2361  Economy / Gambling / Re: BK8 - Biggest and Most Trusted Brand. Asia's #1 Crypto online casino BTC & USDT on: March 23, 2022, 01:14:49 AM
Currently, with the BK8 they didn't support the PH country for me as a user looks like you need to put a false information just to create an account to them and looks like a mandatory KYC better if they made a kyc option for their users after creating an account not just already putted the information upon registration.

As far as I know, users can use the features in BK8 without having to KYC with full identity (like KYC with national identity, pasport, etc), we just need to register by email and verify the date of birth. if it is necessary can add a mobile phone. Maybe, PH users can trying to access and register with IDR, because verification here, with that details is enough and there are no problems for withdraw.
If you can't register better not to alter any information and stick with the rules to avoid any problem, there might be no documents needed but still they need your location details so they can know if you can play on the site or not. Don't try to use VPN because it can be a violation that will put you on a bigger trouble later on. Though its possible to register with different information, but its too risky if you gamble using that information.

I guess better not to create an account for the Philippines user because the country is not added yet on the list of the account creation even though we use VPN still the registration is required to have the primary information and the number of courses we don't have a number with another country in that false information might use still can be a trouble in the future purposes of uses so that's the best idea.
Thats unfortunate but if thats their decision on why Philippines is excluded then we need to respect that. Its true that some providers are not able to support our country but there are still many providers that we are allowed and can enjoy the games. So I hope they reconsider this in the future.
2362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from crypto influencers on: March 23, 2022, 01:05:24 AM
I bet 99% of those influencers don't even know what blockchain or crypto currencies are. They don't even know what they are promoting. They get paid, they start saying scripted shit about how cool that coin is and how fast it can make you rich and so on. And sadly there are people that follow those influencers and falls for their trap.
Even if you are following an influencer that makes legit contents, make sure do your own research before making any investment or you will end up losing everything.
The basic rule when you start investing is you do your own research. Even if there is someone who can possibly mentor you, but you cannot rely for him forever. At the end of the day, your own decision making will always matter.

Crypto influencers are really rampant in social media and in fact a lot of people have been following them but you can't guarantee them your future because their focus is not yours, but on their own goal to get a good income. So whatever happens to your investment the moment you trust them, they will not be liable for that, you will be the one to find solutions to your own problems.
Indeed. These influencers are earning money through their videos and not because they are concern for us to invest in a worthy coins.

There's nothing wrong to watch and listen to what they have to say but its not wise to based your decision to invest in a particular coin because of their suggestion. Its best to do our own research and stop relying to anyone, even to people who called themselves as "experts" in crypto.

Its our hard-earned money that we'll going to invest so its just right to be careful in making decision.
2363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Occupational hazards of trading crypto on: March 23, 2022, 12:34:38 AM
1. Affecting your eyesight (long exposure on monitor)
2. Emotion (rather impulsive or having that extreme stress)
3. Physical (less exercise.. prone to problems)
These are mainly what I can think of also for the possible bad effect of trading in the long run. Stress can cause many problem, like lack of sleep, bad eating habit and worse, depression.

We are aware that trading is not often about gaining because there are also rainy days if everything didnt go accordimg to planned.

But these things can be avoided or somehow diminish if we can handle ourselves especially our emotions and know how to balance everything to still have a healthy lifestyle.
2364  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | Instant BTC,ETH & LTC withdraws | VIP | on: March 22, 2022, 03:04:51 AM

But i would suggest that whenever you register on any casino you should check for the T&C in the first hand to avoid any further violations of rules because they are giving warning but if you continue this the funds will be blocked permanently as it's against the rules. So be sure to read all the rules and bet in accordance with them for smooth withdrawals.

That's nice in theory but we need to be honest here: how much people do fully read all the terms and conditions on any site? I never do it and whenever I have a question about something, I always go in livechat and just ask it. Seems the easiest and the fastest way to gather more information but sometimes it is not always 100% accurate. Some support agents are better than other ones...
Its really a must to read the T&C of the particular casino before you play to become aware of their rules. But sometimes im also guilty for not doing it especially if I know the casino is most recommended by gamblers because often the casino's rule is similar to one another. Just like you, im also reaching to the support everytime I have questions and wants to clarify some things because its faster and on point. However it is still advisable to read the TOS before deciding to play, that is if you dont want to be in trouble just incase.
2365  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: March 22, 2022, 02:07:15 AM
So now Rollbit has also initiated the trading with $Apecoin which is the official token of BAYC and as rollbit owned it they were airdrop with the tokens.

You can also try the Rollbit trading gambling option with this $Apecoin with 200x leverage now which is one more addition to the game.

Also they are giving away these tokens as giveaway in which you can also participate as prizes are 1000 coins worth more than $10k to 5 lucky winners

Check it here: Rollbit giveaway
Yes I saw this on twitter that ApeCoin is now tradeable on Rollbit and there's also no fees if we buy it on their crypto portfolio so its a good thing for those who wants to try it out. I already join their twitter giveaway. On the other side, its nice to know the release of sports rollbots are successful and now has a 60% increased in price, simply amazing isn't it?
2366  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is a game of quantity on: March 22, 2022, 01:26:09 AM
For example if you own 0.1btc whose value is $4042.79 at the moment of posting and the price eventually drops the panic shouldn't be the fallen price, it's best to sell at a lower high and buy back at a lower lows in all the concern should be to get more coin, taking advantage of the dip to buy more.
Thats true. We know the price can go up and down, buying a fraction and a goal of getting more is good for an investor.

Its best to not look at the price of your Bitcoin that you own but focus on buying more while the price is in dip. Keep on accumulating while you still can because in Bitcoin (or crypto in general), investors who own many has a high chance to be a huge gainer for not being complacent in just one.
2367  Local / Pilipinas / Re: GCash offering crypto services soon on: March 22, 2022, 12:17:22 AM

2368  Economy / Gambling / Re: Livecasino.io -Welcome to a new crypto friendly casino!!! on: March 21, 2022, 06:40:16 AM

2369  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Sites on: March 21, 2022, 06:09:41 AM
Please! Is there any gambling site that I can easily sign up? I tried Gamdom.com but it is not opening either it is only loading since morning...so, I need a site that I can access easily.
Why you cant sign up to Gamdom? If its only loading perhaps you have a poor internet connection?

Well Gamdom is a trusted gambling site but if you really cant open it, im going to suggest you to try signing up to Rollbit, Roobet, Duelbits, Freebitco.in, Bitcasino.io and livecasino. These gambling sites has a good reputation and trusted by many gamblers here.
2370  Economy / Speculation / Re: No FUDs will win the market on: March 21, 2022, 05:48:32 AM
People who spread FUD do not do it because they care about you or me. They do it because either they hate bitcoin, or they think price would go down and they could buy some more. That's basically the two options for all of them. If the price goes down and they can accumulate more, they can wait years, and in the end they will be in big profit, and that one is a lot more dangerous.
Both these kind of mentality used to disturb the market in the past. Now this isn't an issue. People who spread hatred aren't benefiting anything out of it. Likewise Whale bitcoiners used to spread rumours to make panic among the small holders. This used to turn the market downwards. This too isn't working nowadays. The recent tweet of Elon Musk is a proof for the same.
Maybe people are already used to seeing the market turning up and down, thats why they're less affected now to those spreading FUD. Even there's a sudden drop like what happened during the covid-19 issue 2 years ago wherein many people are in panic, bloody market didnt last long and few months after Bitcoin and alts recover again though global economy is still not doing well. Its just shows the trust of investors on crypto are getting firm as a reliable investment.
2371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Hoard Bitcoin? on: March 21, 2022, 04:26:52 AM
If Bitcoin is a better and higher currency than fiat, why then do bitcoiners hurdle it?
I think money is best used for buying and selling not hoarding, we get to see the value more when using it.
This my thoughts, wby?

We know Bitcoin is not fully accepted as digital currency. Thus its not unusual if we cant directly spend it to buy goods or services that fiat can do. Even Bitcoin is more known today than before, many people are still not aware of Bitcoin's existence.

On the other side, Bitcoin is like a digital gold, valuable and profitable to hold for long term as an investment because of the unstable price. This is one of the reason why some users prefer to hold rather than spending it. If you know the history of Bitcoin and the early price, you'll understand why.

We're not saying its a guarantee to gain because every investment has risk. But for users who believe in Bitcoin, holding is a wise decision.
2372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Top Coin values should I look at ? on: March 21, 2022, 03:56:24 AM
Zero arguments that BTC surpasses them all ( Cryptocurrencies ), if one should venture/delve into alternative coin's that'll last for the next five to six years, What are the top Coin values ? what should I look at ?
I believe diversification is no bad thing as it increases returns, and exposes one to many opportunities.
What alternative coin's can one hurdle for 5years ?
If you're looking for a coins that are good for long term investment then you have to DYOR in order to have your own understanding for the coins that you might like to invest in.

Check if it is sustainable, has a use case that can solve real problem so it can survive even the market is in bearish. In my portfolio, I have these popular alts (ETH, BNB, LTC) to hold for long period. But im not recommending you to do the same because its best to have your own analysis on why it can be worth it to buy and hold.
2373  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scammers aren't playing around, get serious with your money on: March 21, 2022, 01:17:11 AM
Before you end up becoming a victim you should start taking research so serious, scammers aren't playing around, they aren't here to waste their time, get serious with your money.
Usually people will learn after experiencing to be scammed and lose their money. Thats how they realize their mistakes of not being careful where to invest and the importance of having knowledge on what you're getting into.

Doing your own research is really a must because its our hard-earned money that we'll put at risk. Scammers are everywhere and smart thus they wont stop scamming other people as long as there's a way, so be aware of that avoid becoming their victim.

2376  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: March 20, 2022, 05:30:58 AM
Losing in gambling is inevitable, you are not lucky always so you should be more aware about a higher chance of losing. This is not just on Roobet, but on every gambling that you are doing the risk of losing are still high. There’s a lot of ways to maximize your chance of winning, in Roobet you can participate on their promotions and have the chance to win some reward, its good to participate on this as well.
That's why gambling is supposed to be fun and not only purpose to earn money, especially make gambling as your fixed job. It's not wrong hoping to get money from gambling, but if it's goes wrong you should able to control yourself.
Yep you're right, Roobet do have many promotions especially giveaway $2.500 for 5 person on their twitter every week. You're almost don't need an effort to participate because you're only need follow, like, retweet, and comment which is really easy though the chance you won is slim.
Indeed. If you gamble dont expect you can double your money easily, or have a high expectation to make money because thats not how it works. If you decided to gamble, consider already that you lost that money so it wont hurt you much incase worse situation really happened. Nevertheless enjoy the game not because of your bet but because it does entertain you.
2377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should Casinos invest on endorsement from celebrities on: March 20, 2022, 04:11:17 AM
Should casinos invest in the endorsement of celebrities just like what Stakes is doing or it's better to just stick with giveaways contests and maintain their reputation, we know we all know the high cost of celebrity endorsement should other casinos follow Stake's lead to partner or pay celebrities to promote them.
Well, if the particular casino has a budget to get a celebrity to endorse their site then that would be much better. Aside from other promotions and giveaways, having a celebrity endorser can be an effective way to spread awareness to gamblers. A celebrity has many fans that are following them, it can influence his/her gambler fans to also play on the site that he/she endorse because often these fans are following their idol from the product they use, services and also to what they do.
2378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your favorite casino reviewer here in Bitcointalk? on: March 20, 2022, 03:54:56 AM
GamblingBro is my favorite. For me Rob's review for gambling sites either old or new, popular or not is honest and accurate. I often check his thread for his new published review. Its helpful especially for newbies that are looking for gambling sites to play. BTCgosu is also good and quite popular here but I like GB more.
2379  Economy / Gambling / Re: Livecasino.io -Welcome to a new crypto friendly casino!!! on: March 20, 2022, 01:54:29 AM
  • All BitcoinTalk users can participate
  • The reward will be credited to the livecasino.io accounts on Monday 21st March, 17:00 GMT
  • Normal livecasino.io terms and conditions still apply
Glad to see there's another promotion. I became busy recently due to my work so I have less time to spend playing. Im not sure if I can participate to this one but I will try. Is the winners will be announce here or the reward will be credited to the account if you're among of top 5?
2380  Economy / Gambling / Re: BK8 - Biggest and Most Trusted Brand. Asia's #1 Crypto online casino BTC & USDT on: March 20, 2022, 01:38:39 AM
Are residents from the Philippines cannot register and play on your site? I am trying to create an account however I cannot see the Philippines on the country options, and of course I cannot see the Peso currency option on the list. I thought giving the country of bank and preferred currency was only for those who wanted to use fiat currency, how about those who wanted to play with cryptocurrencies?

I was also surprised to see that the Philippines is not on the list while all other Asian nations are included. So I try to scroll down if this is just a mistake, but then again it was not really included in the list.

Maybe this is just a mistake on the part of the gambling platform as Philippines is more crypto friendly than other nations, it even has 3 biggest casinos.
I tried to register today as well, but yes Philippines is not included on the list. Im hesitant to use other country because mobile number is also required and its likely to have a verification. So there's no way we can register? I just want to try this casino because they launch a signature campaign and discovered I dont have account on this site yet but its sad that we cant register.
