That's the only thing I did, even before signing up for the airdrop, and I was blacklisted with no reason given??
There are so many people posting about this same issues. I'm not 100% about this, maybe someone from the team can confirm it (could even be posted somewhere on the first page if correct) - but why not just create another address, different from your airdrop one and use it for coins you get from an exchange? This could be a risk free option. I mean I would do this by default. It's probably difficult to monitor everything from the team side already and it looks interest is increasing at an insane level and will continue to do so. Exactly! Difficult would be an understatement. I told him the solution. Heck, even better - Make a post in the official Deep Onion Forum. OK, I will shut up about it. But to be fair, I have invested in this with my own money, and I participated in the campaign exactly as instructed. And I don't even get a promise that my issue will be looked into, and my PM gets ignored. I understand they're busy right now, but at least tell me that it will be looked into later. If I had known buying these coins and sending them to my wallet would cause me this fiasco I wouldn't have done it obviously. It isn't a case of shutting up about it, it's about understanding that you have to take the appropriate channels to get your problem resolved - You sent a PM, now wait. If you're REALLY anxious, post in the official forum support section. But crying about what is and isn't fair, because the response hasn't come when YOU want it to come, is what I consider unfair - let's keep in mind that this is about FREE Coins, they don't owe them to you. All that being said, I'm sure it can be resolved, but I highly doubt it can be done now, during crunch time. I was talking to one of the devs this AM and he explicitly told me that things were VERY busy this AM and that an issue I was having would have to wait till later I hope so my friend, I hope so. I don't want to miss the current airdrop Why don't you send crypto-rainbow a PM and take it there with him? I am sure he is willing to look into your case more closely. I did send him a PM, he did not respond. He did respond here that I'm blacklisted by security and giving no reason, and no promise that they'll look into the matter. This doesn't seem fair. |

I had assumed the drop was happening on august 18, 9:30 UTC, I assume that means the am, since its probably a 24hour version of time. right now it's august 18, 12:42 UTC, but no payout. Do I need to just be patient, or is something wrong? I already checked my status before and after this time, and both times it says i was accepted and everything was fine. I also had more than 10 posts within 1 week before the timestamp.
the forum servers were down for some hours so that the crawler bot couldn't check the post counts. the airdrop will take place in approx 6 hours. We setup new system for this just started all over again Daily Profile check Today date :- 2017-08-18 Total Crawls Needed :- 584 Today's Successfull user crawls :- 426 Total remaining crawls :- 158 we will start after that once more for the new signatures and then will start counting valid posts. so takes some time about 4 hours needed. Will my issue be resolved before then? or am I missing this week's airdrop? |

You are not allowed to send more than 10% out of your aid drop wallet address. Again, the amount I sent in and out were purchased from an exchange, check the transaction times, there were no airdrops that day, I wasn't even signed up for the campaign, after I bought the tokens, I found out about the campaign and I signed up. |

Have you moved any coins from your wallet apart from the coins you received from the exchange? Did you move them to the same address? You check your post count since your 5th Airdrop entry... I think the reason is lacking and not enough 10 posts. good luck .
