Würde gerne noch investieren, habe aber derzeit kein FIAT auf der EUR Wallet (+ Überweisung dauert ja) und meine Coins will ich in dem Dip auch nicht verkaufen.

Hi, Wenn du deine Order vor ICO-Ende hast, wird es funktionieren, auch wenn dein Zahlungseingang erst nach ICO eintreffen wird. Das ist, was wir zu dem Thema kommunizieren: The ICO deadline will be only for new purchased orders - all pending KYC requests and orders will be validated even after the ICO.
If KYC-documents get rejected after ICO finished, you will still be able to upload the missing document(s). Die 25% gab es mal, das ist aber leider vorbei. Ob die 10% für dich ausreichen, musst du für dich entscheiden. Nach ICO werden die Token nur noch auf Exchanges (ab Ende Januar auf HitBTC, weitere sollen folgen) zu bekommen sein. |

Wir haben doch in DE die Abgeltungssteuer von 25 % oder habe ich da was verpasst??? Die Abgeltungssteuer gilt zunächst für Kryptowährungen nicht, da die Bafin den Bitcoin als Rechnungseinheit definiert hat. Zunächst schreibe ich deshalb weil der Staat vielleicht noch irgendwann die ganzen Coins und Tokens unterscheiden wird (Utility, Security, Currency...), oder der Einfachheit halber doch eine Pauschale einführt. Im Moment gilt der Gewinn aus Kryptowährungen als sonstige Einkünfte, welche Du in deiner persönlichen Einkommenssteuererklärung angeben muss (bei Überschreitung deiner Freibeträge) und werden die Gewinne dann nach deinem persönlichen Steuersatz besteuert werden. Lässt Du deine "Coins" ein Jahr lang liegen, sind sie steuerfrei. Vorsicht, denn wenn Du z.B. BTC in ETH tauschst, sind zu DEM Zeitpunkt Anschaffungs- und Veräußerungswerte in EURO umzurechnen, hast Du damit Gewinn gemacht, ist dieser zu versteuern, auch wenn Du dann ETH wieder in BTC tauschst UND, ab dem Zeitpunkt beginnt die eine jährige Frist wieder von vorne. You must fix this issue because before purchase you didn't make notify the person there is KYC producer required for that.

Wie bereits vor ein paar Posts von Anderen geschrieben worden ist, gibt es keine Kampagnen wo Newie´s teilnehmen können. Selbst die Kampagnen für Jr. Member´s sind sehr beschränkt, erst ab dem Member Rang findet man mehr Auswahl an Kampagnen. Um Member zu werden solltet ihr täglich 2x etwas konstruktives posten und nicht das Forum zuspamen, bei Spam werdet ihr nämlich nicht mit dem Rang weiterkommen. Wenn man aktiv postet, dann erreicht man den Rang des Members in knapp etwas mehr wie einem Monat. Viel Erfolg! Listing on HitBTC is planned for the end of this month Thats my worry too. HitBTC has become scammers paradise off-late and people are losing lots of money in that exchange. I really hope team will consider listing in Binance and KuCoin. I would avoid HitBTC whatever the price pump it will come.

Hello all! Just a quick info post for all crypto enthusiasts and investors! China are currently trying to re write some of their regulatory laws, in order to force out the "non official" (that is not government backed) crypto farms ... And this is when combined with the Korean thing, the reason we have seen major price wobbles. But don't worry because the rest of what I learned is great news for us. Switzerland where the currency banks all headquarter their firms; where the regulation and law for finance is the easiest to work with and most profitable - is where these companies who are getting squeezed out will be relocating too; and I have it on fairly good authority from a source who lives in Switzerland ad a guy who recently moved to China to teach English EFL students .. that the Swiss government is welcoming these operators with open arms! Not only that, the actual banks are gonna throw WHOPPING big investments towards crypto farms who move there. So while in the long long term some will see this as conventional banks trying to "buy" crytpo, anybody who knows about the crypto scene will know this is never gonna happen - what is going to happen is that the large amount of investments and high volume trade, will cause the currently flattened prices to rebound and SKYROCKET at the time this starts to physically happen. My advice, and what I am planning? Keep a cash store handy; then when the price is low lump some dosh into cryptos as this starts to happen and watch your profits soar. This goes for ALL the big coins, including many subforks and projects with official support such as Peculium (Google partnered!) Anybody who is interested, I will keep posting as and when new info comes my way, and if you are interested to hear more detail feel free to quote me. Happy trading everyone! Just a little correction to avoid you´ll sit the whole 24th in front of your PC: PCL will not HitBTC in 3 days, but the ICO will finish in 3 days & HitBTC-listing is announced for the end of January.
