih susah ya, pernah ikut bounty yg Whitepapernya meyakinkan, team nya juga, partnernya juga lumayan tapi sampe sekarang belum masuk exchange. Ada yg ICO nya whitepaper nya lumayan, partnernya biasa aja, tapi hasilnya melebihi expektasi dan menimbulkan penyesalan soalnya partisipasi di bountynya sedikit dan token dapetnya juga dikit.
Kalau ane sih ikut beberapa bounty sekaligus yg kayaknya potensial, signature buat yg paling meyakinkan sisanya social bounty,

I buy it when its $0.1 now it's $0.07. But when I ask some of my colleague they suggest me to Hold the coin.
Basically most of coin is in downtrend right now. But TRX got worse when they got so many negative news lately. But I believe it will bounce back. Even has 5x price next year.
