2341  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Connect with blockchain directly from your phone on: September 21, 2022, 11:37:21 AM
How are you going to fit the Bitcoin Blockchain onto a mobile phone's limited memory? (Pruned version?) ..... because I know there are a huge demand for this to be developed for 3rd world countries with older phones.

Have you calculated the bandwidth it will need to update the Blockchain for both Bitcoin and other Alt coins that will be running on the phone? (Mobile data are very expensive in my country)  Roll Eyes
2342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino and prisons on: September 21, 2022, 06:13:23 AM
Prisons should focus on removing "criminals" from the street and then rehabilitating them to fit back into the "normal" society. It should not be a Hotel with a casino on the tax payers account.

Even though gambling  is not legal in prisons, it still happens ...and it is causing a lot of problems between inmates. They gamble for soap/food/cigarettes ...etc and when someone lose their belongings, fights erupt very quickly ....and people get hurt.

Let's rather pay taxes for criminals to be rehabilitated ...and to change them into people that can contribute positively to the society.  Wink
2343  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.us social casino review- Play legally at Stake in US on: September 21, 2022, 06:03:31 AM
Can you please explain to us ...What type of prizes can be won with the Gold coins that can be exchanged for prizes? I cannot access the site from my location, but I am very curious to know what kind of prizes are on offer for the sweepstakes.  Huh

I wonder if Eddie and his team are doing this to try and get "legal" status for Stake.com in the US? In any way... it was a genius move to bypass technicalities in the laws to still offer "gambling" in the form of sweepstakes.  Grin Grin Grin
2344  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: September 21, 2022, 05:51:33 AM
Twitch released a statement that they’re banning twitch streamers who play on stake after October 18th. I hope this doesn’t have a major effect on the business. Stake has seen so much positive news over the last couple of years, this along with the recent lawsuit seems to indicate some growing pains. I hope stake is able to continue their great service and find new methods of promotion.

They are not going to stop people from using other streaming services.... just look at what happened when Eddie was banned on Twitch.tv ..... he simply moved operations to Dlive.tv and we are seeing a massive growth in the people who are watching his stream every weekend.

Eddie even said that they are considering buying the platform and then Twitch.tv will regret that they ever made that move, because most of those streamers will move to the DLive.tv site.  Grin Grin Grin
2345  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin island in the Philippines? on: September 21, 2022, 05:38:32 AM
I have some Philippine friends and I spoke to them this morning via Skype and they said that wallet is not known to them, so I think this is a small startup company that are doing this for publicity.  Huh

A lot of the Libertarian groups have tried to create islands and boats and floating islands with the same concept, but it failed. The governments get wind of someone trying to compete with their local Fiat currency ....and they simply shut it down with guns.  Tongue
2346  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best Bitcoin mixer for mixing Bitcoin from Casino? on: September 20, 2022, 11:27:58 AM
The solution is quite simple..... send the funds to several different wallets after you received it from the casino and then send it to your official wallet provider. (I am talking about desktop wallets.... not online wallets)

The thing is.... Exchanges and some wallet providers can detect if you are using Mixer services and if you are trying to bypass their ToS requirements and they can still block your account.

Take the "fee" knock and just send it to 3 or 4 different wallets (Hardware wallet / Desktop wallet ... etc) and then send it to your online wallet, if you have to use them.  Tongue
2347  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The economic danger of China and Taiwan war on: September 20, 2022, 11:20:45 AM
Well, strictly speaking.... USA and China are already at war, with the financial & military support that they are giving to the Ukraine and Russia on both sides.  Roll Eyes They do not have feet on the ground, but they are funding the war and also giving specialist support on the military side.

The Taiwanese involvement will be more direct... so it will be officially seen as a direct influence in that conflict. It will send the global financial markets into a downward spiral and Crypto currencies will also feel the influence of that.  Tongue
2348  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bonus Abuse: Who is to Blame? on: September 20, 2022, 05:51:49 AM
I agree with you, blaming the casino operator because someone is caught abusing the Casino bonus is just a complete bullcrap (no offence).  It is like saying it is ok to rob a house because he left his door open when going out.
But on the contrary, why must you leave your door open when going out, because, in as much as we do not justify the act of robbery to be good, we ought to be security conscious, which is what casino operators should always have in mind, because you do not know when an abuser may likely come, so been on the safer side will be of best advantage.

The thing is.... if the door is open, you as a stranger are not allowed to enter the house, without the consent of the owner of the house. Even if you were a friend ... you will still not just walk around in the house and start taking what is not offered to you.. right?

People that does that are called ==> criminals ....and they cannot use excuses to justify their actions. If a door is open, you can notify the owner or report it to the police. (I have had neighbors that left their doors wide open and I simply called them or I notified the local security companies... I did not enter the house)  Roll Eyes
2349  Economy / Gambling / Re: Will duelbits pay 20k bet? on: September 20, 2022, 05:42:20 AM
Well, be prepared to be scrutinized, if you just created a new account and you drop a 20k Sport bet with a 2x or 3x multiplier and you win that bet. They will surely request full KYC/AML verification to protect themselves... and if you cannot provide that.. then they will most probably not payout the money to you.

These procedures will apply to any casinos that are licensed, so their actions will not be unique and targeted to you as an individual. Your actions will look like a typical money laundering tactic... and the KYC/AML regulations are there to stop that.  Wink
2350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GREENPEACE INTENSIFIES CAMPAIGN AGAINST BITCOIN FOLLOWING ETHEREUM'S MERGE on: September 20, 2022, 05:30:40 AM
Greenpeace? Aren't they the idiots who were protesting against oil drilling platforms by sailing around one of such platforms in a boat powered by a diesel engine? Cheesy

you mean the same people that wanted to take photos of clmate change of how icebergs are being broken.. by sailing in a icebreaker ship.

oh the guys that printed a billion paper leaflets to campaign about deforrestation

Yes, they are the guys who are sailing a gazillion miles in a couple of icebreaker ships to protect the whales... but that is not the real issue. The real issue is this.... The Fiat Banking system are using a lot more energy and polluting the earth more, but they focus on Bitcoin.  Roll Eyes

Do you see them standing in front of the 1000s of armored cars that are being powered by large Diesel engines on a daily basis? Do you see them picketing in front of the 1000s of Bank branches, where air-conditioning are running 24/7 ....and also electronic machines like computers / CCTV / Networking equipment / ATMs / Card readers... etc...etc?
2351  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🥥 BetCoCo 🥥 -🔥🔥Bonus upto 0.5BTC a month 🔥🔥 on: September 19, 2022, 11:35:21 AM
Welcome to Bitcointalk  Cool

I am curious to see how this bonus will work out on a longterm, will keep this post updated.

I can make a prediction..... it will go on for a few months ....until they reached their goal for the new memberships and then it will stop. It is not sustainable to run bonuses like this for extended periods.... so they will possibly reduce the percentage or stop it completely.  Roll Eyes

The Free spins on "Book of Dead" and "Gates of Olympus" is not really a "carrot" for most of the older gamblers, because we know the popular slots are being swept clean by the paid streamers every day.  Sad
2352  Economy / Economics / Re: What is regulations turning into on: September 19, 2022, 07:19:58 AM
You highlighted one of the most important aspects of Crypto currencies and that is centralized weak points. The moment when regulators can identify a central authority, they will close down on that entity like a bunch of sharks.

Satoshi Nakamoto removed himself as a centralized authority at the very beginning of Bitcoin, because he knew that centralized entities would be the target for regulators. These days people are hunting for fame and fortune and Alt coin developers are putting a target on their backs, by publicly announcing their link to the coin they launched. (Also linking those coins to centralized Exchanges, expose their real identities)  Roll Eyes
2353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Finding value bets on: September 19, 2022, 06:48:47 AM
A value bet should be you finding a bet at odds that give you the 'edge' over the bookmaker.... and in these days, this is almost impossible. We live in the information Age... where bookmakers have access to several resources to do very accurate predictions to determine the correct odds.  Roll Eyes

I see myself as being extremely lucky, if I spot a "value bet" ...once in a month, because most bets are done with odds being very close to the final outcome of the game.  Roll Eyes
2354  Economy / Gambling / Re: I beat Duelbits on: September 19, 2022, 06:27:25 AM
You only "beat" the casino when you find a way to constantly win.... and that will only work for a short while, because they will audit your account and if you are cheating them, they will close your account.  Wink

I thought OP posted this thread to show how he found some loophole in the deposits to gain profit, but it turns out that he was just bragging about a $300 profit from gambling at this casino. (The house will always win, because you are going to come back and you are going to lose that again)  Grin
2355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN WAS YOUR WORST MOMENT AND CHALLENGE WITH BITCOIN ? on: September 19, 2022, 06:18:39 AM
I think one of my worst moments was when I bought bitcoins for $300 and I sold most of it, when the price reached $1000+ .... I only felt bad when the price skyrocketed to $18 000+ and then again to $60 000+  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I do not have any regrets about the decision because I made a lot of profits on those first coins and it made a significant impact on my financial situation. It would have been so much better, if I held all those coins until it reached $60 000+....but I learnt some very valuable lessons from this...  Wink
2356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Choices: Gamble or Help the poor ? on: September 18, 2022, 11:05:08 AM
Why should that money come from your "gambling" budget? Why can you not simply eat a little bit less "takeaways" or at expensive restaurants.... or better yet, stop smoking or drinking, if that is your addiction?

I do not have to feel bad about gambling... because I have a portion of my budget set aside to help people in need in any way. (I have debit orders going off for that, so it is totally automated)  Cheesy
2357  Economy / Gambling / Re: Professional Roadbike Cycling on: September 18, 2022, 09:11:10 AM
I am not a big cycling fan, but for some reason the "Tour de France" pulls me in front of the television every year... so there are definitely something that attract people to this sport. There are several categories of bicycle racing, including road bicycle racing, cyclo-cross, mountain bike racing, track cycling, BMX, and cycle speedway.

My brother just love to compete in mountain bike racing and cannot stop talking about it, so I know a lot about that and I will have someone that can give me some tips... if we can start betting on it.  Roll Eyes
2358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The impact of bitcoin on world population, what happens when the population rate on: September 18, 2022, 09:00:26 AM
Luckily for all the Fiat slaves, governments do not care about population growth.... they simply print more money to adapt to the growing need for cash.  Roll Eyes  This is also good for bitcoin hoarders, because the more people there are.... the higher the need for Bitcoin will be.... thus pushing the value per bitcoins up in the future.

The cost per "Satoshi" will just increase... and there are millions of Satoshi in circulation to fit everyone's needs, no matter how many people there are.  Wink

I tried so hard to get this vip level on Stake, i spend my years on that. But now i get limited on sports bet. Could you please help me about that?
username  : rambofaik

I think you are reading it wrong..... if you are referring to what they are saying in the picture you send. They are just saying that if you play Sports bets... your wagering there are counting 3 times more to your progress in the VIP ranking.  Wink

How do you know that you are being limited in the Sports book? Can you send us a picture, where it states that? In any way.. if you are limited.. nobody here will be able to reverse that decision.  Roll Eyes
2360  Economy / Gambling / Re: Slot Games' RTP, variable?? on: September 17, 2022, 11:00:14 AM

 Hi

Si it is true that RTP of slot games can be adapted to the casinos preferences ??

do all providers do this ?

And what about when slots are accessed directly on the casino website, here anything can happen, things like avoiding use of RNG too.

 Thanks to everybody

Some 3rd party Slot providers offer different RTP percentages, so the casino can decide what RTP they want to use. I know from experience that the RTP for Slots in "brick n mortar" casinos cannot be changed on the fly. There are a lot of hoops and regulations that you have to adhere to, when you want to adjust the RTP.

I have to be honest, my knowledge on online casinos (Slots) are not on par with what I know from Slots in "brick n mortar" casinos, but in regulated casinos this should be the same.

Now this is a whole different story for the in-house / original games... I think the casinos adjust those on the fly.  Roll Eyes

Ps - All money wagered goes into the casino's bankroll..
