Liverpool defense is in better shape than Chelsea defense in my opinion. Despite this, they had to concede 5 goals from Real Madrid. in the champions league, PSG is the favorite team to win, but seeing the quality of their performance in the last few matches, I doubt they will be able to win the champions league, the thing that really doesn't make sense to me is because they were beaten by Rennes twice this year just. that means rennes is a stronger team than PSG, totally unexpected.

Southampton managed to balance Tottenham's match, even though they were 1-3 down until 74 minutes, two additional goals in the second half did not make Tottenham bring home the full points in the match, because Walcott and James Ward managed to equalize. I agree that Benzema extending his contract for one more year is a good deal for both parties, because you do not fire a player just one year after he won the ballon d'or, that would be too heartless but lets realize the fact that he hasn't been amazing like last year this season, he has been injured all year and I believe that there should be something that could be a bit of a problem for them in the end.

If he keeps like this next season as well, that would be two seasons of mostly injured striker and they will need someone to replace him, next season they will start to look for someone else if this repeats again, if not and he plays well again then maybe he will continue.

Even though the odds are pointing to favour Newcastlewith an odds of 1.69 which is a relatively sure odds it's still does not guarantee for winning for Newcastle united since some of their recent matches have also ended with draws.

there may be improvement when meet reims, like you said, marseille aren't consistent on every match, sometime playing well but sometimes playing bad even they play in home. I just heard a coach just change a strategy to face reims, i don't know exactly, maybe they can get 3 points to reduce different point with PSG.
