It stated waves has 100M waves token available

Waves uses LPOS where user leases their vote weight to someone who run a nodes, and nodes generate waves

In this case

1)The waves generated is only fees circulated within the 100M right?

2)We don't generate extra Waves which add on top of the 100M waves, right?

3)Finally, how does the first batch of waves come out before people leasing it? ICO?

It is indeed a very great concept where you could purchase coins at the cheapest price among exchanges

I do came across problems where having too many exchanges trading account, or even certain exchanges that are available in other language but couldn't trade.

Hmmm i do agree that although they wanted to make control on the supply of bounty which is good for the overall of Trueflip operation, but posting misleading information does raise doubt on why changes is made.

The best option there i think for both parties will be this, since
1) Bounty Contributor wanted 630,000 TFL Tokens as stated in the initial Post
2) Trueflip Team wanted to have 3% of Total TFL Token Sold.

Lets find an agreement where both side could agree, because this is how decentralized should be.
