My life is becoming boring these days. May be it's time to gamble small amounts to get excitements from stake 🤣
I am serious and I love acca LOL
2362  Economy / Reputation / Re: DT, will somebody tag this man???????? on: October 15, 2022, 08:46:40 AM
if you look at the news of the Bitlucy problem that warms up around June. he should still be active in the campaign. certainly not difficult to find information related to the project.
I looked at his post history (latest 3 ages, starting from January this year).
He is more frequent in Collectibles. Few posts in service, mostly in signature campaign application. I guess two posts in meta and few in bitcoin discussion, few in gambling boards. This is one of those users who does not have any interest of what is going on in other boards except they are regular in the board they found there place.

Don't expect every single forum member to know what is going on in the community even it this is the topic of the town. They are still unaware.
2363  Economy / Reputation / Re: The Latest Rule is 1 merit per week for signature campaign by yahoo62278 on: October 15, 2022, 08:32:20 AM
Fishing has already started 🤣

is my bait too big and catch everyone's attention 🤣🤣

although right now I'm still trying to collect merit to fulfill the 1 merit rule per week.
Just be genuine. You can force yourself to something that you are not used to but later you will go back to your usual. Whatever you are doing now is doing to stay in the campaign and that's where it is not right. You are trying to manipulate the rule in your favor.

Just be genuine? I remain original and one's ability and reasoning will certainly develop. when I strive for things I have never done (more precisely, I don't do it often) then there will be some positive efforts that I will do. Become a better forum member and pay attention to every post that is made, even though people disagree and think of me as a big fisherman, I still have the right to develop even though I am still influenced by the rules.
See you are now involved in discussion. That's what you do to get things done correctly. There you go with the merit you needed for this week to get paid. But know that consistency is the key. Forum people are more aware about merit fishing than before they were. If you try that path then it won't work.

The first post and the 2nd last post were only to talk cheesy to impress your manager to get his attention (others may have different view).

Cheesy?
Cheesy as cheap and unpleasant. It's more like buttering others to achieve his desire.

Wait ALL!

Is this me or anyone else is also seeing kamvreto is just making the whole things cheesy?

But maybe this may lead to merit abuse.

Welsh, thank you for your input. So in your opinion, a neutral tag with a short explanation and a reference to this thread would be appropriate in situations like this?
Don't take it negatively.

Do you see how desperate you are to write on other peoples trust page?
That's where the practice is wrong. I am not saying the feedback you left for HunnyFinance is wrong but the urge you feel inside to leave feedback is totally wrong in my view.

I am going to distrust you exactly for the reason of your strong urge of leaving feedback. There are no other reason. You are possibly a good fella in the community.
2366  Economy / Reputation / Re: DT, will somebody tag this man???????? on: October 15, 2022, 07:47:03 AM
DT
will somebody tag this man still wearing the bitlucy scam signature and a avatar
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=408367

Have you PMed the user about it?
There are many users who do not have any idea what is going on around the forum. They don't have to. My guess is the user is not aware of anything at all, he even does not care what he have in his signature and avatar.

On the other hand bitlucy site is down, I do not think there are any payment to receive too. All leads to realize only one thing which is the said user does take care of his signature and avatar space. A PM to him will not take longer time to get this removed.

But from your side this does not make sense to me. Have you created this account only to accuse that user?

No, no. They pretty much do gain benefits. Running a full node grants you privacy, security, and self-sovereignty over all. In fact, running a full node does a lot more contribution to the person running it, than to the network bandwidth-wise.
Ouch! Miners are rewarded by the mining fees. Hence, my response was more concerning financial gain 🤣
2368  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 🎃 [ANN] Bitcointalk Bitcoin Pumpkin Carving Contest 🎃 on: October 14, 2022, 09:47:37 AM
Pumpkin carving is something I haven really done in my life. I might have carved a couple or so pumpkins.
I like my pumpkin in curry. Sweet and spicy. Unfortunately I have not seen a whole pumpkin for ages. All are half cut or quarter 🤣
2369  Other / Archival / Re: What a wonderful merit overflow on: October 14, 2022, 09:24:21 AM
The forum has become so boring that we now investigate a number of smerits given out. Grin
Merit history checking, checking plagiarism, busting scammers, investigating alternative accounts are always a thing for a group of people. It always will be. Like you said those with "over-wise" sometimes make it their career to climb the ladder of the forum. It's fine occasionally you find something and talk about it but when it become a regular routine for someone then it's questionable. Why? Let's talk about it some other day 🤣

TL is exceptional from my experience though.
2370  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Alert on: October 14, 2022, 09:03:00 AM
Not everyone wants to submit KYC to Twitter for verification because their database is easily compromised. If Twitter imposes KYC for verification, I'm sure the majority of the crypto Twitter community will fail it. After all, this is social media, right? You will also be verified if you have a large and active community. My younger brother is a verified TikToker; he earned the badge as a result of his large community and engagements. It's social media, and the only way to avoid being scammed is to not believe everything you see and to pay close attention to verified pages. Only hate speeches are moderated by Twitter.
The KYC is more appropriate because it's a social media. Database compromised and other things are their failure points. Obviously crypto owners will not take KYC positively and in that case when someone have a verified website, verified influential other social platform like YouTube, Facebook; they should take it as a reference for their verification process. I don't know if Twitter has groups or pages like fan club or a celebrity, if they have then may be they can ask legal paper from the lawyer of the celebrity to check if they gave the permission.

It's all up to them how they will improve their platform. The current process of verification badge is surely failing the image of having it considering the numbers of scams are happening from verified blue badges accounts.

It's hard to get any information from domain history especially if you are talking about domain registration date. A legit business can create a domain yesterday and launch their website. It's also true that there are many mining equipment seller are in google first page who offer cheap mining setup which is too good to be truth. Most of them or could be all of them are scammers.

I don't understand the language of the topic you linked. It would be helpful if you take notes of important sections of the discussions and translate here for us to get a good understanding of what was happening.

Hello. Time ago this people scam me a champions league bet if remember well After this they limit my maxbet to 0. So as in revenge i create an email and told a friend to create account in this place to continue making money in this place. Hope this clarify your question
What could be a better reason than this for betnomi not to pay you? Now the case is closed and you move on. Please lock the thread.

I don't know if is there a possibility that the casino will refund your deposit or not.
They should not return any money at all not only the money that was deposited to the new account. OP needs to learn a lesson.
2373  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet.org scam on: October 14, 2022, 08:06:36 AM
I dont understand why do people still use freewallet ?
Because they don't know what they are dealing. They have no idea what is the difference between a custodial and non-custodial wallet. Some of them even don't know how to store  their private key safe. I saw them to save their private key on Google drive. A small group of people are only aware about securing their cryptocurrency.
2374  Other / Archival / Re: What a wonderful merit overflow on: October 13, 2022, 07:37:44 PM
On the contrary, since the trust system is designed for, to quote theymos, "getting a general idea of someone's trade history and trustworthiness in one convenient location" [reference], and taking into account the evidence presented by Ratimov, it makes perfect sense for a neutral tag with a reference to this thread.,
Unless there are concrete evidence we have no right to write anything in others trust wall even with neutral feedback. The forum gave too much freedom to the users who are regular (us) just to do what we like wherever we like.

These days I see too many neutral tags which actually can not be considered as neutral but a way to underestimate others. Most of it are given to achieve two agenda:
1. Of course to underestimate the users who they do not like
2. To build up their own reputation proving that they are always active to find wrong doings.

Both are bad since it's all are in personal level.

[..]

For the record this was mentioned to consider in general. Sorry I failed to point it out so you thought it was meant for this particular case.
2375  Other / Meta / Re: See this burst poster here. on: October 13, 2022, 07:24:57 PM
I read everything posted in the topic. In fact I read it from the start to finish just half an hour ago on my phone. Now logged in just to make a response. May be after this post I will make few more posts before going back to my usual routine.

PP eventually you fooled a lot of users LOL. It was a smart move to test many more things than just to find the burst posting. But let's leave everything else behind. Let's talk about burst posting.

I was actually looking at your post intervals yesterday before making my first comment but it did not seem to me burst posting even though I saw somewhere like 8 to 10 or 15 minutes (I fucking don't have time to check again LOL) interval between some posts. Since my understanding of burst posting is shit-post one after another in different threads in x amount of time to fulfill signature quota but I did not see the shit-post in your posts so, I really was not sure if you were trying to show your post history.

Honestly speaking I have the same posting habit like you. Just few weeks ago I left one campaign because I was not able to fulfill their weekly quota to post in gambling section. I volunteered to leave the campaign. Both manager and I are happy. Manager expects me to join some other campaign where he will be able to give me more flexibility once it will be available for him. And the few weeks ago one was not the only one that happened with me. I left many campaign where at some point I found it's not going in my way. I even have several long gaps in activity, sometimes it's several months long several times. I take leave from the place when I feel not right.

There are a lot of us who do the same. They do not care about when and what they are posting. They care to post when they feel there are something for them to talk. The earning from signature for them are a bonus just as a side product.

As a result of this, I have proposed to yahoo62278 to finish this week in the campaign and leave my place for someone else. It has been via PM but it is no secret. I think that the difference in vision was going to end with me leaving the campaign anyway, either me leaving or him kicking me out.
Both you and yahoo62278 are seeing this from two different perspective. As a manager yahoo62278's main concern is to get maximum ROI of the campaigns he is managing. I don't think you both should have hurt feeling towards each others. I can imagine that the PM he left was without having much thought in it.

But it would be nice if yahoo62278 reconsider his view in burst posting. One user above (I am too lazy to find the post and name to bring exact words) said something like:
Don't count the post that you think is burst posting in your terms but again don't consider all posts those have small interval of time even less than five minutes as long as it's on topic and have quality contribution.

After making this post, I may find a topic where I feel like five words are enough to response the conversation. If I do that and if the interval between this post and the next post is 3 minutes then would you say I should unnecessarily make the post longer to make it 300 words and wait half an hour to post it? I am positive that you will not demand it. The best you will do it to ignore the next post from the post counting for the week. But you can not accuse me for making shit post just because it was 5 words long and 3 minutes after the last post.
2376  Other / Archival / Re: What a wonderful merit overflow on: October 13, 2022, 11:12:44 AM
I am not sure if It's a good idea from me to leave a neutral feedback on hunnyfinance profile for future reference. What do you think, folks?

It's probably not enough evidence to link these two accounts beyond reasonable doubt, but I don't see any harm in leaving them neutral feedback for future reference.
The Trust page of another user is not a dairy taking place for others. logfiles can easily keep a note for himself using Ninjastic's (TryNinja) users note extension: [Script] BitcoinTalk User Notes

This post is to reply FatFork.

It's not the first time I confused myself by my own sin 🤣
Most of the forum boards are in my ignore list and when I visit peoples post history page from my account, I miss the posts from the ignore boards. It needs a habit for me to check from another browser before responding to any such discussions LOL

See how it confused me:

It's from the logged in browser.

And this is when I am not logged it LOL
2378  Other / Meta / Re: See this burst poster here. on: October 12, 2022, 12:08:14 PM
You made me laugh a lot, many of the responses above didn't even click on the link and gave answers based on assumptions.
In general, the best advice is to wait until we know which account @OP is referring to, and then respond accordingly.
Imagine PP wanted to test user's behavior 🤣

[...]I'm pretty sure Poker Player just screwed up and linked to his own profile instead of the burst poster
I am sure too. The above post was just to make fun of some users who reacted on the thread not even looking at the post history. No offense guys, sometimes we all are too lazy to go into the deep.
2379  Economy / Reputation / Re: Ndasmu Njeblug, spam in the bounty thread on: October 12, 2022, 12:03:00 PM
I guess the account is banned now. Look at their post history. It's very possible that all those POA were deleted by the mod however I was primarily thinking mods will not delete the POA.

Anyway, even in 2017 he looked like a spammer.
2380  Other / Meta / Re: See this burst poster here. on: October 12, 2022, 07:00:17 AM
You must be taking piss off of everyone or have some hidden desire to experiment the reaction of the members. LOL
Like:
Are they reading the topic or just making a response without reading it.
Or you are trying everyone to see the interval of your post history 😂
