It looks like they are trying to remove all those multiple accounts created on same IP addresses. If you don't have funds in that account then no need to worry but before creating a new account from same IP address you better check with admin otherwise you may face the same issue again. OR you may need to use one dedicated proxy IP for the new account. Have multiple accounts won't give us a problem as long as we don't take advantages from bitsler's promotions and faucet.
