241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't we have too many smart contract platforms already? on: June 05, 2021, 01:15:38 AM
isn't that great? the more platforms will make the competition more fierce. and users who will benefit from this. they will compete to create a platform that is faster, cheaper, safer and more user-friendly. see today when erc20 network is getting very expensive, people have other alternatives like tron, DOT and BSC. if there is no other platform, this will not happen and the user can just accept it.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scenario of the crypto market in near future. on: June 04, 2021, 06:36:53 AM
this has an impact on the assets held and here we should be prepared to add assets so that we can maximize it when this market ends, it does take time but looking at 2017 maybe this can be a reference because this is almost the same as that year (2017 and 2013),
just think of this as a discount given to us so that we can increase the assets we have because I'm sure sooner or later everything will return to normal, even though it takes time
The thing about 2017 and 2018 is that, if you bought at 20k during 2017 and kept waiting, you have made x3 profit when we peaked now, that is not bad it has been just what 3 years or so? 3.5 years at most until the next peak? That is the type of profit I would love to have. However what I learned during that time is not just "keep holding, eventually you will profit" because I knew that way before then, I knew during 2014 crash that if I keep waiting I will profit and that is a simple thing to learn in crypto.

What I learned from 2018 crash is that if you bought at 20k, and kept buying until it reached 3-4k prices, you could have something like maybe 5-6k average? Even if you dropped your average to 10k, that would be x6 profit when it reaches 60k price. So basically when it is lower, it is always good to buy more and more because in the end it would help you get to profit quicker as well.

"the point is to keep buying when the market is down. and the market will always repeat itself, no matter the situation" these are words I often hear when I learn from the experts. and it's all real, everyone has experienced this and is a witness. and you are one of them. so if later the trend turns to bear. You don't have to be afraid, buy more.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Show me your biggest gains! on: June 04, 2021, 03:48:10 AM
I bought Cardano when it was still at 0.1$ and sold it at 1$. Then I also bought Polkadot for 5$ and sold for 30$. last I bought BNB when it was 35$ and sold it for 500$. in this bull run I got a pretty big profit because I bought coins before the rally started. but one thing i regret is i didnt buy much. although I was sure at the time, I couldn't spend all my money on it. the reason was because at that time I lost my job because of the corona pandemic and I needed money to survive.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin should be taxed on: June 03, 2021, 02:54:45 PM
In Ron Paul's view, bitcoin is money, and it should be taxed as such. How do you view this information?
if this can make it legal, all that is fine. what we need now is recognition from the government, and if taxes are one of those ways we have to accept it all. that way we will be one step ahead towards mass adoption.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think about TRX to DOGE on: June 03, 2021, 08:45:07 AM
Greetings all!

With the recent growth of DOGE I m wanting to put more resources before the last depreciation of Price and I have made plans to put the recourses on TRON.

Possibly ref other potential coin you know.

Tron is a great choice. but if you want bigger profit you can choose Cardano or DOT. I recommend these two coins, because they have a pretty big upside chance. and one more do now before the price of doge drops. you can secure the funds early.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO the best way to invest in cryptocurrency? on: June 03, 2021, 03:01:41 AM
ico is not the best way right now, because when you are unlucky you can lose. You can lose all your money if you invest in the wrong project. better invest in big coins like bitcoin, ethereum and other major coins. or you can join in defi projects and generate passive income.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can good news impact crypto value without whales? on: June 02, 2021, 01:56:20 PM
can't, because whales play an important role in the crypto market. they are the source of power in the pump, without them good news would just be ordinary news. without them the market would not even have the strength to survive. remember elon with bitcoin and doge, he is a vivid example of whales playing a vital role in big pumps.
248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin ever become a widely adopted global payment solution? on: June 02, 2021, 03:01:18 AM
can, but its users will be limited. one of the reasons is because the fee is quite large compared to other methods. but there are many other crypto coins that can be used for this. stablecoins, privacy coins or cheap coins like doge could be alternatives. although not bitcoin, but the future of payments will still be held by cypto.
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why is the process of listing Cryptocurrencies simple? on: June 01, 2021, 05:33:24 AM
big exchanges already do, they review each project closely. but the problem is a small exchange that is more concerned with money. they don't even judge whether the project is worth it or not, as long as the project has money for the listing fee, their coins will be listed easily on this exchange. It is very difficult to push all exchanges tighten up new project listings, because not all exchanges think about their users.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in coins built on Ethereum or alt coins that are independent? on: June 01, 2021, 02:28:39 AM
for the long term I choose a project that has a private blockchain network, the reason is because projects like this are more serious in developing. but to look for short profit, will choose a project that uses smartcontrac. projects like this are just temporary hype and sooner or later it will disappear. but the profit offered is quite large.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better: Ethereum or the Binance Smart Chain? on: May 10, 2021, 01:41:45 AM
I chose binance smart chain (BSC), because the fee is cheaper and faster. the only good thing about ethereum at the moment is the price. And everything else is outdated, there are many platforms that are better than ethereum. ethereum is an outdated platform that stays in use simply because they've been around longer than others. but BSC is different, there are lots of new innovations and all of that more than ethereum.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ApeSwap Vs PancakeSwap on: May 09, 2021, 08:19:17 AM
too optimistic if they think Apeswap can beat Pancakeswap. maybe they offer something better, but from the point of view of users Pancakeswap is still superior. and too early to think this Exchange has a chance. I think Apeswap is good, but for now the platform is still not good enough compared to Pancakeswap.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A question on value on: May 08, 2021, 04:58:20 AM
I’m new to this so might be a silly question but why are some coins expensive from launch? Like from $1 an counting where as others launch at 0.000+. And some coins backed by so called “low rent rip off” companies (pancakeswap) have currencies that reflect  the former coin and “respectable” companies (Cripto.com) have coins that reflect the latter.

Hope that makes sense apologies if it doesn’t

Simply answer! Demand, scarcity and great promises. This is the mix that causes many people to pay horrendous prices for new projects.

Demand:
Especially in times like these, many new investors come into the crypto space. Many are looking for the next Bitcoin where they can multiply their stake 100x or 1000x. Therefore, everything is bought that seems somehow exciting and "cheap".

Scarcity:
The quantity is often very scarce in new projects, which artificially increases the market capitalization and the coin price. For example, if there are max 100 million coins, then only 20 million are sold in the crowdsale, the rest then flows into any development, marketing funds, etc.

Promise:
It initially promised so much. With possible market shares in 10 years advertised etc.pp. which blinds many, although these are often simply fantasy figures or refers to unprofessional studies.

Yes you're right. this is the reason why people are willing to spend money on things that are risky. and another hype, they believe investing in a popular project will pay them big returns.
254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be hijacked by world billionaires??? on: May 08, 2021, 02:03:11 AM
It is obvious that world billionaires are indicating interest into bitcoin of late ,for instance Elon Musk twitted that you can now purchase his Tesla cars with bitcoin, is he trying to hod bitcoins so it will be scarce then he control and dictate the price of the market or is it for the good of bitcoin that we have been expecting ,what do you think

He can't control the price of bitcoin, there are a lot of individuals who have huge vested interest on the market. It's good that we can purchase Tesla, that is welcoming news indeed. But it won't have any effect as far as crypto holding goes. Institutions, retails investors, average joes can still invest on bitcoin. But it will become a race now as they are really coming into the picture. So for us ordinary investors/traders, we should take advantage and continue to stacks sats as bitcoin is getting scarce.

Exactly my point ,the scarcity will lead to price control on prize hike and it is manipulated by this few elites

How can a few elites control the market though? Bitcoin will not be control by anyone, it's too big now, many crypto exchanges are around as compare like 5 years ago. And then we have retail investors and traders, and institutions and then whales. Unless these few elites that you are calling are going to collude with each other to bring or manipulate the price, but I highly doubt that.

Maybe your presumption is applicable to DOGE, because it's about 100 people control its entire $50 billion market.

yes I agree with you, there is no way they would do that. Bitcoin is difficult to control because it requires huge funds to do so. different from other coins, the market cap of bitcoin is more than 50% of the total market cap of the crypto market. so it requires huge funds and let's not forget retail investors, they can also be variables that can destabilize the market.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Musk is going to hurt the Crypto Industry, sign this petition on: May 07, 2021, 03:03:35 PM
the petition won't work because he definitely won't respond to it. may not even care about all of it. after all what he did was not a mistake, he never got people to buy. every tweet he shares only addresses the advantages of doge. and that's not an offense. so this petition seems too much. Sooner or later the influence of Elon Musk will definitely ease. so it's better to just ignore it for now.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum price will now go down again after reaching 3k? on: May 07, 2021, 07:55:45 AM
After reaching 3k now, it looks possible for ETH to go down again.
Like Bitcoin right now, BTC is really undecided where to go next and price has declined from 65k to 57k.
Maybe we see a similar drop for Ethereum now after reaching 3k to drop back to 2.5k.

What do you expect?

each coin has a different case. So don't confuse Ethereum with Bitcoin. if you look at the current ethereum is very strong and has no possibility of dropping below 3k. I see ethereum will stabilize at 3k price until the next rally.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Elon Musk's goal with Dogecoin? on: May 06, 2021, 02:48:45 PM
I don't know what her true purpose is with doge. but one thing I saw, he seemed to give education about crypto through doge. he used doge to introduce crypto to his followers. and perhaps one of its goals is profit. he wants to get more profit from crypto
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid using LATOKEN and Cointiger to buy any altcoins. on: May 06, 2021, 11:05:17 AM
I've never used a cointiger. but I had some bad experiences with LAtoken. I have a withdrawal problem, at that time I had to wait more than 5 days without any reason why my transaction was pending. from then on I didn't want to use this exchange. very bad token service. in fact they are listing many coins from scam projects.
259  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would having a Debate like: Bitcoin vs Gold win more crypto investors on: May 06, 2021, 04:22:17 AM
I saw some news article on kitco.com (video interview) titled "Frank Giustra challenges Michael Saylor to gold vs Bitcoin debate" and from the video interview kitco had with  Frank Giustra who happens to be a gold guru called out Michael Saylor who happens to be a crypto to a gold vs Bitcoin debate.

Do you think such a debate would bring more investors into the crypto world?

no, it won't generate investors. but with that debate there will be a lot of people who understand about bitcoin and blockchain. everyone who watches the debate will probably be interested in crypto and learn about it. this will also be good for the crypto ecosystem in the future. the more people who know about crypto the sooner mainstream adoption becomes a reality.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When Altseason ? on: May 05, 2021, 06:59:18 AM
If you look at your analysis, now we have entered phase 3 where the ethereum rise has started to occur and bitcoin dominance is slowly falling. and then we will enter the altcoin season, after that what will happen?
will there be a repeat like the previous bullrun? Where after the market reaches its peak, the market crashes and the long winter comes?
