241  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Impact of Technology to your health? on: October 29, 2017, 02:48:26 PM
I think it is possible for a person to change personality when he/she gets too attached on technology?
I'm a gamer and I prefer violent gore games when playing on my computer, I think that affected that way I speak and treat others in a more aggressive way and IT's really not a nice change.
the impact of the use of gadgets or goods with high technology to our health is very varied, there are some direct impact on our health such as fatigue in the eyes, dizziness due to staring at the gadget screen for too long and many long-term effects such as delays in thinking patterns, the laziness increase, the health disorders of our soul, and many other effects.
we just have to be wise in using gadgets or tools with such advanced technology so that our health is maintained, the timing of use and monitoring of children in the use of their gadgets can reduce the impact on our health.
242  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: October 29, 2017, 02:31:02 PM

Guns are made for one purpose, and that purpose is to kill.
I believe that guns are not weapons, they are tools. How they are used is up to the person holding it.
Guns are especially dangerous in the hands of people who don't know how to use them (i.e., kids and teenagers) as well as those who are mentally ill and/or have a temper problem.
Gun control will not stop violence because a violent person doesn’t need a gun to be violent.
After the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, support for gun control increased dramatically.

Generally in America, the support for gun control has outweighed the support for gun rights.
Are gun control laws constitutional?
What would be your ideal set of laws regarding firearms?

in my personal opinion the use of firearms must be set properly and precisely because gun is one weapon that is quite deadly.
we must have seen a lot of news about the misuse of firearms in various television media, shootings by teenagers, crossfire between gangs and several cases of armed robbery.
therefore the regulation and control of gun usage must be tightened and regulated in standard law so that there are not many cases of weapon misuse.
243  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Money 💰💰💰 on: October 29, 2017, 02:41:50 AM
Money is one of our most important part in our life and we all work for money. I accept that money can buy a house, car, dresses and all things which we need in our day today life. But can money bring us true happiness???

A small incident which is making me feel if Money is the only thing we need in life. One of my cousin is married and have 2 kids and the younger one is just a year old. They are planning to leave their kids with their parents and go to a foreign country to earn more money. I cant imagine if both of them can be happy without seeing their kids or money has made them to take this decision. Do you think its a right decision?Huh

Also,Why is money so important in our life?
money is one of the important things in human life, although not all things can be filled by money.
money is one of the means of exchange that humans use to get the goods that people need in everyday life and money is a medium of exchange that is used by almost everyone in the world.
in the case you are telling that your cousin wanting to work overseas to get the money so having to leave their child is not entirely wrong, they want to raise money so that the needs of their family can be fulfilled, they want to collect money that can be used for their future and their children, the condition must be sacrificed by leaving their child, but it is only temporary until they can have enough money and reunite with their child.
244  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Online Dating on: October 29, 2017, 02:28:25 AM
What are your thoughts on online dating and it's effects on long term relationships?
Is it better or worse than before it was introduced?
in the advancement of the times and technology today everything can be done online as well as dating affairs.
online dating is created to make it easier for people who are still single to find their soul mate, as there may be some people who lack confidence or find it hard to get a real life partner, they can access online dating to find their partner, online dating makes it easier for them to find matching pairs that they want.
I think the development of online dating will last in the long term because there are still many people who need it and it can indeed help them to be realized in their real life.
245  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is humanity gone? on: October 29, 2017, 02:13:35 AM
Everywhere we see double faced people. People help you but it seems like they always have an motive behind it. Is humanity really gone?
in my opinion no, the sense of humanity is still there, there are still many people who really sincerely help for people in need.
there may be some people who are not sincere in giving help, they have a certain purpose so they want to give the help.
for myself if we intend to provide help to others for the sake of humanity, we must be really sincere that the values of humanity and the value of togetherness is not lost in the life of society.
246  Other / Politics & Society / Re: will there be an another life after death? on: October 27, 2017, 05:03:43 PM
i believe in religion. i also believe the line above. Do you?
i think it is important to see the life from different perspectives.

for example, 2 killers are caught from 2 different places for their crime.  suppose, the first killer killed 1000000 people
(like, adolf hitler) and the  2nd one killed only 1 human being.

after the judgement it is decided that they both should be hanged/killed/poisoned.It will be their punishment.
but, think carefully, they are both convicted and got the same judgement.

But, we cannot kill the 1st person for 1000000 times for every death. this is our limitations but it is not for the GOD.
yes I believe in the existence of life after death, it is like what God taught me and according to what is described in the holy book of my religion.
we live in this world just like a passing ride, where all our actions in this world will be our provision to another life after death.
247  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Still Love Democracy? on: October 25, 2017, 06:21:21 PM
Democracy can mean many things to many people. Heck, even some dictatorial regimes prefer to call their system to be democratic while at the same time they are using the state power to suppress people and to spread lies just to create fear.

In my idea, democracy means that the government is coming from the people, for the people and by the people. The power emanates from the voters and that power should be used for the greater good of the people.

However, there are some people who prefer someone to lord over them as long as that ruler can provide them all the basic stuffs they need. They don't care if they don't have the freedom others are enjoying as long they have something to eat everyday.

As for me, I still love democracy and I hate it if someone would be curtailing my Bitcoin freedom lol.
maybe democracy is everyone's hope, but on its application many are not as expected, democracy instead belongs to a person or group only, not belonging to all the people.
democracy which also means freedom of choice and freedom of expression of each individual is in fact even constrained by certain rules and controlled by the governing system of government.

249  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Have you experienced discrimination in the work? on: October 25, 2017, 04:29:47 PM
Becouse it is generally unlawful to discriminate against a person in the workplace on the following grounds.           Becouse of your Race
Becouse of your Sex
Your Sexual orientation
Your Age
Your Physical or mental disability
Your Marital status
While your Pregnancy
Your Religion

yes, I have experienced discrimination in my workplace because of my age and my education, my co-workers underestimated the credibility of my work simply because they are more senior and college than I am a high school graduate.
I think it's all because I work better than them, all the ways and technical work that I do more efficiently than their work system, they become jealous because the company leader to prefer and respect me in the company.
250  Other / Off-topic / Re: Meaning of terrorist on: October 24, 2017, 08:58:53 AM
Classic terrorist:
Someone or a member of a group who commit a terrorist attack.

Classic terrorist attack:
A violent attack on a target which is unrelated to the goal of the terrorists, usually a civilian target, for the purpose of creating fear or terror so that the people will force their government to negotiate with the terrorists. The terrorists then have the opportunity to get what they want.

Bombing a shopping mall due to disagreements about military actions would be terrorism. Bombing a military unit in response to military actions would be called a militant attack or similar.

Terrorist \Ter"ror*ist\, n. [F. terroriste.]
   1. One who governs by terrorism or intimidation;
specifically, an agent or partisan of the revolutionary
tribunal during the Reign of Terror in France. --Burke.
      [1913 Webster]

   2. One who commits terrorism[2].
      [PJC]

From WordNet (r) 3.0 (2006) [wn]:
  terrorist
n 1: a radical who employs terror as a political weapon; usually
organizes with other terrorists in small cells; often uses
religion as a cover for terrorist activities

America's version of terrorist:
Any militant group or individual that isn't part of the legitimate army of a United Nations recognized nation state, which does not support the interests of the United States.

America's version of militant attack
Any attack from a militant group or individual which is being funded by interests of the USA, such as rebels being supported from the outside to overthrow Gadaffi.
I think the meaning of a terrorist is an individual or a group that commits an act of terrorism to a person, a group or even to a government agency with a specific purpose.
acts of terrorism always have an unfavorable impact, even resulting in the loss of one or more lives, as well as severe material damage.
251  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Master Degree Important? on: October 24, 2017, 08:20:46 AM
Do you think that master degree is important? I see that many companies nowadays ask for a master degree but still I know many people who had a job without it. Do you think it is essential?
at this time the development of the world of work and the business world is very advanced and the competition is very tight, therefore in need also good human resources and ready to be competitive in business progress.
many companies are seeking and recruiting highly skilled professionals such as master degrees in order to be ready to grow a company's business and ready to compete, it is expected that these workers can teach and develop their skills to other workers who have a level below them in order to participate survive in this increasingly fierce business competition.
that's why at this time many companies are in need of workforce like a master degree as a breakthrough in the world of work and business world.
252  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you in favor of same sex marriage? on: October 24, 2017, 06:52:06 AM
Who really cares, let them marry if they want it wont change my day.
It's only bullshit religious groups that's stopping them because some imaginary god has told them it's wrong.
of course it is not because of a religion or a particular group like your opinion mentioned above, do not blame a thing because religion, God teaches people through religious teachings in order to better life, besides there is no religion that teaches that people marry fellow the kind, humans are created by God with different sex so they can marry and produce children as their offspring.
I personally disagree with the existence of same marriage, in addition to contrary to the teachings of God it will cause a great negative impact on human development itself.
253  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe that the love of money is the root of all evil? on: October 24, 2017, 05:25:32 AM
Do you believe that the love of money is the root of all evil?

Money was designed by GOD himself and those who love it more than HIM, their family and good relationships defiled it's very purpose. Because the purpose of MONEY is to provide for our needs, to strengthen relationship and to enjoy our living.
money is just a tool to meet the needs of everyday human life, it is not all forms of human needs can be met by money, but money is needed as one of human life support.
when the love of money becomes excessive, at the same time money can make the evil side of a person appear, human beings can become greedy, human beings can be eager to master a thing according to his will, until humans become evil against each other, even humans can love more money than God.
254  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the real problem of man? on: October 23, 2017, 01:51:16 AM
State your own opinion by your own perspective let us share ideas and thoughts about this.
the real problem of a man is how we can survive in the world with the earth conditions that are increasingly damaged by mining exploration, massive development and massive logging, resulting in the destruction of nature and the existing ecosystem.
the more the condition of the earth as the prime human residence is increasingly apprehensive, the lack of human consciousness itself that has caused damage to the earth, will we be able to survive with this very worrying condition of nature?
255  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Negative effects of technology on: October 23, 2017, 01:37:03 AM
Technology is not always a good thing.

One example is with the children.
In the old days, children used to play outside with their friends.
Now majority of them are just staring at their iPads.

at this time technological progress is growing very rapidly and the use of technology is already a necessity of human life.
gadgets such as mobile phones and similar devices that can connect to the internet has become a daily necessity where the device is in use to interact with other people or families through social networks contained in the gadget, browsing about all the things we want to know, play games , etc.
of course the use of these gadgets positively and negatively impacts, all depending on our own policies as users.
for children who use these gadgets excessively certainly produce a large negative impact, it can cause lazy children to interact with friends, lazy to gather with his family, tend to addicted to gadgets, affect the physical and psychological health of the child and many negative impacts other.
I think we as parents should be wise and assertive to children when using the gadget, we must educate children to wisely use gadgets, limits on the use of gadgets, always keep an eye on the use of the internet on their gadgets and let them play outside,so that no negative impact happen to them.

257  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why People Are Not Honest. on: October 15, 2017, 02:46:20 PM
Can I ask why people are not honest. As in, why is it that people don't keep to their words even when they can do so? Can't I just do business with someone without signing papers and get lawyers and witnesses and still keep to my words? Can't we get trustworthy people anymore?
honesty is not always disclosed, especially in business matters, in the business it takes a good commitment, not only can believe in words, good commitment and the power of law is the basis of cooperation in any business, it will need a signature on a contract of cooperation between the two parties as a form of lawful commitment to maintain honesty between the two parties in business, if only using words spoken for a moment will not have the power of law.
258  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are people scared of taxes? on: October 14, 2017, 08:29:32 PM
I don't know why ppl are always scared of paying taxes.
taxes are actually a great thing but only if everyone pays them and if they are spend on useful things only. Just look out your window and you will see lots of things paid with your taxes you use everyday.
in fact people will not be afraid to pay taxes, the tax is indeed mandatory and funds collected from tax payments can be used for the benefit of the people, infrastructure development, education financing and public health.
people are only afraid if the taxes they pay are not used for the benefit of the people, the tax money is in corruption, used for personal or certain interests so that the needs of the people are not met.
259  Other / Politics & Society / Re: impact of social media on: October 14, 2017, 04:56:22 PM
Social media has a great impact on our daily life. The socio-cultural behavior is changed. Most of the times we are passing on internet and social medias. For this reason, we have started to loose social communication. Digital  communication has taken place instead of physical communication. Though we are connected with whole world through internet, it has some negative impacts also. Family bonding, social bonding,  these relations are affected.
social media progresses as the times and technology evolves, almost all levels of society use social media all the time.
the use of social media has many impacts on society itself, social media has a positive and negative impact, depending on how we use it and how we respond to things that happen in the social media.
we should only be wise in using existing social media, in order to avoid negative impact for us and our families.
260  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When will Religions die? on: October 14, 2017, 04:49:09 PM
Religions made a lot of damage to human beings and our world in general. I'm not talking only about Islam, but every kind of religion, more or less, caused lots of problems.

I'm sure they will end. They won't last forever. But how will they end?

Which could the scenario that leads to their disappearance?
there is no religious teaching that destroys human life, all religions teach goodness and peace, it would be wise if we do not judge an event or problem based on its religion, its human is wrong, its evil person is not his religion.
religion comes from God, God gives all the guidance of life to man through that religion, the religion created by God will always exist and will never die, if there is a religion created by man then that religion will die,it will last forever.
