I found a good read, really excited about this implementation on BCH blockchain, what do you guys think? The Wormhole protocol will be implemented by integrating into Bitcoind, without any changes to the consensus rules of Bitcoin Cash. After tremendous research, now they have paid attention to the Omni Layer protocol. The Omni Layer runs on top of Bitcoin blockchain. As Omni Layer protocol is open source, they forked Omni Layer protocol and implemented the technical feature on Bitcoin Cash blockchain to achieve token issuance. Named this technical feature as Wormhole protocol, and the original token in the protocol is named as Wormhole Cash Wormhole will utilize Bitcoind nodes and consensus will not need to be changed. The cost of bitcoin has spiked by and by, achieving another unsurpassed high of $8,649 per BTC crosswise over worldwide trades. A couple of days prior the cost plunged beneath the $8K range. At what price do you think bitcoin will maximize in upcoming days?
I think your topic should belong to Bitcoin thread or Speculation. To answer your question, BTC must break 11600$ resistance and consolidate for a short while there, then we can talk about BTC entering a Bull Trend.

|
I can fell the huge sound of Bulls coming at a steady pace, getting ready to take control.
The green market should begin soon, get ready.

At these prices is easy to hold.
The most difficult now feels for the ones who bought above BTC 15.000$. Hold and buy moar.

Hello everybody, Bitcoin and all crypto market is dumping... I has lost about 20% of my budget. Not sure what happens but I still choose not to sell anything this time.
That is very unpleasant however, very likely, anything that can give profit can give loss, you need to know this. Why Crypto Market Gets Dump Again? Why not?
|
|
|
And where is the bottom line? Nobody knows for sure. I wouldn't buy BTC above 1600$, except for use purpose.

At this moment, price of EOS is irrelevant. I am not so pleased as an investor in EOS from February, dudes that hold the token(and now the coin) from earlier time got rich. I just got some 40% in profit until now. Anyway, I secured 10% of profit now, waiting for Monday to see HOW did they launch and IF everything went smoothly.

Finally some positive movements again, EOS price went up 15% in the last few hours due to mainnet launch. There are still 9 hours to the mainnet lauch, right? I see on their website the countdown says still 9 hours for ETH registration - I guess that will be the moment of the mainnet launch, right? Yes, that is right, see a fan's website with the countdown: https://eoscountdown.com/

I bought eos at binance. I just do not know if I should do anything after the lanch this weekend. it is in binance's wallet. can I just leave it there without taking any action?
Yes, you can, there are several exchanges supporting the swap to main-net and Binance is one of them.

It was a miserable day for me after someone denied me of my laughter and smiles. My first time I had a huge token worth about $1500 from participating in a bounty. I remember I had toiled enough within weeks partaking in one bounty so as to make something nice and someone from nowhere just hacked my wallet and took the tokens away. Infact, I felt like I have been robbed of my gold since that token was my 1st token which was worth $1500. Share how you felt on when your 1st valuable altcoin was hacked from your wallet.
It may seem hard to believe, but still, I wasn't ever hacked, I did got my money stolen by exchanges but never hacked. Also, if you do everything right, it is impossible to get hacked, so on this matter, the reason of the hack and money lost is you not being cautious enough. Sorry for your lose, I recommend you look at this incident as looking at an investment - you invested 1500$ in crypto coins security training.

The futures expire from the 29th of May were just a tiny factor that affects the Bitcoin price, as we can see now, it didn't affect the price as expected, the price is in flat/consolidation, small decrease actually.
Today is very difficult to predict the price of BTC short term, on the long run, I am bullish on BTC.

You should check the Bounties sub-section from the Marketplace section. They have specific requirements, make sure you will meet all of them, otherwise they won't accept you. You should also read about the project itself before signing for the campaign.
Good luck and good coins.

We can see that blockchain industry is growing continuously and a lot of investors are getting interested. They are becoming aware of the advantages of cryptocurrency and want to convert some of their savings into crypto assets. However I think investing on crypto is not that easy as it sounds. There are lot of risk involve in the process. Would you guys want to share what risks or difficulties investors may have to face while investing on cryptocurrency ?
You are right, investing in crypto requires a medium knowledge in IT and online security. From the point having your coins securely stored on your wallet there are a lot issues where you could lose them. This is not the case for regular investment. Risks: 1) Exchange taking your money 2) Hackers taking your money 3) Huge volatility may be a problem for many 4) Risk of losing your keys to your wallets, risk of losing the wallet if not backed up properly and in sufficient places

Without regulation, you are right, all ICO are scam! ICO without regulation is a scammy distribution model.

One of the BIG reason of the recent price fall :
FPGAs are being used for TimeTravel10 algo. Bitcore is being mined and dumped wholesale. Devs need to do something about this urgently. Prices will recover if devs modify their algo.
Can you please be more specific about this? What kind of FPGA are used to mine? About what % of the total hashing power we are talking about here?
