Only 4 teams are having a real chance of progressing to the next phase - the two new teams (Lucknow & Gujarat), as well as Rajasthan and Bangalore. The remaining teams have 10 points or less, and require some miracle in order to progress to the next stage. And apart from RCB, each of these teams have only three matches each left. The bottom ranking teams (CSK, KKR and MI) have zero chance of progressing to the next phase as they don't have enough points. And that is why today's match (Mumbai Indians vs Kolkata Knight Riders) doesn't have any relevance. Hyderabad, Delhi and Punjab have scored 10 points in 11 matches. However, they are 4 points behind fourth-ranked Bangalore. However, if they can play well in the upcoming matches, they will be able to qualify for the next round. We are going to have a Brighton - Manchester United match today as well. For this match, Manchester United are slightly the favourite side as far as I can see. But I still can't trust them as much as to bet on them even a bit.
