242  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: January 07, 2018, 04:18:55 PM
When you are holding a bitcoin there's a tendency that you will get profited on it. But if you are holding a real money do you think it increases the value of your money? No right? In bitcoin you just need to wait of its value to increase before you convert. While in money you are just holding it and you are waiting for nothing.
243  Economy / Economics / Re: lest we forget, Bitcoin is a blessing. on: January 07, 2018, 03:52:20 PM
Bitcoin has pass through many stage, limitations, attack and forks issue but its price keep on increasing from inception till now. At this time Last year bitcoin price was $450 but today it is $1245 that was over 180% increment in just a year. This is what we call blessing, that is making progress in the face of strong opposition!!

Yes you were right. As we can see the price of bitcoin is very different compare before that there was just a slightly changes in price. A lot of people were so happy and a lot of people also were sad because they sold their bitcoins. It is really a blessing for us because by the help of bitcoin we can now sustain our daily needs especially nowadays it is really hard to find a job.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: January 07, 2018, 03:26:56 PM
Why use Bitcoins ?

I keep seeing threads on “why don't people” ? The real question to me is Why would they ?

-The average consumer will go way out of their way to save money. Bitcoins cost more.
-The average consumer will usually pay a little extra to have convenience. Bitcoin is less convenience and more hoops and complications.

I just cannot see any reason for the average consumer to use Bitcoins. Until average consumers start using Bitcoins they will just be an experiment and a small speculative bubble.

I have my personal reasons, I am interested Bitcoins them as a tech person, speculative investor and person that follows evolving treads and markets. I am just struggling to see any.. benefits for the average consumer at this stage.

The reason there why a lot of people use bitcoins is because they want to get profited. Of course all of us here are wants to get more profit by the use of bitcoin. Who wouldn't like that right? Each of us has a personal reasons why we are earning and most of us here are just wants to earn or to get rich with bitcoin.
245  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: January 07, 2018, 03:08:21 PM
it is possible, but it will be hard. Countries with advance technology can afford to make it a reality but in poor countries where most people can't even afford to buy gadgets and don't have any access in internet, it will be impossible for them to make it happen, especially that there are lots of corrupt government in these country where they don't want their transactions to be tracked.
It is true in first world countries there is a big possibility for them to provide a cashless society because they have the right amount of technology for it and their poverty rate is low unlike in third world countries where in their technology isn't always updated because they can't afford it. They also has a high rate of poverty where it it will be hard for them to have a cashless society.
246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have You Been Scammed? on: January 06, 2018, 11:45:22 PM
Not yet but it will never happen. Since I started earning bitcoin I never invest my own money just to buy a bitcoin. All the money that I earned were came from in this forum and I used that to double my money through buying an alternative coins. Many people were scammed because they are desperate to earn money that's why they are investing their money to those scammers without doing a research about it.
247  Economy / Speculation / Re: Its too late to invest in Bitcoin! on: January 06, 2018, 11:39:48 PM
With the high price of Bitcoin, I think its unwise to invest your money in bitcoin at this point in time. Maybe it's better to look for other Altcoins being offered in the Market. What do you think?

If you believe in bitcoin it is always the best time to invest in bitcoin even the price is high. It is not too late bro because I remember before when bitcoin price was at $10000 someone is asking also if its too late to invest because maybe he is afraid to invest bitcoin of bitcoin price but look at bitcoin price now. If he invest his money before maybe he get profited.
248  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we push the actual use of Bitcoin ? on: January 06, 2018, 11:34:39 PM
I'm own opinion we don't need to push the bitcoin as a actual use. Let them do it and don't include yourself about that. The matter there is you are earning money from bitcoin. We don't need to convince the others to believe in bitcoin. There are many people out there thinks that bitcoin is a scam so don't waste your time to them.
249  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do big corporations accept BTC? on: January 06, 2018, 11:29:07 PM
As of now bitcoin price huge and it is getting more popular in the whole world. The reason why they accept bitcoin is because they believe that they will get more profit on it. Of course if you are holding a bitcoin there's a big chance to have profit on it. Especially they are a big corporations.
250  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin rise up to 1M? on: January 05, 2018, 12:00:35 AM
i think bitcoin will rise again,up to 1M in december hahaha, because last year bitcoin rised to 1M in december.

Yes its possible that bitcoin could rise up again up to 1 million. I believe that it will increase more in this year 2018. As of now bitcoin price is playing within $14k - $15k dollars and it is an advantage for us to invest in bitcoin while the price is cheap. Aside from that it is getting more popular because of social media streaming and tv broadcasting
251  Economy / Economics / Re: Make money from money on: January 04, 2018, 02:03:09 AM
What are the features that a good investor should have? What are the characteristics of people who have enough capital and earn money from money?

What are the factors that make these people successful in their investments?

If you enter the digital cryptocurrency world and you want to become successful investor in bitcoin you must learn how to save money. If you invest your money to bitcoin you need to manage all your expenses. You should buy only the needs not your wants. You should also be wise in all your decision you will make.
252  Economy / Economics / Re: Will there ever be a Bitcoin Bank on: January 04, 2018, 12:10:32 AM
Does anyone on here think that there is ever going to be Bitcoin Bank, be it something which is centralized or something which isn't really doesn't matter. But I'd think of this as a company, or a union (like one of those credit union banks) where loans would be given out to people with trust, money is held, and so on and so forth.

I know many think that they can escape banks, but they are insanely helpful and trustworthy for many everyday people who we'd want to join into the BTC community.

Its possible to have bitcoin bank but for me this will be happen if the government makes bitcoin as a real currency. But as of now its impossible because I think a lot of people will disagree about this if that bank is centralized. For me I don't want bitcoin to be centralized because the government will going to have power to control it. It is still okay to just have a online wallet or offline wallet.
253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For how long btc will remean leader in crypto on: January 03, 2018, 01:09:09 AM
like my thread is saying i would like to know any opinions and assertions on durity of btc as leader in the land.
thank you

We cannot determined if the bitcoin will remain the leading in digital crytocurrency world. But as I can see now ethereum has a potential to take the lead. As we can see aslo bitcoin value is playing within $13k - $15k but ethereum is still rising up. Maybe in the next few years bitcoin will not take the lead and ethereum will replace it.
254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why will Bitcoin Rise Again? on: January 03, 2018, 01:00:56 AM
BTC is struggling. Many people are bullish that it will be strong in 2018.

For those who think that, why do you think that is the case when fees are so high and send times so slow?

For me I still believe that bitcoin will really become strong this 2018. It is normal to have high fees because bitcoin is high too. We need to accept that. All we can do is to be wise in choosing a day to have a transaction with lower fees because that's what i am doing. If the fees are high I am not doing any transaction but when the fees are low I am taking advantage of it.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Make Money in Crypto on: January 02, 2018, 02:44:15 AM
Good day as I am new to the crypto world What is really the way to make $ in in crypto ? such as Bitcoin or other coins?

I understand as i have some invested. in my wallets the values go up and down, so you can cash out or sell when value up?

do you transfer bitcoin over to other websites etc?

or what should i be focusing on? thanks

just like to know what all the experts do?

There are a lot of ways to earn bitcoin and other coins. One of the best source of income I have is this forum. By just posting a constructive I will be get paid a bitcoin or other coins depends on what campaign I have joined. I've never used my own money just to buy a bitcoin I just used my skills.
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's going on? Bitcoin for the rich only? on: January 02, 2018, 02:34:00 AM
Hi,

Even just a year ago bitcoin was useable... now the fees are about 10x what the banks charge. Seems like its changing from a peer-to-peer money system for everyone into yet another convenient way for rich people to exchange funds!

What went wrong> And more to the point, who is responsible? What can be done to fix it?
Thanks
Andy

We are also the responsible of this man. As we can see bitcoin price is huge and we are the reason of that. Of course if the bitcoin price is rising the fee is also rising. We got to used that the fee is low because the bitcoin price is also low before. But everything now has been changed so we need to adapt it. Bitcoin is for everyone you should remember that.
257  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happened to bitcoins after one died? on: December 31, 2017, 06:44:20 PM
Who owns the bitcoin after someone died?  How to state this in the will? Please share your thoughts.

They don't need to state the will because when you have bitcoin you have also your wallet. And if the owner of that wallet died and he wants it to give it to someone or love ones he just only need to give the access of his/her wallet to person that will receive that wallet.
258  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to survive on crypto while pursuing MS in the US or Germany? on: December 31, 2017, 06:41:32 PM
Will I be able to cash out and at the very least support my livelihood if I pursue Master's degree in countries like USA, Germany or Australia? I dont want to do odd jobs, only dedicate my time to studies and maybe trade a little when I need to make cash.

How much savings do you reckon is needed to survive for the 2 year course as a student? Will cashing out and such be problems being a foreigner?

It is possible but it will depends on how you manage your earnings. Like you I am also a student and I am taking a BS Computer Engineering. Before I was working at a fast food chain but thanks to bitcoin because it sustained all my needs in my school. As long as you are good in managing your money you can survive. Just do more hard work and think always to your dream or goal in life.
259  Economy / Economics / Re: Electronic Money vs. Physical Money on: December 31, 2017, 06:31:15 PM
Hi guys, I just want to know your views and opinion about the difference in Electronic Money (Bitcoin and others) and the Physical Money. Many people now a days are still confuse about the existence of the Bitcoin and how it differ from our Physical Money that we are using to buy necessity. I hope we could share and learn from each other.  Wink Smiley

Bitcoin is now spreading in the whole world. It is getting more popular because of its price that's why it attracts more investors. Of course if you are a beginner in earning bitcoin of course there will be a confusion that's why you are there to learn on how digital cryptocurrency works. There's a big difference between the Electronic money and Physical money. I think most of the people can understand the difference of the two because it is just a simple explanation. When we say Physical money we are talking about our real currency but when we say Electronic money these are came from digital cryptocurrency that can be converted into our real currency / fiat.
260  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think the Xmas and Holiday season, caused the drop in the price? on: December 31, 2017, 06:25:46 PM
So it is the Holiday season and it was Xmas. How many people dived into their Bitcoin hoard to buy Xmas gifts and also paid for a nice holiday with their family?

We saw a huge increase in the price, early in the season and this might have triggered a situation where people rewarded themselves with some "Gifts" for the holiday season.

The direct impact of that would have been a higher influx of coins onto the exchanges and if that was not met with a higher demand for coins, then it would explain the drop in the price.

Did you splash out with some expensive gifts and extravagant holidays with your bitcoins, during the holiday season?

As we can see, before this holidays came we can see the huge changes in bitcoin and one of the reason was because of holidays. Yes you are right that some people sold their bitcoin just to buy a present for their love ones or just to buy a food a for the Christmas and New Years Eve. But As we can see now bitcoin price is now increasing again and I believe it will beat the highest record of bitcoin price.
