241  Economy / Economics / Re: Central banks getting ready for cbdc-s USA is good for freedom on: November 29, 2023, 12:13:07 PM
Few up coming cbcd

Countries and their currency projects

Turkey: bitlira
USA USD , circle usdc,dai,busd,paxos,usdt
Europe: eurt tether euro
Canada r3 ubin project Jasper  also its joint project with boe the bank of england
Ukraine e-hyrvina
Russia: unknown ? probably russian currency will disapeare.
Australia: unknown
Sweden ekrona
Latin america: e peso
Also the thailand and asia strong cbdc projects joint venture projects.

Conclusion: all other countries Will be clearly strongly regulated and less market dictating everything USA Will be ruled by the capital and markets more then other countries the USDC and usdt and other Stablecoins gives more freedom to people then other cbds projects.
So get your crypto stack it up and head to USA in USA Will be more freedom.
Off course poverty will take over the USA aswell but it will create more opportunities there.
In the next years we probably have situation when USA Will be like tax Free zone like dubai there will be a lot innovation and freedom and people would have more freedom becouse they can use freedom blockchain the btc eth USDT while most of the countries choose very heavy regulated without much of freedom at all cbdc system.

I'm not from the US, but what you said op for me is big nonsense. I don't think that will be the way for what you say is freedom. By the way, where did you get that news, because you didn't even provide a source link to make what you say credible?

Just for me, I don't believe in that matter. There is also no reason for me to go to the US just to experience the freedom you are talking about, because even knowing the country we are in, we can experience the freedom you want to convey.
242  Economy / Economics / Re: Luxury and spending lifestyle fastest way to poverty rich kids on: November 29, 2023, 11:53:00 AM
If you want to be rich sell to rich kids.
Now let's talk about homeless people in USA and CANADA.
The world don't know that many of those homeless people are from the rich families.
And If they been spending years no stop then even they will get a lot money they still can lose it fast.
Once the old pals will die like joe Biden who's hard working and tough guy then their kids will go broke.
Canada and USA have the same problem and Im not just talking i know personally those kids who use to have money but now they are dead homeless or drug atticts.
This is the reason why USA and Canada native race become smaller and hard working indviduals taking over the country while native people falling.
You looking from TV and see that homeless people you think they born poor but it's not case i've met with many who use to drink and Party in Europe bahamas like 100-300k easy in one year and now they are broke.
Once the guys like joe Biden will go away their kids can't handle nothing maximum will be that they easy targets for foreign sharp minded people to take advanched of the situation.

If there are kids from rich families who suddenly become poor, it's probably because they chose to live a life that doesn't depend on the wealth of their parents. There are others, like the children of the rich, who do not want to depend only on the wealth of their parents.

Because they want to show that they can do what their parents did, or others because they did something wrong that made them become beggars or homeless people, there are various reasons that we just don't really know all of them.
243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Altcoins on: November 29, 2023, 11:22:33 AM
Yeah alt coin are good but you can't compare it with btc. Bcus Btc is like the mother of alt coin
So no matter what btc coin still remains tha best...
Actually in this case it is a ridiculous situation if we still have to continue to compare bitcoin with altcoins because in the end the comparison can be made if what we are comparing is equivalent. As for bitcoin and altcoin, there is no equality in it so why continue to be compared because in the end we all know which one is the best.
Comparisons like this will only make altcoins worse but I also don't really care about it because I'm not in it for now even though at the beginning I was in crypto I was in altcoins but my focus now will only remain on bitcoin.
But indeed seeing from the OP who is indeed new (possibly because the account is a beginner) I still think this is very reasonable to be asked by them but the answer must also be clear that bitcoin is still bitcoin and it cannot be compared to altcoins.
Exactly, stop comparing bitcoin to altcoins. This comparison should stop. We all know that Bitcoin will be the top coin ever. Altcoins is just the second option, if you want to start investing in bitcoin then go for it, but if you feel that Altcoin will give you a good profit then for Alts. No need to compare just invest and earn.

Yeah, if he really a beginner then we accept it, but if he's here for too long then stop.

No matter how many times we say that to other communities, we can't take it away from other communities that can't stop themselves from comparing altcoins to Bitcoin.

Maybe that's why they say this and compare it, because if you earn altcoins, they can exchange them for Bitcoin anyway, so that's what they say about Bitcoin. But you are right that he should invest in Bitcoin or altcoins as long as you can make a profit from them.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest only in Bitcoin and never invest in shitcoin on: November 29, 2023, 11:05:58 AM
Bitcoin is the father of all crypto currency. The name is an eye opener to crypto, and has brought or attracted many people into crypto currency today. And has continued to stand firmly without fading.

Many turn into shitcoin investor. After knowing about Bitcoin. Unfortunately it didn't work out the way they thought.
I am a tipical example of that. when I heard about Bitcoin how it started from $0.01 to thousands of dollars I thought shitcoin also has that potential. I was working and was investing in valueless coins thinking dey will be like Bitcoin. but never did as Bitcoin. all gradually disappeared. And that made me regret no investing it on Bitcoin then.

Although some people were pretty lucky to make alot of dollars from shitcoin, but mine didn't work out in any ways, so I would like you guys to shear your ideas on this an the possible solution.

Most people here already know that bitcoin is the father of all cryptocurrencies. I just want to ask you: can you identify what shitcoins and altcoins you are referring to? Not all cryptocurrencies are shitcoins, right?

So maybe the others are yes; that's why there is a problem with which of the other cryptos are not potentials that are released as potentials. And the ones that get caught in this are the newbies who have no idea or knowledge of cryptocurrency.
245  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is Bitcoin always affected on: November 28, 2023, 12:17:29 PM
because of all things related to the economy, btc will be involved, especially big banking news like that, and also bitcoin is well known to many people so that bitcoin has been involved in many circles.
Yes ,it happens due to celebrity. These are people which controls the value of Bitcoin . Because there are millions of followers of these celebrities and when any celebrity say anything about Bitcoin then people execute this and as a result Bitcoin price fluctuates. That is that of people on celebrities and public can't control their emotions. And when Bitcoin will go low, professional investers will come out and they will buy Bitcoin in bulk and they will hide for a long duration and they wait to increase value of Bitcoin . And when Bitcoin price is at peak ,they will sell their Bitcoin at high rates . In this way ,they are controlling the whole market. Elon Musk is one of them.
I do not think that bitcoin really went up due to any celebrity at all. I feel like we are talking about something that would be a little different, it feels like there must be something that could really change the situation a bit, and it will not be all that simple. I get that it may feel like there is a good chance it could change here and there, but that doesn't mean that celebrity people were the reason.

I think bitcoin is manipulated by whales, who have enough money, they buy small by small all year long, for years, and then when it's bull time, they wait for the right time, maybe spend a few million on making it look good and hyped at news, and then when the price goes up, they just sell it at the peak like you said.

Don't tell me how many years have you been here that you don't know that many whale investors are manipulating the Bitcoin price value in the market. With all due respect, I'm just asking you this.

Then one more thing: there are also many other options to invest in besides Bitcoin; there are stocks in the market. In fact, if I have a lot of money or am a rich person, I will also put money in stocks besides Bitcoin, which is believed to be able to provide good earnings in the future.
246  Economy / Economics / Re: Teaching My Nephews About Wealth Through the Game of Monopoly on: November 28, 2023, 12:07:06 PM
I thought your post was going to be related to Monopoly. Like with (a) - Build Wealth - You can build wealth by buying the different properties in the game. You should know what properties you are going to buy and you should budget what you need in order to get what assets could give you even more wealth.

I was expecting something like that to have the best advantage with your money. Maybe you can create a new post for that.

You are correct, sir, but I don't think there is anything wrong with his post. It's not a bad idea to teach his nephews how to make money given the way things are going these days; in fact, it's necessary to teach people these days how to succeed in life and how to make money. As for me, I'd like to teach my people how to invest in bitcoin in order to make money because, given the way things are going these days, you can't take on anyone else's responsibilities. Instead, you must inspire those around you to find a positive way to live their lives.

I didn't say anything incorrect, as you claim. I'm just trying to make sure you understand that what he said will inspire a lot of us here in the forum because some of us are taking care of siblings, friends, and family. In these trying times, everyone needs to know how to handle their responsibilities because no one family can handle all of the responsibilities on its own.

I also don't see anything wrong with what he is teaching his nephew; maybe he just wants to inform his nephew early about wealth via the game of monopoly.

Well, in fact, if his nephew has an idea or knowledge at a young age, other adults can even confuse him about his nephew because they will see him with such wisdom. So, for me, I'm in awe of OP; I'll do the same with my own son; everything I know and will know more, especially in the field of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency.
247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Alleged Hacking Incident Tied to Bitcoin’s Massive 83.65 Bitcoin Fee Error on: November 28, 2023, 11:46:33 AM
When you consider what hackers can do to steal whatever they stole, it merely makes me assume that 139 bitcoins should have been transferred, but what went to the hacker's address was roughly 55.77 bitcoins, and the remainder went to transaction fees. Those miners are quite fortunate.

Is it feasible to retrieve the 83.65 bitcoins that went to the transaction fee? This case, as far as I know, is still being investigated. Because it is still unclear whether this is a hacking event or a money-laundering conspiracy.

248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling all about luck? on: November 28, 2023, 11:29:56 AM
Imo gambling is 50/50 about luck, and other 50 goes to money. I have stated for myself that people gamble for two reasons, to test their luck and to earn some money. I saw people say that gambling is about having fun, I even myself have thought like that. But lately, when I started to feel pressure or be nervous after placing a bet, then it does not looks like having fun. However, I cant say that being lucky is enough to be good at gambling. Can we say that in gambling luck=random? As gambling is full of random occasions.
Trying your luck and gambling for money is the same thing. When you are trying your luck, you are doing that to see if you can win some money or not, and when you are gambling for money, you are basically trying your luck, so they are the same thing in different wording. However, when someone asks if gambling is all about luck or not, one should say that if you are talking about gambling games, then yes, it's all about luck when you are playing a game as the outcome will be random and dependent on your luck.

But, if they are talking about sports betting, then one can say that it is more about knowledge, experience, and skills with just a small influence of luck because it's your knowledge and experience about a sport that enables you to choose the best side when a match is happening and luck will only intervene in some cases where the team that is unlikely to win manages to win.

Right, I really agree with what you said. So I think most of us gamblers believe that our winnings are always based on luck. That means that no matter what others say, if they have a technique to win, you will always end up being lucky in the end.

Because the gamblers who do what they thought were effective tricks that they experienced to win and their winnings grow and then, in the end, are still lost, such scenarios are still based on luck and bad luck.
249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do not gamble with Loan Money~otherwise you will be in danger like me on: November 28, 2023, 11:17:56 AM
That is the biggest mistake a gambler will make: that the money to gamble with comes from debt. Most of the gamblers who did that did not become successful, maybe even more in debt because the loan was probably used up immediately after losing.

Maybe there are still people doing that, and maybe not all of the loans were used for gambling, but overall, this style remains a bad habit. This shouldn't be a good habit for the gamblers here.
250  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Tataas Kaya Ang Awareness Ng MgaTao Sa Bitcoin Kung May Mga Billboard on: November 27, 2023, 10:07:50 AM

Billboards can attract and reaches a wider audiences especially sa mga palaging nagbibiyahe kasi usually ang mga malalaking billboards ay nasa cities and malakihang kalsada talaga like SLEX and NLEX.

251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: From Mining to Gambling: A Rollercoaster Ride in the Crypto World on: November 27, 2023, 09:57:18 AM
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience diving into the world of mining and crypto. I purchased three L3+ machines and enjoyed a nice profit from hashing on Nicehash for Bitcoin mining. However, with minimal knowledge, I delved into futures trading, following a paid signal WhatsApp group with just $500. I would enter trades with $200, experiencing some quick wins, making $50 or $100, but ultimately losing it all. Despite earning around $3,000 worth in BTC from mining, I lost it all in futures trading.

Then, I stumbled upon a crypto casino online. I deposited $20 and started playing various original casino games, winning about $350, all in USDT, only to lose it shortly after. Despite winning and losing amounts like $500 or $1,000 from subsequent deposits, I eventually found myself with just $50. I decided to play keno, choosing 10 out of 40 numbers. Luck seemed to be on my side as I made over $100,000 in 14 days. That night, I moved $85,000 to a cold wallet and left $7,000 in the casino to make a daily profit of $200. Additionally, I had $5,000 in Binance. The following morning, I eagerly joined the casino only to watch in dismay as I lost $7,000 in just 10 seconds. Frustrated, I deposited $10,000 from the cold wallet, only to lose it in less than a minute. I continued with a deposit of $20,000, experiencing the same outcome. Observing my substantial losses adding up to over $48,000, I then withdrew the remaining $43,000 from the cold wallet and wagered it all in the casino, losing it. Binance also suffered, and in the span of 3 minutes, I lost over $100,000.

That's my story, and I apologize if it was lengthy. I went to bed wealthy and woke up poor again.

Based on the story that you experienced, you went into an investment that you had no idea about, just like a signal on Wattsapp, and you lost a lot. I think that right here there was something wrong done.

The only thing I don't understand is why you let it lead to such an amount to grow even more instead of stopping it. Did you think that if you continued, you would still be able to recover what you lost to them? That's probably what you thought; that's why you were put in that situation. This is just proof that if you don't have knowledge, your investment capital will just go to waste. That's really a lesson learned, not only for you but also for other communities here.
252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Altcoins on: November 27, 2023, 09:47:08 AM
The cryptocurrency landscape is gradually taking a new turn and am loving it already. It's like the era of BTC dominance and dictation of other altcoins performance is gradually winding down.

TAO, KAS, BGB, TIA among other numerous altcoins are among those that have recorded ATH recently even as BTC struggle to hold up the $36,500 resistance.

Among other altcoins that have been impressive are ORDI, SATS, VMPX, WOJAK and PEPE1.

Fortunately there is an ongoing event for new users on Bitget where there is  $10,000 prize pool in the latest Hotcoins season 5 edition.

As we look forward to the anticipated bullrun come 2024, what altcoins are you holding and why do you think they will bring more returns compared to others?

That TAO honestly tried to invest there, and although it was expensive when I bought it, I think it's fine because it moves aggressively every day. I get profit here every day, to be honest.

which is able to help me accumulate in other cryptos that I want to accumulate in the upcoming halving, and I think that if I continue to get profit daily in these altcoins, it is good and in my favor, to be honest. Even up to now, he had a big dump, but he was still in favor because I was with him, so he was able to liquidate somehow. That's why I continue with my trading activity here in Tao.
253  Economy / Economics / Re: Insurance is important on: November 27, 2023, 09:37:06 AM
Specially me I didn't go for the insurance as I have the money which makes me happy as the money I have today is without the insurance and I also earn it from my strength then how could I take my own money insurance.

And specially I didn't like that money for which I didn't work hard how could be a money for which I didn't even try to work and that will be very free I didn't even like to call its my money.

I often choose that type of money which comes through my strength and in which I worked hard day and night and then got that money I can always call it that is just my money and I have to use it now for my will happily.

It is good for you if you have a lot of money that you worked hard for. But with the lifestyle you have now, I think you should also get insurance if you are capable of doing it.

Or it's also possible since, here in the crypto space, if you've already started your DCA in other cryptocurrencies or in Bitcoin, it's also a good idea to make a hold that you think can also give you profit in the future.
254  Economy / Economics / Re: How Much Does Food Cost in Your Country? on: November 27, 2023, 09:27:48 AM
If you prepare food at home that may cost $2-4 but if you order from outside it starts from $3 for junk food and $4 for healthier food. I'd say $5 is average price although there are cheaper options that lower class choose mostly.
Actually you should check out comparisons like Big Mac Index. That will give you a clue about food price differences in countries.

These past months, the price of rice increased, and then after a few weeks, it gradually decreased somehow and then increased again, depending on the situation that is happening in the economy here.

Two weeks ago, potatoes and tomatoes were very expensive, but now they have gone down again. The only thing that has increased now is that the value of each egg is expensive. Because other retailers take advantage and cheat, we, as customers or buyers, are helpless. There are no more products whose prices will not increase in the market; the problem will continue.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hodling vs trading on: November 26, 2023, 11:49:53 PM
For me, it is not necessary to shop for which is the better way to get profit in cryptocurrency because it probably depends on the desire of an individual to enter this crypto business industry, right?

It's just that most people want to make a profit. That's why the majority of the community here enters the trading industry even though they have no idea that they are gambling, and others think it's just gambling. Even though it's not really, holdings are also really safe, which can be said if you choose Bitcoin right away, but if it's crypto, the risk is also quite high.
256  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Kalimutan ang tungkol sa exchanger search! Gumamit ng BestChange! on: November 24, 2023, 12:32:35 PM

257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would You Crowdfund for a Gambler Who Has Gambled Irresponsibly? on: November 24, 2023, 12:22:24 PM
If its my friend seeking for a help then why not? If this is the best way I can help him survive from that addiction and rise again then I will not hesitate to help as long as he is willing to help himself too. But if a gambler is just raising a funds to support his gambling addiction then totally not, its not good and I will never tolerate this kind of behavior. Gambling can be very risky and if you know someone is already suffering and seeking for a help, try to help him even on a smallest way because it can be a big help for him.

If that's the only reason to do crowdfunding, it seems like it's difficult to participate and support such a concept. Maybe later that's just a modus operandi; you know what it means. It wouldn't matter if everything went through in a proper and legal way; it would be fine, in my opinion.

But as you said, if the gambler himself will not help himself to get rid of the addiction he has, then a friend will do the same to do crowdfunding for him. It seems like the outside is also cheated in the end. Right?
258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anyone been able to make steady income with gambling ? on: November 24, 2023, 12:12:23 PM
Has anyone been able to make steady income with gambling ? If yes, what had been your strategy ? Do you diversify to multiple games in order to ensure that end result is always profit ?

I personally feel that there are very less chances of making a steady income with gambling. In fact, if you win a big amount in gambling, from there on , you should play games with less on stake and keep the winnings invested in some good option like crypto. It is important to have self control to end profitably with gambling ventures online. Do you agree with this ?

I can't count the number of people who made a topic like you did about that matter. How can you say that gambling is a source of income if winning here is only based on luck?

That's why it's still better to just do gambling for fun. If you can learn to accurately predict which ones will appear in casinos, maybe all gamblers will be rich, and for sure no one will try to build more casinos.
259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most gamblers do not believe they can consistently make money, that's why... on: November 24, 2023, 12:02:59 PM
As you've read the thread title, I'll continue the explanation here, as it cannot accommodate additional text. I've come across numerous topics and posts where gamblers express disbelief in the idea of consistently making profit through gambling. It makes me question whether these individuals are truly involved in gambling or if they're posting without the real experiences and knowledge. Personally, I firmly believe that there are people who have achieved real success in gambling. What perplexes me is why many discourage gambling as a means of making money. Instead of outright saying no, they could guide gamblers with the right strategies on how to stay disciplined, enhance skills, minimize the risk of bankruptcy, and increase the chances of winning.

If you're someone who doesn't believe anyone can be profitable in gambling, you might as well consider yourself not welcome in this thread. I'm looking for people who maintain optimism about their chances in gambling so they can share valuable insights.

Now, let's hear your opinion. In 3...2...1... go!

Most gamblers just want to have fun; winning is just a bonus for having fun. But if this is not the priority in gambling, for example, and he thinks that it is a way to make money, even if it is not really, this kind of gambler is not unlikely to become addicted to it.

But, as you said, there must be discipline or self-control in order to be a responsible gambler. And having a character like this can really help.

260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BlackRock CEO is now a marketing Officer for Bitcoin on: November 23, 2023, 02:31:17 PM
BlackRock CEO Larry Fink has expressed complete support for bitcoin, stating that it is an "international asset" that can be used as a hedge against inflation and currency devaluation. This is an important development because BlackRock is the world's largest asset manager, and its clients could potentially invest billions of dollars in bitcoin if the bitcoin ETF is approved. This will surely lead to a huge Smiley increase in the price of bitcoin.

The next bitcoin halving is less than 10 months away. This event, which occurs approximately every four years, reduces the amount of new bitcoin that is created. Soon, the Federal Reserve is likely to be forced to cut interest rates and start printing money again at some point in the next 18 months. This would make bitcoin even more attractive as a hedge against inflation. Cool

However, I believe the next two years could be very bullish for bitcoin. With the combination of BlackRock's support, the next bitcoin halving, and a potential return of QE could drive the price of bitcoin to a new all-time highs.

You can agree with me that;

BlackRock's CEO has expressed support for bitcoin.
BlackRock is the world's largest asset manager.
BlackRock's clients could potentially invest billions of dollars in bitcoin.
BlackRock is considering offering a bitcoin ETF.
The next bitcoin halving is less than 10 months away.
The bitcoin halving will reduce the supply of new bitcoin.
The Federal Reserve is likely to cut interest rates and start printing money again.

QE would make bitcoin even more attractive as a hedge against inflation.

Maybe they did that because they might be hoping that they will be given a chance to be approved by the SEC, and when that happens, for sure, because they have a lot of holdings, they will also get big profits.

So, in my opinion, I will not wonder why they do that. But this is just my opinion; I'm not sure about this yet. But when that is actually approved, it will also be favorable to Tin for sure in the end because there will be many profits on the day of the bull run.
