The one to blame is the whales they tried to hide they're exploit from covering it up with a hack were exchanges like the korean exchange were only stolen only about i think it was 30 million when i read the article from cointelegraph but the price went down to 300 bln. Yes the market crashing has it's pros and cons in fact there is even a technical analysis that bitcoin will go down to 6000 or 5500. Which is suspicious despite the good news for bitcoin this past weeks the price still fluctuate's. I rather buy more than regret it later when the price surge. The only reason the bullish run stopped because of the recent hack but i think this second quarter will have an uptrend especially when the US exchanges now legally accepts bitcoin trading. So better take advantage of the dips.

There are some exchanges that allows it. Cause it's much easier and convenient to use bot when trading you just have to set up the coin you want to buy then sell if it drops to the percentage that you've put to sell to cut losses. But sometimes this bot can be abuse and can be use to make fake trading volumes to raise a FUD and traders will do panic selling.
