I don't see the reason why they should be exchanging Neymar for Bernardo Silva. Neymar is someone who is considered a “has been”. He has not been able to perform to his standards at PSG. And bringing in Neymar to the team obviously creates a lot more competition in the team itself as you already mentioned.

Definitely a club which is already having poor finances are never going to take risk like this which can ruin them in long run with no hope of better future. Right now most Italian clubs are not in good financial situation to bring a player like Ronaldo just Inter and Juventus can afford this luxury but they both are not interested so with this all his future is not here in Serie A most chances he is going to stay at Manchester United and going to play just in Premier League for one season and if they achieve some good results then surely they will be in Champions League and Ronaldo could be in better position and having better ending of his career at this good club.

I agree that we are going to see Suarez doing a lot better in Bundesliga for a short while but at the end of the day Germany is famous for people with huge lungs, they run for 90 minutes and they keep running afterwards, and Suarez is too old and too "technical" to be that kind of player. Just keep him in La Liga even if he is playing for a low level team, he would at least be getting a few million a year and he would be making a lot of goals for that team and would have fun.

That is the most important part of the deal, he doesn't need to make a ton of success, just a few goals and some playing time for a few million and he can continue like that for maybe like 5 more years, that would make sense.
