It's easy, don't ever take part in something that wants information from you that isn't publicly available or can be made public without harming you. Simple. Don't give private keys, don't install anything, don't make KYC by giving away your personal data like ID etc.

Am a newbie and i want to purchase some bitcoins to keep in my wallet account so where should i get them from? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) ?? Why would it matter where you're from? Since most of the trading happens online, you can trade from wherever you like, if you have problems with some sites, use a procy/vpn. Or is it about converting fiat?

@STeX team: If you have no counter or progress bar, maybe post the ETH address/contact address on the main page so that people can see for themselves how many tokens were sold. This can help immensely because it gives investors confidence.

In the end, the fewer people who use bitcoin (or any other cryptocurrency for that matter), the lesser its inherent value is and the fewer applications it will have/will be developed. Luckily, people have all kinds of ideas and everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion, therefore everybody uses/utilizes it as they see fit.

he price of Bitcoin is decreasing so it is not the right moment to sell it. You should hold it until the price rises again. If you are patient, you can have a high profit and a good outcome.
Don't know what you mean, we have a more or less sideways movement of Bitcoin, with a slight upwards trend. A good project will pay off either way though. So don't hesitate, you still can benefit from the 100% bonus until Ethereum network block 5556555 (use https://etherscan.io/ >> "Last Block" to check). https://stex.exchange/ico

Hello everyone, I'm a novice in cryptocurrency, first of all I want to know: Although some cryptocurrencies have the function of payment, but in the end he is used to pay or to collect it? Thanks ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Maybe you could specify what your goal is. What do you want to achieve? If you don't have any application for cryptocurrencies then why are you looking for one?

Hi there! We want to participate in ICO, so, we would like to find here: - Advisors - Community Managers with language: Spain Turkey Portuguese Spain Indian Korean Japaneese Arabic
So, please, write there, in what sphere you can help
Yeah, a bit more info wouldn't hurt. There are so many projects out there and not few of them are doomed right from the start. So before people will come forth and offer their help with your project, I guess they need a bit of reassurance that their time isn't wasted ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

It really all depends on what you wanna do. You also could add the links manually with the "Insert Hyperlink" tool ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F3e39XdR.png&t=663&c=vRMkVO3wYs3ogg) But I guess that's not what you're looking for ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) If you want to know more and get a bit comfortable with the forum functions, have a look at: http://forums.tieline.com/help/?area=bbcode

The question says it all ! Can the domain prices go up in the near future ? Do you think this could be a good investment ?
I don't really get what the domain names have to do with it. It's a bit like with vanity numbers in the old days, it's a nice gimmick, sure, but ultimately, who cares? People have their handful of site names they remember because the frequent them regularly but besides that, they use bookmarks (aka google)... Imo nobody cares about what name a site has unless it's especially witty or easy to remember. There are so many available TLDs out there, I don't think that there will be any (reasonable amount of) money be made with this.

On MEW it's written 1000 FACE* and on my MetaMask 0 FACE (I tried to add these tokens manually). When I go on https://ethplorer.io/ I see that the transfert is finished. *example You need to be absolutely sure that it's the same address. It's likely that you created a new address when you started MetaMask. It's usually called "Account 1". You can import your other addresses but then you need to switch in order to see you balance, even when you added a token manually.

Might we get an ETH progress bar @STeX team? Would be awesome to have it on the site, maybe beneath the counter. Almost every project does/has it nowadays, so it's only fitting if STeX should have it ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Guys is it ok if will post excessive with in an hour? I am searching for this question but i cant find an answer, anybody can help me?
Why would you even consider asking this question if you know that what you intend to do is questionable? There are no set " rules" here, there are guidelines that we follow in order to create a healthy environment that benefits all. See here: "Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ" - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657Please, don't try to sneak your way around it. If you intend to do something that would annoy you if someone else would do it to you, just rethink before posting.

Not sure where to post this...
I was wondering if buildning otc exchane btc-eth-ltc-zec-xlm is worth an ico. I know how to build it, i just dont have monetary iniciative. Is this worth anything?
I think its also possible to implement eth on lightning network. Is this worth a thing?
Just do a proper market screening and you'll see that there are a lot of projects that have similar ideas in regards to building an exchange. A common SWOT analysis or SWOT matrix would help you answer this question: Also, I'd suggest to do a spell checking next time ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

so what's up STEX A2A ICO launching today right ? personnaly I gave enough in the first sale but want to look at it closely
Yes, the STeX A2A ICO starts on May 1, 2018 ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FW8EUtyel.jpg&t=663&c=lp-OsgldCsCy8g) It'll be interesting to see if people grasp the concept and are in for the new token because I figure that many of the initial investors see it like you do. They'll wait. This would mean that most of the A2A buyers will be new investors. I'm really curious how it pans out. Here is the link to the source: https://t.me/stex_official/25 ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FfHvG3X4.png&t=663&c=ZbqQmwjYMfz5wg)
