2341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs Bitcoincash on: March 01, 2018, 12:20:15 AM
I don't think it's wise to compare the two based on technology, community or price.
Ethereum is a different algo which would soon go POS only, has a great price and community and is the leader in token platform and dapps.
BCH on other hand is finite mineable (only with dedicated hardware) coin quite popular to (ex)bitcoin miners.
2342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OPINION - my investment for february : Etheos / Electroneum / Wepower ? on: March 01, 2018, 12:15:52 AM
I like Storm and Wepower myself out of all those there. Storm I believe is doing an airdrop for the next year so that is a big up, not to mention they have a user base already which is another big up. Wepower I don't know as much about but they are an Australian Power company and if they accomplish anything close to Power Ledger then you will have another power project winner. Both seem solid to me, the rest is all up to you though.

Dont ever believe to airdrop mate. Airdrop can build the price only temporary and then down.
Look nxt and ignis, they are both now break the lowest low possible and become useless.
Airdrop just another shit token and it may worth nothing to grab it rather than wasted a lot of your effort to get airdrop from storm and then it may better to invest in another project.
As far as i know about the fact that wepower is only the strong candidate in OP's list. Storm is not good anymore. NXT gives a good lesson for us.

Storm is a coin that is already being traded in exchanges and they are organizing an airdrop just to make it know to a larger group of people and hence increasing the community as airdrop would lure you to check the price and info of the coin.
2343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DO YOU THINK NOT ALL ICO's PUSH THROUGH? on: March 01, 2018, 12:11:26 AM
There is a heavy increase of number of ICO in a give period of time and hence the amount of capital they aspect. There is no that level of increment of investors and the capital they can spend. So, investors have gone choosy and would choose an ICO based on their project and presentation.
Popular ICO's seem to be easily meeting their cap while some are just going unknown.
2344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Adjusting your betting unit size based on your current bankroll - Sports Betting on: March 01, 2018, 12:08:04 AM
I've been using 1 to 5% of my bankroll to bet on different sports and odds. But what fails me everytime is I tend to bet without rule on teams or person I believe to win. Most of the does win but when they don't, I ruin my bankroll.
2345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In which coins to invest my $2500? Ethereum, NEO, Bitcoin Cash, Gas, or Waves? on: February 27, 2018, 03:16:33 PM
Ethereum and NEO have bright future. Both of them have innovative team, large community and already working platforms for token issuance and dapps. Their Gas would be used by a lot of projects and hence would increase in value.
2346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC - Passports and documents for sale on Dark Web on: February 27, 2018, 03:09:03 AM
This is a huge issue. KYC and identification documents should at least be done with another proof for example a piece of paper stating which ICO they are joining for alongside the original documentation to prevent such frauds.
2347  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trolling to Senior Membership on: February 27, 2018, 03:06:40 AM
After following a few threads and seeing regular senior members come to troll projects I started to get curious.  Do these senior members actually know what they're talking about or are they senior members simply because they back every post they see with the goal of gaining activity and merit?

I went through a history of one member and found that the majority of post they have been posting since they became a member were accusations of scams and trolling on the same threads.

This leaves me thinking that the BTT ranking system encourages users to troll and create spam and that rank on BTT really doesn't mean anything in terms of someones credibility.

What do others think?

That surely was the case few months ago. But with the implementation of merit systems, there is decrease in trolling or senseless posts as the posting is not the only requirement for a higher rank. We've started seeing a general rise in the quality of posts after the implementation of merit as requirement for rank rise.
2348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bookie - The world’s first decentralized betting exchange on: February 27, 2018, 02:56:40 AM
Dapps are indeed the future of betting and we'll be seeing lot of competition in this sector.
So you have created your own blockchain and your own token to host your dapp(s) and your token would be the only currency to bet with?
2349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats the difference between an ICO and a 100% Premined Altcoin? on: February 26, 2018, 02:28:08 AM
ICO does define both mineable altcoins as well as issued tokens on or off smart contract.
A premined coin whether small percentage or 100, can sell some amount of premined coins as ICO to gather the funds for development and maintenance of that particular coin.
And generally ICO of a newly issued token is held by a particular company to fund it's project.
2350  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: 🔥New Bitcoin Hard Fork coming soon. How do I get it? on: February 25, 2018, 11:39:58 AM
There seems many scam attempts called Bitcoin Private. In any way, never give up your private keys or important details.
This particular video asks you to claim the said coin even before the so called snapshot date which confirms it's scam.
2351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XMV] MoneroV - Fork 1:10 of Monero - Finite coin supply - Private on: February 22, 2018, 03:32:45 AM
No one is compelling anyone for anything. Monero as an open source project can be forked by anyone anytimes. There are no reasons to FUD.
If you don't like MoneroV, don't use it, simple.

It's not FUD, it's simple objective logic. So far the XMV dev's have yet to address how they're going to fix the privacy issue XMV devs are creating (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlVsMTeT_nE) that will impact MoneroV users more than Monero users. People who use coins from Monero might be impacted depending on how many people use the XMV gained from the chain split and the originating XMR so XMR users have every right to get angry which is why the Monero community regards this as a hostile fork...it undermines XMR's privacy and shoots XMV's privacy in the foot even worse.

First read this news, this its really fork from Monero ? if really this its official fork from Monero may i know maybe statment from Developer Monero about this Fork its official or not Smiley Thanks

No, MoneroV not an official fork of Monero and at least some of us regard it as a hostile fork because as said earlier it has the potential to impact privacy of XMR, but more importantly it impacts XMV users more: https://twitter.com/monerocurrency/status/964484507352141825

This whole privacy issue could be avoided if they decided to start their own blockchain instead of trying to do a chain split on Monero's chain. Sumo created their own chain. Others have... it shouldn't be that hard, but XMV dev's don't care about their own users' privacy it would seem and are more interested in what seems to be a quick cash grab scheme...

This is simple as it is. Claiming monerov may put the previous transaction history from that particular address at risk. But I think that can be quite solved by moving your monero in a new wallet around the fork and again moving it out to another intermediate wallet and back to your original wallet after the fork. And hence claiming monerov without risking your history.
2352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much have you won/lost on bitcoin gambling ? on: February 22, 2018, 03:24:40 AM
I didn't made a record of but my bitcoin gambling loss is larger than the profit be it in dice or sports betting. If it to be calculated at current bitcoin price, that could be a million dollar loss.
2353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: best sport betting site? on: February 22, 2018, 03:21:15 AM
I use nitrogenbets for live bettings good odds, for wide around and better odds, fairlay is still my favourite. For altcoin betting with good odds, wbet7 is my new favourite as I love betting with doge coin.
2354  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ JackpotRacer Casino ★ House of Games ★coming back soon!!!!!!!!! on: February 22, 2018, 03:18:00 AM
What if Jackpotracer is the real moneypot? We know the affiliation and than the rivalry and scam acquisition to one another. What if it was all along the strategy to fool moneypot investors and users? A huge gamble?  Grin
2355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can go wrong! on: February 21, 2018, 03:18:55 AM
Take you time and study the coin you are thinking about buying. Look at its record, price trend and users review and ICO price wherever applicaple. Don't jump in in a pumping market. You'll have plenty more chances to buy the coins in future and BTC/ETH are still better bets on holding.
2356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why kyc is even required? on: February 19, 2018, 10:37:04 PM
Most casinos like fortunejack require kyc if you win a huge amount some sportsbook also ask for kyc
Why is this even necessary bitcoin gambling exist so that we can gamble anonymously and not pay any tax on our winnings or hide our identify if we win a huge amount then why do many sites still ask for kyc
Is it even fair?
Fortunejack won't ask for KYC if you didn't have a serious problem , I've been playing at fortunejack since 2014 and never asked for KYC even for once. I've heard several cases in fortunejack that they ask for KYC and its for security reason. The answer are for security reason generally.
I just read there terms if you earn a profit of more than 2000$ you need to provide kyc and in today's value that is just 0.18 bitcoin which is so less , I saw scam accusations also against them for not paying a person winning amount of 6 bitcoin or something and finally he got after 3 months

Never heard that Fortunejack requires KYC for $2000 profit, could you please show me the link where you read it? As I just visited their terms to make sure about it but I did not find it, maybe I missed it as it is so long terms to read.
I would like to ask the same thing which i havent found out regarding into this information about such threshold which they do require KYC for a certain gambler.Ive been a player on the site itself but ever since i havent asked about any documentation even though i hit thousands of dollars is on involve.I dont know on where he do get such information.

They generally ask for KYC when the withdrawal amount exceeds than the deposit amount of user by large. Though they call it for security reasons, they are actually troubling the winners. They have no security issues for people that deposit large and loose.
2357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bob's low risk football prediction on: February 19, 2018, 10:31:55 PM
Hello folks, I will share with you must low risk football predictions. I hope you will enjoy.

I hate betting the favors with low odds , at first it seems that the games are easy to profit but in the long run betting with these odds will lead to negative results
have you tried counting you profit/loss in the past betting on the favors ?? I'm pretty sure that this isn't profitable

Before choosing to post my bets here, I enjoyed in solo, and from all the bets I made, I made money, so let's hope it will last so you can enjoy Smiley.

AS Monaco-Dijon FCO --> Monaco DNB @1,12 --> 5 mBTC --> potential win 0,6 mBTC
Its good to hear out that you are profitable on low odds betting which have been said above i dont see this kind of behavior or system of betting would really be profitable on long run.I have tried this out but ended up on negative results just like what SyGambler do mention related into this matter. We do have the same thoughts and not only that i have experienced the results.Btw ill try out to follow this thing though.

Yes, with that low odds, it would take ages to recover a single loss. Anything below 1.25 are more risk than profit, I've tried such in tennis and ended up diminishing my bankroll.
2358  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 20 Billion Bets | 111+ BTC Jackpot! on: February 19, 2018, 10:26:25 PM
Hi Noyer. This casino is probably Bankrupt. That's why they start to play dirty, taking off last chance to recover looses by changing seeds, not paying big wins, verification shit procedures etc. Bitcoin Casinos should be based on Anonymity. Why should you send your private info ? They don't provide this private info from their side if someone deposit high ammount. I also get started with Prime since 2016, and there were no issues earlier, when BTC price was low. At present time - it is different casino, diferent Primedice, than before. Unfortunately. Just one Advise for Stunna / Edward  --- please remove lable Fairplay/Fairness ETC/// it is not about you. Nobody from your support can not verify my bets. That is why You change seed twice, to erase proofs. This is my private opinion. Take care Noyer. Hope that they will pay you. All others, who stuck with deep reds just get fucked by Primedice administration. with no regards to prime. armada

I don't think it is bankrupt. It's here for quite a long and probably the most profitable online gambling site. Huge withdrawals are subject to manual review in most of the gambling sites where mixing is the issue owners are concerned about. The bets are (still) provable for fairness.
2359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your Dice gambling strategy? on: February 19, 2018, 02:48:29 AM
I always go with customized martingale. Most of them ended up badly but last two withdrawal were great. I have a habit of throwing some dice even before withdrawing from a sports betting site. I don't like to pay the transaction fees.
2360  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitVerts - Dice Game on: February 19, 2018, 02:41:06 AM
False advertisement. It has nothing to do with dice game. Even the name suggest it to be an advertisement site.
No one would be visiting a 5% house edge site however large your jackpot may be.
