There are many other like google adsense but they pay less and have different rules and restriction.
If you sell by fixed ad units then this is another thing and you can live from this of course.
But with the risk of getting banned for every minor mistake, it's not worth it. I`d rather take 10-20$ less income, with a stable ad network, that won't ban me, than to take the risk with them to ban me just before pay-day and not get paid. (I know somebody that just happened with him.) If you follow adsense private policy and if you don't brake their terms and conditions then why do they ban you? Most of the users who got issues with adsense is they have tried some kind of blackhat method to increase their revenue and caught that's why they ban. Zimbabwean team is not playing to win but they are practicing for next match what seems from there game at the moment.Once the required run rate will be over 8 per over which is obvious then they will start to play openly and then loose wickets and that's all.
As of now it looks like that only. They have already lost 6 wickets for 107 runs and still need 150+ runs in just 17 overs. Even if they want to play like T20 match later but they may not be having any wickets to play last 10+ overs. Today pitch looking very slow as Pakistan batting just 5 runs scored at the moment and i am trying to get bet for 10 overs total, i clicked on that link but this disappear before this to place bet on it as i think Pakistan will able to get score over 280 in first innings.
