241  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin back to its own rhythm again? on: February 15, 2018, 01:31:49 AM
I think just about a week ago it seemed like all doom and gloom with bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole.  Now let's step back for a second and exam just how "news" is reported these days.  Often whatever the story is things are glamorized and or taken out of context in a big way.  That being said it looked like bitcoin and alts had a lot going against it in the news.

Just like that the US senate had a very promising hearing with the SEC/CFTC where many encouraging statements were made, good news rang out from Singapore as well as South Korea.  As we speak fears have dampened in South Korea and bitcoin seems to be reacting from that as well.  There is no doubt fear and FUD have been a large part of the recent swings but I think price could be heading North, albeit a potential rocky road along the way.
I do not know if the Bitcoin is back to it is own rhythm again or not. But all I know is that the price of Bitcoin will increase and return to normal sooner or later. A lot of people may become afraid and confuse about the decreasing price of Bitcoin that happen lately, but for those people who know Bitcoin for a long time will not worry. That is because usually those people like that will already know about the developing of Bitcoin in some years. Usually people who already know Bitcoin for years will know that the price of Bitcoin will not go down forever. I do not know what amount of money you invest in Bitcoin, but do not worry because Bitcoin will be back to normal again. All we need to do is wait.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Already lost 50% of my capital on: February 14, 2018, 12:44:43 AM
I am sure before you trade you would already know the risks that you will face if you are trading, one of which is losing money or your capital.
Apart from losing 50% of your capital, have you ever felt the benefits you gain from trading? My advice, you should still maintain your capital, do not lose 100% of your capital. By holding back the rest of your capital, I hope to recover the lost capital, because if the high bitcoin price returns, the lost capital you can get back.
Actually it depends on the amount of money you have, when you buy and collect your crypto, and of course what crypto do you HOLD it? If you've been holding for a long time, maybe that could happen and I can only give you advice to hold until you get profit. I myself also currently have lost a lot of capital when the price of Bitcoin decreases. But I'm sure that the price of Bitcoin will increase again later, so what I do is hold until I get the profit I want. I plan to hold until my target is met, I will hold and collect Bitcoin until my target is fulfilled. Given this rise and fall in prices, it may be difficult to collect Bitcoin. But I will not give up and try my best.
243  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coin Fee Info (BTC/ETH) 💰 💰 💰 on: February 14, 2018, 12:40:01 AM
The tools quite useful, but I don't needed it actually. Peoples might need it when they need the fastest transaction. Anyway I have two transaction today and all I have to pay for fee is 0.0000129 (for two transaction) and got confirmed less than 3 hours. But for me as long as the fee is low, its better.
This information is very useful, I hope there is a website on Google who can give information about Bitcoin and Ethereum fees clearly and definitely. Or maybe some of the people here already know about this and know the website? Maybe you can tell me. Currently it is very important for us to pay attention to the fees in every transaction that we do. Because sometimes we ignore it so that our money becomes less than we anticipate. And also do not just do transactions especially less important transactions. Try to do transactions at once and do not do transactions gradually. I think it would be more effective for us to do a one-time transaction if that is necessary. And do not do the transaction in small quantities.
244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - time to buy or sell? on: February 14, 2018, 12:37:09 AM
This is the best time to buy because all coins are dump. If l only have a choice now l want to buy coins and hold it so that l can earn also as big as they profit. But l don't have yet. If l get my salary l will buy a dump coins and sell it when the price is good for me to produce a business to have a stable income for our needs.
Actually it all depends on you and how much money you have. It also depends on your intention to wait for how long? Do you intend to do long-term investment or short-term investment? I think you should take note of it carefully because it's very important. We do not just ask about HOLD and sell or BUY and sell, we should also consider the discussions and information that already exist very much in this forum. There are so many people who have asked and discussed this matter. If you have enough money, just buy it. But if you do not have enough money, just collect by working. If the problem of buying when, that I do not know and can not predict. I can only suggest to buy as soon as possible because we do not know what will happen in the future.
245  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: ICO investment Risk on: February 14, 2018, 12:33:29 AM
ICO is a very high risk investment, if you do not have much knowledge you could lose your money. I see you are new to this forum, and maybe new in this world of crypto, so I suggest you to learn first what is ICO and learn what project you will choose as a place to invest, do not be too hasty to make a decision.
The ICO investment risk is that if the ICO is a fake, then it will not be any different from the HYIP program which is often ripped off and only runs for a short period of time and then becomes a scam. ICO investment risk if I think is we do not know and it is difficult to know what ICO we mean will give us a profit according to our expectations or even give disappointment. I've heard there are people who invest into ICO and can get more profit from Bitcoin investment and maybe faster. But not all ICO can give profit like that, many ICO who stopped the middle of the road and ICO fraud. If I were to choose between invest ICO and invest crypto like Bitcoin, I would choose Bitcoin.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: February 14, 2018, 12:30:41 AM
As of now the ethereum is good performace even the pruce of the bitcoin decrease high the ethereum decreased only a little.  Many people saifd after few years or in the future ethereum will become number 1 cryptocurrency and I believe also that.  But as of now bitcoin is still king and for sure it will increase again so better to buy this two coin so you can make more profit after few years of holding.
If I have enough money, I will choose both. I'll buy Ethereum and Bitcoin because I want to have more than one investment. That means I have more than one source of income and hope to be rich. Bitcoin will I give a lot of money to compensate with the amount of his fee which is currently getting bigger. Ethereum will I give enough money, maybe about $ 500? Whereas Bitcoin might I give you $ 1,500? I guess I'm still not too sure about the amount of money I'm going to invest, because actually I want to achieve the amount of money in accordance with my target. I wish I could meet my target in the next few years.
247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Request to all Bitcoin holders on: February 13, 2018, 12:30:45 AM
Innovations are already applied. For example, Segwit was activated to solve the transaction issue and now lightning network is going to be activated for the same issue. Either we come up with real innovative ideas to speed up transaction rate by 10 times, increase Bitcoin usage in real world, add more use cases for Bitcoin usages and Bitcoin becomes like Apple/Amazon or it goes down and down and become another Yahoo.
I think it will be very difficult for us to control all Bitcoin users. That's because Bitcoin users have their own wants and needs, not to mention those who have big dreams and desires with Bitcoin. Many people will think to develop and take care of their lives first before taking care of other things. Especially for myself, of course I will prioritize my family rather than Bitcoin development. Although the development of Bitcoin is an advantage for all of us, but not everyone can agree and want to do something to help the development of Bitcoin. I hope that with the passage of time, people can be aware and begin to develop Bitcoin together.
248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: February 13, 2018, 12:27:31 AM
I'm sure that the bitcoin is the future! We will see how the world will change with bitcoin! What is happening now, I will introduce a fall. Then this is due to the Chinese New Year! Now there is a sale and everyone can invest well in bitcoin now!
I think Bitcoin will be a currency in the future. I think Bitcoin will be one of the most important factors in the world economy in the future. And many people will get to know Bitcoin especially in big cities. Even in poor countries and small countries, they are getting to know Bitcoin and its people are starting to take advantage of Bitcoin as much as possible. For example one of them is in my country, even though my country is currently banned by Bitcoin. But even so many people are still convinced and do not care about the government. They still work and do what they have to do. Many people in my country have made Bitcoin an important livelihood in their lives.
249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to promote Bitcoin on: February 13, 2018, 12:22:22 AM
May be one of the best way to promote bitcoin is by social media. We can  share complete information about bitcoin to other people so they can understand more and better regarding its benefits and risk. A good understanding about bitcoin will influence them to invest and of course bitcoin will be more famous. Besides that also bitcoin can be promoted by using advertising on TV, newspaper, magazines and other media.
I think the easiest way to promote Bitcoin is through social media. Because in social media is usually a lot of people discuss and debate about Bitcoin. The most popular social media and influential on the development of Bitcoin is facebook. That's because on facebook there is a feature that is facebook group that allows many people join and discuss there. I think a lot of people know Bitcoin from here. Many people share ways on how to earn money via the internet via facebook. Usually they will share a referral link and one they share is Bitcoin. And not infrequently, there are many young people who join and interested because it can increase their pocket money.
250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese New Year Influence Bitcoin? on: February 13, 2018, 12:19:57 AM
Do you guys know when new Chinese year ends. If I am not mistaken it'll take 40 days. It's too long if it is. In my opinion after new year we can see a good movement. We are talking about a really big country so that it'll definitely influence positively.
I do not really know about that. But I think it will quite effect the country of China. I do not think this event is too influential for the world, but who knows someone is using Bitcoin for the transaction tool. If on the day of the feast there are people who give angpao or some money to others by using Bitcoin, maybe this will give some influence on Bitcoin. All I know, usually the Chinese will give some money to their relatives and some cake-shaped food to many people. I think there are also people who distribute their money to the needy and the poor. I know all of that because I am half Chinese. My mom is Chinese and my dad is Indonesian. Anyway, I wish you have a good luck and God bless you in this Chinese new year.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can BitConnect recover? on: February 12, 2018, 12:44:53 AM
In my opinion, once a project go down like this and lost the trust of its investors there's only 5% chance that it will recover if they do release a statement like that. It will take a lot of effort and even blood from the developers to get back to their ATH price and bring back the trust of its investors. I don't have an interest when it comes to BCC but if you are an investor, try to look if there's still a chance that they'll release a unique product that could help rise up the price. If you don't find any, better invest on other altcoins in the market with great potential because buying a scam-considered project will take you nowhere.
It's very important for us to not invest or try the new Altcoin carelessly. To be honest I was too scared to try anything like this. I always choose to invest into popular crypto like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Waves, and the most famous ones like that. I never dared to try the new Altcoin. Well, it is okay to try an opportunity but you have to give your eggs in some basket. I see some people who invest in one Altcoin such as BitConnect. For me that is very risky and can give you a loss. Especially if you get out of your main job and become unemployed just to want to invest into an Altcoin. I think it's a foolish move caused by a lack of knowledge.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a fake coin? on: February 12, 2018, 12:33:25 AM
Perhaps we should should be able to distinguish between false coins nor the original at the time we follow trading in the purchase we can see in the list of the coins in circulation, it is also very necessary accuracy in selecting coins so as not happening thing We do not want, with wisely in following coins we choose. Moreover, many of the new coins. There is a fake coin or what we call shit coin, But traders do pump and dump that coin. Were in Cryptospace and it's very normal to have a good and bad coin but remember to be more vigilant on your trades and don't get phished by others.
I think a coin or a crypto like that does exist. For example like a fake HYIP program. For example, they make a HYIP program under the guise of crypto, then promise to make and increase the price of the crypto, but in the end the crypto becomes neglected and caused many losses. It could happen. I do not know about the various crypto that is here. Perhaps the crypto that is here is selected and researched so well that it does not cause such a thing. But I hope everyone can already study and know which crypto is real and not. I think people have also started to critically judge a profitable and harmful crypto. The easiest way is choose popular crypto only.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: February 12, 2018, 12:28:53 AM
Of course you have to be afraid of hacker, in the same way you are probably afraid of apartment thieves, as there is no 100% protection against them. But while anyone pays attention not to leave the keys in the door or the windows on the ground floor open, lot of people forget to take the minimal safety measures to protect their assets. It's true, a skilled hacker can probably crack our protections, but if they are good he will look for an easier targer. Yes because hackers is the threat which can stole my money in investment in just a single moment so I am worried about that.
Actually the answer depends on the target of the hacker when your computer crashes. If the only targeted file is useless, then I will not worry. But if you are looking for financial data such as bank account, paypal account, and even Bitcoin account, then I will be worried and afraid. I do not know how hackers work and how they steal account data like that, but I'll make clear passwords that are hard to guess and unrelated to dates and names. I would not be afraid if the only targeted file. Because I do not have important files like corporate documents and so on. All I have in my computer is songs, movies, games and stuff like that.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What encourages you to invest in any altcoin? on: February 12, 2018, 12:26:01 AM
For me, I really take time to research about the team and the purpose of the coin, what is the coin about, is it gonna be a hit to people, cause once people find it useful and they see their advantages upon buying the coin, definitely its gonna be a great hit and its time for you to invest in it. Having a great team really tells if the coin is gonna be something, so take time studying and knowing about the team. I check for a good dev team that communicates with the community and comes through on their promises.
I usually see some new Altcoins that I want to invest, whether the Altcoin is worth investing or not. I usually go to the market and see some new Altcoins that have small price. Usually, a new Altcoin who price has less then 1 satoshi is good for investment. That is because those price of Altcoins usually will increase sooner or later and I will get profit. The profit will depend on the increasing price, it maybe become 100% profit, 300% profit, or even 1000% profit if I am lucky. But not all Altcoins will give us profit, some of them may go down and disappear. So we need to invest in some new Altcoins and not just one Altcoin. Anyway, that is just my opinion. The best Altcoin to invest is definitely Ethereum.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Bitcoin ever replace conventional money? on: February 11, 2018, 11:11:53 AM
Yes. If there is a credit based system to verify transactions instantaneously. That's how modern credit cards work -- there's no backing that there's money behind the transaction. It's just that the credit card company assumes the liability and hopefully the buyer will repay it back later. I believe TenX is doing something in that space. Until that happens, Litecoin is likely the next best option as it's closest in behavior to Bitcoin and transaction times are down to about 2 minutes (with very little transaction fees).
First of all, I must say that Bitcoin or in this case cryptocurrency can not be equated with conventional money. Money like cash, and local currency has its own uniqueness and advantages over Bitcoin. If the local money and cash money does not change much, it can give us an advantage because we need not be afraid of sudden price changes and we will not lose, but we also will not be able to profit anything. In contrast to cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, we may be able to get profit with rising prices, but we will lose if a time the price of Bitcoin decreased as it is today. But there is also a crypto whose price is not changed much like Dogecoin.
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 19 year old millionaire advice on Bitcoin on: February 11, 2018, 11:09:38 AM
To be honest you cant compare the crypto market back then when bitcoin was the ultimate crypto commanding over 80% of the market cap to what we have today and not forgetting we now have shitcoins to look out for, pump and dump coins and a whole lot of variables to consider, its good the 19 year old invested while the market was being doubted by most of us.
It is one of the lucky ones and understands when to invest. I've always been jealous and anxious when I hear stories like this. I was always impatient and wanted to follow in their footsteps. He started buying Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin is still 2 digits only, it is a very lucky thing if I think. I do not think I can imagine how much money Bitcoin doubled, not just for this boy. We should begin to take advantage of this moment and opportunity. We should not waste the opportunity to invest with Bitcoin. Maybe Bitcoin is one of the best ways and opportunities for you to change your family's economy.
257  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late? (To buy Bitcoin now) on: February 11, 2018, 11:05:15 AM
It is not too late to buy bitcoin now because this is the right time to buy. The value of bitcoin today slides down more than half of its value compare to its peak. Maybe when times goes by the value of bitcoin will rise again and meet again its peak of $20k or maybe overpass it.
With Bitcoin's current price decline, we all know that now is the right time to buy Bitcoin. This price drop can be a frightening specter for some people, but for people who are not afraid of risk and have known Bitcoin for a long time, they will see this as an opportunity to get as much profit as possible. Do not wait to buy and collect Bitcoin as much as possible, because we do not know what will happen in the future in the near future or in the long term. It's possible that Bitcoin's price will decrease to lower, and Bitcoin's price will probably increase soon. So you should make the most of this opportunity.
258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Korea back on track on: February 11, 2018, 11:02:56 AM
it is very good news, because korea is indeed an advanced country and their government will not waste this opportunity, bitcoin is a financial future for a country, hopefully this can help bitcoin recover soon, and so do other altcoin to quickly recover to the price before falling
I think that is a quite good news because we might now that Korea is one of the greatest country in the world in term of technology development. Not just K-pop and E-sport that is so popular there, but this kind of business is also popular I guess. In my opinion, there are various Asian countries who are bann the Bitcoin. But some of them are already back up and recover. In other words, those countries are starting unbann the Bitcoin from their country and start to support them. I guess that is very good so that the Bitcoin will grow and become more useful in a country like that.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: COINS TO Invest Before Market Recovery on: February 09, 2018, 11:43:50 PM
If I do have more money to invest I'd probably buy a fraction of those on the top 15 list of altcoins in CMC aside from Ripple because I've decided even before not to buy it since it is centralized. I'd probably top up my ADA, TRX, DRGN, and Stellar again if possible.
Actually I do not really care about Altcoins and I do not really understand about which Altcoins that I can invest in. So all I can say and all my advice is Bitcoin and Ethereum. In my opinion, the price of Bitcoin and Ethereum will go up once the market has recover. We will need to collect Bitcoin and Ethereum as much as possible right now. And when the price of Bitcoin has recover, the price of other crypto will recover as well.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: February 09, 2018, 11:40:07 PM
Yes of course. I wouldn't be into crypto if I didn't believe in its functionalities. Undoubtedly, most of us who are into crypto had the initial idea of earning big and getting rich in no time! This has actually materialized for some, but not for the majority. Hypocracy aside, why would I invest in something if I didn't want to earn profit, right? But as time passed, I have gained much more than the extra bucks in my pocket. These are the knowledge that I was fortunate to gain especially those from this forum. If your sole purpose is to earn money without gaining something significant in your brain.
I believe in cryptocurrency, but I only believe in Bitcoin and Ethereum and also other popular crypto. I am not believing in all crypto, especially some Altcoins who are new and just appeared in the market. I like something certain that can guarantee me to get profit. So yeah, I believe in Bitcoin. In this situation and condition, maybe a lot of people will think that this is the end of Bitcoin, and they will say that we should not invest in Bitcoin and crypto. But for people like me, this is a chance to collect Bitcoin as much as possible. I have been known Bitcoin for years. So I know exactly, that Bitcoin price will go up again.
