2381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: June 03, 2016, 10:50:25 AM
Probably not a good investment. Seriously, gulden is relatively unheard of in the general bitcoin world and isn't that popular. Without a demand for this coin, there obviously wouldn't be a very bullish market.

Besides, we don't really need it when we already have other altcoins, and especially bitcoin itself. So there is really no point for gulden to grow in the future.
2382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: June 03, 2016, 10:47:32 AM
I think bitcoin is actually more secure than a lot of other payment gateways. Rather, I think it's the bad image that has been cast over what bitcoin is used for that is creating doubts over the public about the morality of bitcoin.

For example, bitcoin is used for buying drugs. The public thinks that is all bitcoin is used for, and therefore they don't use it because they think it's illegal.
2383  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: June 03, 2016, 10:46:23 AM
I use it as both. I do use bitcoin as a currency, to buy goods and services, but I also use bitcoin as an investment to speculate on the future price hikes.

But the point is that I measure my wealth in bitcoins, instead of fiat. So in my view bitcoin retains its value instead of actually gaining value over time. Although the latter could be true, I think in the long run the former is more probable.
2384  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: June 03, 2016, 10:43:24 AM
Encourage them to first learn the fundamentals of bitcoin. What it is and how it works. Teach them how the economy works and why bitcoin is better than fiat currencies such as USD and JPY. Then they will naturally become interested.

They can browse through faucets because kids have plenty of time to waste, or post of forums with a signature to earn money.
2385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy bitcoins and pay with payoneer on: June 03, 2016, 10:42:18 AM
I need to buy bitcoins and my payment option is payoneer. Anyone interested?

Take a look at localbitcoins, or paxful. They have a ton of useful offers around that are pretty decent. Also, most of the sellers release almost instantly, while trading with exchanges might takes time for the funds to clear.

An example of an ad on localbitcoins that is currently active: https://localbitcoins.com/ad/332687/purchase-bitcoin-payoneer-ready-for-instant-release-united-states
2386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with 1,5 BTC? on: June 03, 2016, 10:38:45 AM
Hey so i recently got about 1,5 BTC from a service i started and now im wondering what i should do with this. Any tips?

I suggest you just put this bitcoin away safe and wait a few years and look at your USD grow Cheesy Bitcoin is going to rise by a lot in the coming years, so it's definitely good to hold your bitcoins, as it contains no risk.

1.5BTC? hmmm, I think it could be used to invest in such trading and mining and will generate a hefty profit D

Trading could be very profitable but mining is definitely not. Nobody should enter the mining market without knowledge.
2387  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: June 03, 2016, 10:37:29 AM
Share with us what's your main reason for buying bitcoins?

Because I believe in the future of bitcoin and I would like to get as much of it as I can. I don't think that this low price can last forever, nor do i think that bitcoin will fail in the future.

Instead, I think that bitcoin is going to go through a major bull market as the price is going to go up by a ton. It's a good time to invest for me.
2388  Economy / Services / Re: Paying $2 to create a transaction on: June 03, 2016, 10:35:52 AM
I need someone to live video a zero-fee transaction in the Bitcoin network. It can be Skype team viewer or any such service.

I can possibly do this for you if you can tell me the reason behind this task. What benefits as letyouearn said will you gain from this? I simply cannot conceive of any possible logical explanations of you doing it. Also, you could do this yourself. Very easily.

You have to understand that we are exposing our wallets for $2. This could be a major disaster if someone has a lot of money, and you steal it somehow.
2389  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: June 03, 2016, 10:34:21 AM
i hope too

I think it's pretty much a guaranteed bet to bet on bitcoin going up to $800 this year. This bearish market simply cannot last forever. And bitcoin cannot simply be undervalued forever. That's why I think a strong bull is coming.

Buy it now while you still can, and while it's still cheap. Bitcoin WILL rise to $800 by the end of the year.
2390  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Don't use cloudbet.com because they haven't pay yet over 24 hr my withdraw on: June 03, 2016, 10:33:08 AM
Don't use cloudbet.com because they haven't pay yet over 24 hr my withdraw

I used plantofbet and roadbet.com they are instant and at least 12 hr for withdraw

BUT cloudbet.com is not withdraw yet to me it is over 24 hr

They do have some problems from time to time with big withdrawals. Perhaps they just have to verify the legitimacy of your bet, or perhaps their hot wallet is just empty at the moment of your withdrawal?

Contact their support and sort something out. Their site looks pretty professional.
2391  Economy / Speculation / Re: Investing Advice PLEASE :-) on: June 03, 2016, 10:32:00 AM
Holding onto cash or depositing it into a bank is not a good idea at all. Fiat currencies are simply too unstable to make this work. The trade deficits of the USA has been skyrocketing over the past decade or two.

I suggest you just buy bitcoins with it and hold it. No risks there. I think that's the safest and most profitable investment option of it all.
2392  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price rise is over on: June 03, 2016, 10:30:41 AM
No it isn't. Bitcoin is still going strong as ever. And I think that the price rise will continue into the very long term future as well. I believe that bitcoin is going to be the prominent currency of the world.

I don't think that bitcoin is a pump and dump scheme like some altcoins are.
2393  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: June 03, 2016, 10:28:02 AM
For speculation? To buy on the dark web? To buy online on sites like purse.io? To send money? To do business? To have your money under your control?
What is/are your purposes when yu buy bitcoin?

definitely not to buy things from the dark web, lol. But I do have many friends who do do that. It's one of the main purposes of bitcoin that is used for in today's society. But this proves the efficiency of bitcoin as a currency.

I mainly buy btc to gamble and speculate on the price. Bitcoin has been very profitable to me.
2394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: some say bitcoin only until 2030? on: June 03, 2016, 10:22:48 AM
some say bitcoin only until 2030?

Do you believe bitcoin only until 2030 and will be lost in 2030?

Definitely not. Bitcoin is going to last for centuries. Since bitcoin can be modified for different technologies, it doesn't really matter whether we still have the computer, the internet. Bitcoin will still be modified to work.

So no, bitcoin will last well over 2030. Perhaps forever, even.
2395  Other / Off-topic / Re: When and why did you start using Bitcoin? on: June 03, 2016, 10:20:30 AM
I started using bitcoin back in 2013 because I read an article about the qualities of bitcoin. The bitcoin price has also reached its peak back then, so I joined bitcoin purely for the fun of it.

I wish I had started earlier though and mined some coins... So I can be rich now Smiley
2396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: June 01, 2016, 09:35:03 AM
I see there is so many people trying hard to stop gambling their money because they've losing so much
If you not ready to lose your money, then don't even try to gamble!

If you are a gambler you should always be ready to lose all your cash. Gambling is addictive and it can definitely become a major problem in your life if you overdo it and become addicted to it. I have seen many people going broke from gambling.

Gambling should not be viewed as a fast way to earn cash. Do hard, legit work instead. Even if you're super tired, you're better off doing legit work than to gamble.
2397  Economy / Gambling / Re: [POLL] Your Favorite Dice on: June 01, 2016, 09:33:07 AM
I like primedice, cryptogames as well as justdice because they have the biggest communities. For me a dice site's main function is not to gamble, rather to socialize and to chat to people.

Cryptogames has the function of investing as well, which PD doesn't have. Just dice has the option of investing, but it only supports clams.

So overall CG wins IMO.
2398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: June 01, 2016, 09:31:37 AM
Well, my biggest problem and the biggest upside of bitcoin is the irreversibility. Obviously that is both good and bad. I have got scammed many times by chargebacks, and many times when someone doesn't release the goods/services as promised.

Another problem is that there is so much gambling going on with bitcoins. It make people addicted more easily to gambling, since it is so easy to access a gambling site online with BTC.
2399  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: June 01, 2016, 09:28:36 AM
Gambling is risky game of money from which most people lose and just a few wins. Gambling too is addictive and fun especially when you're winning and that's why most people can't get away from gambling once they get in it.
In gambling you only win from the start then you lose whenever you win a certain amount.

Yeah I think so too. Gambling should definitely be considered as a sickness and as a disease. It is contagious, as if your friends gamble, you are probably gambling too with your own money.

Gambling is never profitable for your sake in the long run. So anyone attempting to make a fortune out of gambling, my suggestion is: do something more worthwhile with your coins instead.
2400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are ? on: June 01, 2016, 07:56:42 AM
To be honest, I think I'm pretty greedy to say the least. I lose so much money simply because I was greedy, and I go all in and do some stupid crap. I could easily avoid those consequences by doing honest work and earning the needed money.

Also I invest in things that I should not have. I have made loans to people that are not trustworthy enough, but I still loan for the potential profit. Almost all of the times I get scammed.

But now, I am going to change. I am going to be less about the greed and instant profit and more investing and saving for the long term. And it's going to work for me.
