In both cases it can be said that the 'increase' in the purchasing power of currency due to creation of new goods and services is in fact the property of those who have created them, and so any system that does not compensate the productive workforce for some of their value being 'sucked up' by the currency is inherently inequitable

Те, кто там отписываются в ключе "подключите хотя бы основные биржи" - адские жгуны просто-напросто. Угу, подключат BTC-e или еще кого, а потом налоговая к ним придет с цистерной вазелина.  С чего бы это? Банки же предоставляют услуги ОМС счетов, например. При этом банк не выступает налоговым агентом, а налог с полученной прибыли (разница между продажей и покупкой драгоценного металла) теоретически должен уплачивать владелец ОМС. На практике банки такую информацию до последнего времени в налоговую не предоставляли, поэтому и налог, соответственно, практически никто и не платил... Не вижу здесь каких-то особых юридических проблем... |

Банки появились ещё тогда, когда до декретных денег было как до Луны (например, банк Англии появился в конце 17 века), поэтому криптовалюты смерти банковской едва ли хоть как-то смогут поспособствовать.
