241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC? on: October 09, 2018, 02:47:22 PM
150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC?
Almost worth the same value now,  but which one is better for holding untill DEC 2018?

Personally, I do not see a cardinal difference between these two projects. It seems to me that in terms of successful investments both platforms can successfully develop in the future. But personally, I prefer to distribute my investments in this ratio - 60% invest in the purchase of BTC, and the remaining 40% invest in the purchase of Ethereum.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL is the only policy. on: October 09, 2018, 02:44:25 PM
Exactly the same as you have at the moment. She is the most faithful, correct and competent. I think that there is nothing better than to choose this option. I always do that when I see a fall, even if it's not that big.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you trust a new cryptocurrency? on: October 08, 2018, 08:32:25 PM
I wonder What makes you trust a new cryptocurrency?

I'm always interested in seeing something new on the market. And new cryptocurrencies are exactly what can really contribute to global changes in the market. So for me, what is credible is the public opinion and the number of people who have purchased this coin
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What should I go for? on: October 08, 2018, 08:30:01 PM
I now prefer to look for reliable altcoins for profitable long-term investments. To do this, you need to choose coins with an excellent reputation and good potential for further development. For me, such examples today are Ethereum, Ripple and Waves to generate income in the future.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: October 07, 2018, 07:53:39 PM
i wonder what makes you trust a new altcoin? what you're looking for in their company page etc...?

For me, altcoin is a coin that can be quickly earned. It seems to me that the main thing is to find out whether it is possible to make quick money on this coin. If so, I will try to buy as large as possible. This is the best way for me
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters are a job? on: October 07, 2018, 07:50:59 PM
If you would like to get paid for the job, you should not try this. It is more like gambling: thousands of opportunites and only one is winning. I mean that it is very hard to find the project, which is able to succeed in long-term run.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which do you prefer, bank or crypto? on: October 07, 2018, 07:48:39 PM
Unfortunately at the moment we have to use conventional banks. We not so long ago know about the cryptocurrency and what it is capable of, so that the trust is not so much. I hope that in the future we will forget about banks and huge interest rates
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I join 50 bounties on: October 06, 2018, 03:06:36 PM
I join 50 bounties and spent my time in front of a computer what was reasonable..?

It seems to me that this is possible only when the whole team is working. In any other scenario, it will be a huge flow of work with which the most difficult to cope. For me it is enough to participate in 4 bounty. I think you did it for nothing.
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good timing to buy altcoins? on: October 06, 2018, 03:03:59 PM
The cryptocurrency market is the excessive volatility. The prices of cryptocurrencies on exchange platforms rise and fall dramatically over a short period of time.
So is it a good timing to buy altcoins?

Altcoins are to unstable. For example, last weekend XRP had been stably growing, while it felt during the week and started to rise again on weekend. So if you are going to buy XRP, you shoudl wait till Wednesday. Other cryptocurrencies require much more detailed analisys.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a fake coin? on: October 05, 2018, 01:18:10 PM
I just saw this somewhere on the internet. Are there any fake coins existing? How do you avoid buying fake coins?

There are tons of fake ICOs. However, sometimes people do not have an opportunity to find out that ICO is fake because it is not planned. Sometime there is a moment, when team understand that there is no way to get profit, so they just steal all the investments. It is almost unpredictable.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto market is bullish or Just a small recover? on: October 05, 2018, 01:15:28 PM
Crypto market is bullish or Just a small recover?
I think it is ready to start a new up trend:
- It has been down for about 9 months. Enough time for reversing
- BTC/USDT broke some important resistances in mid-terms
- It is in Q4 now.

What do you think? Please share your idea(s).

Stagnation is obvious. There are a lot of negative changes and just a few could be described as positive. However, everything could be changed in the neares future, because several new blockchains are close to the release. Their potential may boost the second ICO wave and help the market to recover.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: October 05, 2018, 01:12:42 PM
ETH will allow $2T of underground economy to become more structured (and possibly less underground) through DAOs.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2013/04/23/americas-2-trillion-shadow-economy-is-the-recessions-big-winner/

If it captures 1% of that $2T, it is equivalent to $20B, which would put ETH somewhere around $150. Those who sell for $2 will shit bricks, eat sand and may even commit suicide in the years to come. If it captures 10% of that ETH will be $1500. I know it sounds crazy, but so did the Internet in 1995.

Once it's launched their main focus will be on scalability, which I think is the real reason crypto is not ready for mainstream. Once they can handle 100K TPS (and I'm sure they will), it's game over.

It is hardly necessary to carry out such a comparison. Of course, today Ethereum provides developers with a powerful and convenient environment for working, preparing successful projects. But today and in the future the real leader of the crypto market will remain exactly BTC. It is from the BTC that the prices of all altcoins depend.

I always take care about choosing the right investment project. Including I study information about proposed technical solutions, project innovations, competitors. It is also very important for me that a particular project already has a ready product that benefits the digital society.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: airdrop problems on: October 01, 2018, 06:29:30 AM
It seems to me that now airdrops are an erroneous decision for the participation and earnings of tokens. I have a lot of experience with airdrops, but lately the amount of payments has decreased significantly. But I hope that over time the situation will improve and I will be able to earn again thanks to participation in airdrops.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Alt market is testing you: Will you break! on: September 30, 2018, 07:46:01 AM
It is a bloodbath to say the least!
Hold the line: This is do or die!
If the ETF is not approved everything will get worse and take a long time to recover!
It isn’t easy watching money evaporate but we knew that this game was speculative and have to pay the price!
Like I said: Do or die!

I like your attitude. Many simply give up and sell all their cryptocurrency at the first drops, but this is the wrong tactic. We need to stay here and try to make money on it. Giving up is the last thing to do in these situations. Struggle is the basis of any activity
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH better or BCH ? on: September 30, 2018, 07:40:34 AM
Hello guys
do u think ETH is better to invest or BCH
what i should chose i guess BCH can go up to 0.20BTC again what do u think ?

I like what is happening with cryptocurrencies. and I would advise you to just split the amount. That is, if you now have a certain amount of money and you are thinking about the best option, it is better to divide your capital. It will be more profitable
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reading Whitepapers on: September 30, 2018, 07:37:36 AM
I believe that reading white paper is just a necessity without which it will be impossible to do any investor who wants to invest correctly. If you do not want to lose your money at the first investment then be sure to study all the documents related to ICO
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How could war affect crypto? on: September 30, 2018, 07:35:24 AM

How could war affect crypto?

I hope that this will not happen, but it seems to me that the purchase of weapons for cryptocurrencies will become the most common phenomenon and it is possible that the cost of cryptocurrencies will also increase significantly. I hope we never find out about this.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What about negatives of Crypto? on: September 29, 2018, 10:20:13 AM
Everybody says, Crypto is the future and we must believe in it. Apart from losses due to hacking and vulnerability, do you think there are any other negatives of this market?

It just intrigues me since, anything that is projected as 'only good' seems, too good to be true. Or I am just overwhelmed?

Many unfortunately just do not understand how promising cryptocurrency and the entire cryptocurrency market . It seems to me that in order for cryptocurrencies to finally become perceived as ordinary money, it takes another couple of years
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC in crypto, does it really require? on: September 29, 2018, 10:18:01 AM
Do we really need to submit our personal details to ICOs for buying the token or for participating in it's bounty and airdrop?
I always wonder why do we need to give our vital info to ICOs that most are not even likely to come on in crypto space and crypto is all about decentralization but submitting our info has made it look centralized to me.
There is no regulation in crypto yet so why should we give our details to unknow ico organizers, so claim to prevent some region in participating in the ico because of the country law but those ICOs comes from the same region and country that prevent their own citizen from participating, should we say they are using style to rob us or our details is being used for other purpose .
I think it's high time we all need to stop giving our details to ICOs if really the crypto is all about decentralized and their is no regulation in the world yet to really require such details, I will like to know everyone minds about the submission of our details in term of KYC .

I am not happy that I have to leave my data in order to participate. I don't know what's going on with them and I'm really worried about it at the moment. I think that is the most wrong and will be much better if this procedure will cancel
