241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the Philippines uproar on: October 11, 2017, 05:11:03 AM
Regarding to the issues on Filipino shit posters or trolls. I think they are not. It's just the same with other people here who is not native speakers of English. I hope you can give a chance to other Filipinos. The problem here is the number. A lot of filipinos in bitcointalk are confirmed not good in writing in English Language.
242  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoins - skyrocketing demands in Asia on: October 11, 2017, 05:09:21 AM
bitcoins - skyrocketing demands in Asia, it is true........So, what are the reasons behind this?
What are the reason behind this? why don't you try researching it? Did you ever know that Japan has listed a lot of exchanges for bitcoins? even if China is ban ICOs, Japan and Other countries like Philippines are obviously supporting bitcoin.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][SHF] 💠 SHAFT ⛏Mining-oriented⛏ CryptoCurrency 💠 on: October 11, 2017, 03:52:23 AM
Thanks everyone next payments will be sent on Sunday Smiley

Can you also create a tutorial on how can we transfer our batch file created wallet to online wallet? and can you also please raise our bounty rewards? we are just only three joined on the signature and campaign bounty, i hope you can consider our efforts, thank you sir.

This is straight forward go to https://wallet.shaft.sh/#view-wallet-info and load you wallet via your UTC file which is located in C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\SHAFT\keystore enter your password to unlock your account after this you can choose other options for the next time you load your wallet...
How would you like to access your wallet?
 Keystore File (UTC / JSON)
 Mnemonic Phrase
 Private Key
 View with Address Only

in regards to making higher payment I will speak with the team but we have a budget so I don't think that will happen, as it stands our signature participants can earn between 80-400 SHF depending on their rank over the eight weeks which is a great especially if we hit $2 per SHF which is what the dev team are aiming for.

I will say we appreciate all our participants helping the project and at least we are been paid for our efforts, the last 3 bounty campaigns I have taken part in I didn't receive anything at all from them and weeks of promoting for them this will never happen with SHAFT Smiley Just make sure you follow the rules ie: signature campaign post in main thread once a week, twitter campaign report weekly retweets before payment date etc
Thanks DigDeepMining for taking considerations on my Requests Smiley

246  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you check Bitcoin price everyday? on: October 09, 2017, 02:35:29 AM
Yes, it's part of my routine to check daily. It's a way or a hobby to monitor the market and to see what can i do to that price it's an opportunity for me to know when to buy and sell my bitcoin.

National Bank of Nepal Deems Bitcoin Exchange Operations “Illegal,” While the CIB Police Force Arrest Seven Exchange Operators

Source :- https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-illegal-in-nepal-police-arrest-seven-individuals-for-trading-operations/

What? they just arrested the seven exchange officers, That's unfair, really unfair. They should have atleast order them to close their exchanges and give a damn law about it before arresting these people, what an ignorant government.
248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long bitcoin will survive ? on: October 09, 2017, 02:24:52 AM
Have you guys ever think to how long is bitcoin will survive in this world ? Well, I mean is there anything that can make bitcoin bankrupt or low price, then possibly will make bitcoiners doesn't want to invest anymore. And also is there any solution to avoid those thing. Just wonder to know.
It's still depends on the developers and community, as of now, and as of today bitcoin is just a baby or an infant maturing into a better version of it self, we cannot even tell when does the bitcoin or developer or the community will stop supporting upgrading and maintaining bitcoin.

250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto's stack on: October 06, 2017, 01:22:27 AM
it is possible that someone could really hold that huge amount of bitcoin....
but if ever it is indeed true i don't he will put all of it in a single address...
he must have it separated on different addresses in order to avoid being to obvious...
this person must also be a true believer of bitcoin's ideology for him to hold it that long...
Cheesy
the coins were spread out over different addresses which i think it is satoshi's coins but i am not really sure but we can conclude that it his coins thoufh since it was the early stages of bitcoin, if we all add up those bitcoin i think it would go over beyond 1 million bitcoins.
251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto's stack on: October 06, 2017, 01:20:41 AM
but the question is where are those coins now?

lots of addresses

ok. here goes go to
https://blockchain.info/block-height/1
click the hash
and you will see
No Inputs (Newly Generated Coins) ->
if the address after -> has an (unspent).. then its still on that address..

then
go to
https://blockchain.info/block-height/2
click the hash
and you will see
No Inputs (Newly Generated Coins) ->
if the address after -> has an (unspent).. then its still on that address..

repeat that by changing the block-height
there will be upto 52000 blocks you can manually go through that could be his

like i and others said. the coins are spread out over THOUSANDS of addresses

Thank you for this , and you are right, the coins were spread over thousands of addresses and the coins is still their on their wallet, maybe if that would be computed it will be over  1 million bitcoins.

253  Economy / Economics / Re: Would using Bitcoin currently increase or decrease its value? on: October 06, 2017, 12:55:51 AM
I'm new to the Bitcoin / Cryptocurrency world, and the economics are pretty interesting.. My question is more of a large-scale economics question.

Would using Bitcoins, to purchase goods (not on this forum) or services, increase its perceived value due to wider exposure or level-out/decrease its perceived value by establishing an accepted value of it?

I hope that was clear enough. Just looking for ideas and thoughts.
Technically, it will increase it's value, the flow of demand and supply is continuously flowing and moving , which makes the bitcoin as a currency effective and active, holding it makes the demand and supply flow stagnant which makes its invalidate bitcoin as a currency.
254  Economy / Economics / Re: What should I do ? Your suggestions please. on: October 06, 2017, 12:48:05 AM
I thought that there was an instantaneous decrease in ethereum with bitcoin.and after these events I thought of as a momentary decrease, I got 50 ethereum  from 260 dollars. I can not decide what to do with certain levels. Of course, it is not right to make sales like this.my mind came up with the idea of joining an ico or a going ico . I thought maybe I could save the damage in this way, but I'm not quite sure. what should i do? Should not I?I've been loss since the day. I do not want to loss any more, but I can not find a solution. I am delighted to share your ideas in this regard.
Hi, I think you're right that it would be better if you will use your ETH to invest in different ICOs just make sure that it has the potential on growing or make sure that it is profitable and i do know that you know that you should study first the timeline of there ICOs before Investing. Goodluck.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I did it! Traveling with Bitcoin and $100 only on: October 06, 2017, 12:44:03 AM
My journey started on Sep 21, from Boston to NYC, flight to Egypt then Turkey, back to Boston! Carrying $100 just in case and 3 bitcoins in my wallet!

Fuck If I will ever carry credit card, or cash any more:

1- I used Localbitcoins for cash! Search for best local currency rate!
2- How much I save from credit card fees and Fiat exchanges: $305.
3- Is it save to deal with Localbitcoins in person overseas? Yes, so amazing nice guys, you are making friends Smiley

You should try it! & $100 stayed with me! and I spent less than 1.9 btc in both countries!!!

Wow congratulations to you!, this is an awesome news for the travelers here in bitcointalk forum. but does 1.9 btc is too much for your expenses? can you post the equivalent of btc (in usd)  that time that you used it for you travelling expenses?

258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you guys withdraw your bitcoins to cash? on: October 04, 2017, 01:11:09 AM
First, i send my bitcoin to my exchange wallet a Bitcoin wallet, and the other one is Peso wallet which directly converts the bitcoin you sent to cash based on the realtime price of bitcoin on that exchange after that I convert it into cash (if i sent that on my bitcoin wallet) and cash it out on different medium like banks and pawnshop merchants or money transfer merchants.

Same here, my bitcoin wallet has already the option to exchange it to our local currency then, we will just claim it through remittance center via wire transfer.   So I guess it is better to find bitcoin wallet that directly support your local currency or atleast has an option to exchange right away to your local currency.  That way, you can do transaction with ease...

Here in my country, We do have an online bitcoin exchange, it's pretty famous and that is coins.ph. In coins.ph it offers two kinds of wallet. First kind is the "PESO WALLET" which is your wallet for the cash that you cash in, the wallet is also after you converted your bitcoins into cash, this wallet is also used as the source of payment on buying Bitcoin, next is "BITCOIN WALLET" where your bitcoins is stored.
The withdrawing process from bitcoins to cash is pretty easy. First you convert your Bitcoins to cash on the exchange and wait for it to be added on the "PESO WALLET" , after successfully conversion, you can cash out your money on "PESO WALLET" into different options, the famous one is the Bank Transfer, all options have their own processing time, I think the minimum is 24 hours of processing time.

I think we are all talking about Coins.ph? am i right? , If i am right then, Coins.PH is really awesome, It's effecient and easy to use as an exchange and they do have a lot of partners, their effort to give customer a good experience is really admirable.
