Actually, India is quite serious developing. She was just very backward and her long to catch up with developed countries, but the pace of its development is higher than America.
Not going to happen anytime soon. Just compare the system in India to that in China. India is mired in red-tape and corruption. And in addition to that an insane affirmative action policy is in place, which has led to millions of bright, young Indians migrating to western nations such as the United States and the United Kingdom. I do agree. Young Indians now are migrating to the west to flourish their skills. These countries can give them a brighter and bigger opportunities that their country cannot give them. But I read that India's economy is booming because of the BPO companies. The BPO business will soon shift to other locations such as Philippines and South Africa. The quality of the Indian BPO companies are not that good. Also, there are data safety issues. |
