241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment strategies on: November 22, 2017, 12:58:01 AM
I think you need to follow every ICO very carefully if you want to invest in them, make sure you do duedil on the background of the company & the members involved and if you do not feel 100% comfortable with their proposed business plan don't invest. We're still in the wildwest of crpyto and there's plenty of people looking for a quick buck.

The same goes with alt coins - if they're promising over the odds then it's likely to be a cash grab. Only invest if you 100% support the vision of the project and try not to follow the crowd (if it goes up 100% in a day then it's probably hit its peak and will crash)

Bottom line, DYOR - do your own research. No one knows what will actually be successful but if you're smart about where you invest you can minimise the damage to your holdings

Good idea! By doing our own research, we can learn a lot and again many expertise in this topic and can avoid expensive lessons Smiley))
242  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto is an Asset or Currency? on: November 22, 2017, 12:49:44 AM
I believe that the initial purpose of crypto is to create a digital currency for making transactions quick and easy. However, in reality it has become an asset which everybody is buying and holding. Continuing doing like this will destroy the initial purpose of the coin?

What is your opinion?
I believe that crypto is seen as an asset rather than it's intended use, which is to be used as a currency. People buying and holding it to gain profit is a good enough reason to say that bitcoin is an asset. People use it just like how they use gold and other precious metals. The only difference is that cryptos require internet and is easier to transfer when compared to them. Even if that is the case, some people use it like how it is intended to be.

Yes, I totally agree. Then there will be many digital assets could potentially be created in the near future. Sound interesting but also unpredictable.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Different ways to mine a coin on: November 22, 2017, 12:46:45 AM
TBH the site is super-messy and I have no idea what the concept is about...

Messy for you...profitable for the miners...
I agree with you that scam sites are more attractive...
The mining is done in background and my site is not a site you have to spend your day...

I believe there are many other ways out there to mine coins. I will do a research and share for everybody.
244  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your goals in 2018? on: November 22, 2017, 12:36:52 AM
I plan to buy more altcoins and hold to longer tokens because some of my tokens have improved significantly and have a high enough value, but I would also be more selective in buying tokens because some of tokens i own are very low, and I'm optimistic with this plan will be able to realize my dream with bitcoin in the next year.
with the passage of time crypto currencies are becoming more popular therefore we cane expect that in 2018 bitcoin and some other altcoins will be more profitable. I think it will be too good if we hold our bitcoin and even try to buy some more. Because in future we can expect that the price of bitcoin can increase too much and can give us a very good profit.

Very good intention, could you make your goal to be more?

Specific (simple, sensible, significant).
Measurable (meaningful, motivating).
Achievable (agreed, attainable).
Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based).
Time bound (time-based, time limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive).

And How do you gonna achieve it?
245  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your goals in 2018? on: November 22, 2017, 12:35:42 AM
This coming 2018, my goal is to work really hard to earn a lot of btc then make investments with it. Given the fact that I am still a newbie in this field, I want to expand my knowledge and stretch my understanding regarding this matter. Also, I want to secure my earnings in the future and to have investments for future purposes.

Very good target.

Frankly, i wanna be a cryptocurrency full time investor

Seem like a good idea, could you please tell us more about it? what is your plan? Where is the destination you want to reach?
249  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your goals in 2018? on: November 22, 2017, 12:01:43 AM
My goal is always to acquire more and more Bitcoins and Altcoins. That is constant, meaning to say regardless of which year we are now and what year to follow next. I am already earning some little amount right now but of course since the future of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general is still very bright, it is good to invest as early as possible. Prices might reach so high in due time and we only find ourselves unable to afford such investments.

Yes, it is true. But could you be more?

Hello guys,

Currently many people buy and hold crypto currencies for many reasons.

It will be interesting to share your goals in 2018.

Mine would be to make 20,000$ profit then I would take back my initial investment plus half of the profit. The remaining half will be used for re-investment.

How's about your goal and plan?

My favorite goal this coming 2018 is to get more bitcoin ang get a higher profit as well. How i am dreaming all of this everyday. I hope to achieve this soon.

Same with many others, I hope you will achieve it soon mate. Dont hesitate to share your successful stories as well as difficulties.

How rich you are is not defined by how much money you have but how much you can give
251  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your goals in 2018? on: November 21, 2017, 11:56:35 PM
That is a large number of goals. Everyone would want to get the best results and if given the opportunity then I have the desire to be able to get at least 5,000 $ per month. Currently I can earn about 2,000 $ each month from various actions I do. I want an increase in 2018 and I think this is enough reality to come true.

Great return, could you please share a little bit about the actions that you do to earn 2000$/month? I hope you can reach your desired target soon.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I keep holding my NEO? on: November 19, 2017, 03:40:55 PM
Hello guys, I currently have quite a bit of NEO and I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to dump it all on Dash or another currency?

I'm thinking about putting all my faith on Dash with the Dash evolution coming up.

Opinions? Thanks!

Edit: Also I like the fact that holding NEO generate free GAS.

The price of Neo went up so fast recently, I sold all my NEO at $40 and would buy back when the price corrected to $27.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Different ways to mine a coin on: November 19, 2017, 03:36:52 PM
Here you can mine XMR for dollars.

http://u2cloudmining.winspiral.net/monero_mining.php

One advantage is that you earn a little more that what the mined XMR are worth.
Another advantage is that you mine within a team...

The disadvantage is that you will perhaps only be paid for anexe income if the miner team is not enough successful.

Interesting concept, hopefully the mining teams will be successful to pay out what teammates contributes in team of time & investment.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment strategies on: November 19, 2017, 03:26:19 PM
good if you have split your money in three parts,
ICO : you should read carefully about the project whitepaper and roadmap also the team behind the project,, so many ICO failed right now,,
because they didn't prepare evrything in the right directions,
Alt : nice choice to increase your BTC amount then you can convert your BTC to your fiat money or USD, so you can increase your investments amount because of your profit
BTC : Buy low and sell high,,

remember combine your trading or investments strategy between technical analys and fundamental, so you investment value will always growing
once again,, Keep it Simple  Wink

Very good advice. Yup, there are many altcoins available and coming so we need to be selective to not loosing money.
255  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your goals in 2018? on: November 19, 2017, 03:16:11 PM
In 2018, I expect bitcoin to reach $1000 soon, and I will continue to hold it, and I will continue to use my money to buy bitcoin. I think it looks like the future of bitcoin.

I guest you are lacking 1 "0" otherwise I wish your dream never come true because it will bring tears in many faces. haha

Hello guys,

I am just wondering if you have a list of coins that we can mine by phones/CPU/different ways?

I believe that many people will be interested in collecting coins but dont have to invest in GPU systems.

I will sum up and make a list of what you share so that everyone can grab information quickly.

Some people came and asked me about the investment strategy of crypto, which coin should they invest in and why?

The questions are difficult and we cannot have a single answer for everybody.

However, in my opinion, like any other investment campaign, you should define your targets, resources, and strategy in other to reach your targets.

My target is to make 100% profit from my investment by the end of this year.

To achieve that, I divide my money into 3 parts : ICOs, Alt, and BTC

The investment plan is indeed contains many detail actions and strategies that I follow.

All are running very well now.

Anyone has some ideas on this topic, please feel free to share because it may help others.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any one heard of Bitcoin Diamond? on: November 19, 2017, 10:57:07 AM
I posted a question about it on 10/11 which Asking asking is it a clone or really a fork, seems only few people notice.

Here iare some update:

"What is Bitcoin Diamond?
Bitcoin Diamond is a friendly dividend hard-fork of Bitcoin that is scheduled to happen at block #495,866 (around November 25, 2017).  The symbol is BCD.

The focus of the coin is on privacy, fast transaction time and cheaper transaction costs. More information can be found on their website at: http://www.btcd.io/

Other Asset Names
Other wallets / exchanges might refer to this fork/asset as BTCD, however this is a coin called BitcoinDark already using this symbol. We will use BCD for Bitcoin Diamond."

So people, what do you think?

I have never heard about this. The situation right now is that too many altcoins are existing and coming so I think the market will be selective. The coins with sustainable team, roadmap, significant advantages and so on will dominance the others.
