The key to this coin is to realize that 100 billion coins will be distributed.

The current market cap is not reflective of this reality.  But do the math yourself.

The coin has strength in a solid development staff.
242  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 17, 2014, 10:11:35 PM
We're not scammers. Just guys that had a shit storm of crap thrown at us, but we'll continue. We make miners, and now our miners will work with A1 A2  BE200 and next week BA's Minion.  Pics of 1U casing and models coming tomorrow or the next day, we're trying get a bit more pro about it but one of the things this forum always screamed for was openness and updates.

I have to at least give you guys some credit of not just abandoning ship and changing your name to something else.

Still waiting for you to deliver to me miners to satisfy the MPP.

Meanwhile, I still have the option of taking you to small claims court.  I'm one of the lucky few customers who sent you only what would be allowed in small claims court.  Can't say the same about your other customers.

243  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 17, 2014, 03:47:22 PM
AMT 2U Rackmount ASIC MINER BE200 Miner.

Below is our lastest achievement, AMT 2U BE200 miner comes with 3, 4, and 5 250 Ghs module options. Option with or without psu. Production on this line starts this week.

I got to admit,  Zipkin looks like he's finally making more of an effort to deliver bitcoin miners than the typical scammer.

Maybe he's learning something in China about how to package and deliver product.

He's starting to deliver something to customers,  it's not what they purchased, but it is indeed something.

He's still using customer funds to run his business,  not very ethical though.

Anyway,  all I do care about it getting the ROI that AMT has promised on the MPP.
244  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AMT users thread. on: August 16, 2014, 05:33:56 PM
I mean I figured the MPP wasn't going to happen as they delete anything that is said regarding it. But to outright confirm they are ignoring it, and so glibly as "Fuck the MPP." Fuck? the MPP? Fuck you. That was your assurance that we weren't losing out on this deal. Infact it was a warranty that is enforceable in court. I'm expecting lots of small claims lawsuits if the class action does nothing.

There are two ways this plays out in their favor. For every new order they generate they also send a unit to an existing order holder starting in order, but only one at a time if they placed multiple  machine orders. They do this until everyone becomes profitable. This requires a huge upswing in the price of bitcoin.

They use that hosting option they were talking about having before to give people enough power ( swear they said something about having a petahash , but could have all been lies) to ROI then cut them off the moment we've made back our money. Then everyone is whole on the MPP front.

The only issue is that the class action addresses way more than just the delivery of miners. It also covers late shipment of miners, not processing processing refunds, negligence, acting in bad faith, violation of federal and state consumer protection laws. Fraud, which could come from not meeting the MPP as it was an advertised feature.

Those don't just go away because you ship a miner almost a year late.

Not only is there an MPP, but there is a warranty against manufacturer defects.   In addition, there is supposed to be some level of technical support that at this time is still non-existent.

Shipping a miner to every customer makes it difficult to claim fraud.   However, avoiding the MPP remains to be a breach of contract.    Furthermore, all those who have demanded a refund are still entitled a refund.

At this point, to satisfy the MPP, AMT needs to ship four 1.2 TH/s system per every 1.2TH/s purchased back in 2013.

245  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AMT users thread. on: August 16, 2014, 10:33:15 AM
I have not gotten my miner yet so I wont have anything to go by.

AMT's biggest supporter and they didn't even do you the courtesy of shipping you a miner like everyone else. That's gotta sting.

Speaking of getting stung..........................

Hey, Boi! Order a couple dozen miners from AMT to keep that venerable enterprise afloat. How'd you like that pic of those 10 miners you requested? Pretty awesome, eh! Tell you a secret: THERE WEREN'T 10 MINERS TO SHOW YOU. Best go with that Black Arrow offer. Rumor has it that there'll the bestest.

As I suspected, it'll all boil down to the MPP that was promised in the beginning.

However, I do agree here with AMT's lawyers that actually shipping units reduces AMT's liability.  But of course it does,  that's entirely obvious.    The only issue now is the MPP.

Has anyone received the code to log into the manuals section?
That never worked.  Has been a complete farce since day one.
247  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AMT users thread. on: August 13, 2014, 11:38:37 PM
I encourage users unhappy with AMT_miners to leave them negative trust feedback.

AMT has 100% avoided me since I won the auction for a pair of 1.25TH units at 1.35BTC each.

first they told me that Bitpop is not a reliable escrow provider and asked for John K (who has been gone for months)
then they told me shipping is $360/unit, not '$120/unit to America/Europe' as previously
then they spent almost 2 days "looking for other shipping options"

at this point even the escrow provider is unhappy with the shadiness, and it seems like AMT_miners has no intention of fulfilling the promises made by starting an auction in the auctions subforum. I gave this badly-reviewed company a chance and they treated me as garbage and have not said anything about it for days despite my continued requests for a total price of the 2 units and shipping.

Oh man... just unbelievable!

DHL just attempted to deliver 4 packages to me from AMT in Hong Kong (i believe).

I cancelled my orders months ago, and have not yet received a refund.

I have not received any shipping notice, or a list of whats in the packages.    DHL will attempt delivery again tomorrow and per my legal counsel i will likely decline the delivery and have it sent back to AMT.

My order #'s were #15xx for 2 x 1.2 Th/s Miners, and 2 x 3.2Th/s Miners (which they do not even produce).

Interesting,  did AMT even inform you prior that they will be sending you boxes?

We did not send you one Carlos, calm down.

Well I also requested a refund months ago.  Still waiting for that refund.

We know you did and yes that's true.

So, do I have to comission the debt collectors to collect the $6,000 you owe me?

You wouldn't be the first one to do it, but you can try. Carlos come on man, you know where we're at, you follow us pretty well. You've been pretty nice recently, we've noticed that and when this crap with imet gets settled in the list.

Well, to be honest, I haven't the slightest clue as to where you are at?

Do you have an official address for me to course my inquiries?

Yes, we've shipped back ordered miners. Several of the people on this thread are plaintiffs in craigs court case and those plaintiffs will not be receiving their miners until the case is over. Several other of our clients that are not signed into the class action have already or will be receiving their miners how ever. You would also get them at the first of next week and we ship them out tomorrow. You can trust all these guys which rant and batter that are suing us (American way of life), or you can come back on this thread in a week and tell them that you've received your 10 miners and they are hashing beautifully.

I'm a customer that paid $6,000 last December and received nothing but non-working parts.

I expect that you fufill your contractual obligations as decribed by the MPP.

In short,  that I am able to mine at least $6,000 worth of Bitcoin.

It doesn't matter how many miners you ship me,  you are obligated to provide me with enough equipment to mine $6,000 worth of BTC.
253  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New Official AMT Thread on: August 12, 2014, 02:03:25 PM
It's not hard to believe that AMT had a botched design from the get-go. Probably due to ZERO testing before sending to production.

Now they want to blame IMET and say refunds are held up due to them.

Ha, way to pass the buck AMT.

You guys are fucking pathetic. At this point if no one is refunded, criminal charges should be pressed.

Has a SINGLE person received a miner yet?

EXACTLY a single person. And he only got half his order apparently. Go back to page 125 I believe it starts around there. "The rest have shippedTM."

Half his order doesn't translate into "satisfied customer" or MPP delivered.

This is a shame.

Well you specifically asked if anyone has gotten a miner so the question is answers. Yes one miner a SINGLE person...but yea I agree with you on that point otherwise.

No, several people have received their miners, 10% of OUR CLIENTS ARE ON THIS FORUM! Others which will most likely benefit from the rack mount case which has shipped and will be received this week, like yourself, have received cloud hashing. We're doing our best.

if this is only 10% of your sales zipkin then you sold over a million dollars in equipment. i know you did (sell more than a million). i know you are hiding the miners that were paid in bitcoins. I KNOW YOU ARE LYING. it's too bad after all this garbage we still have to come to this thread and read more lies. we have shown 250K in sales from people who have come to this thread. i dont have to do the math to know you are a lying sack of excrement.

this will stay up zipkin until you clear the air.

Hey clenell,

Did you get served yet? Just wondering because it should come any day now. Kate's going to get pissed about that.

Why don't you explain to these fine people why your council requested a 30 day extension, effectively prolonging any result of the class action what so ever and basically giving us additional time to prove delivery to everyone. It almost looks like your on our side. And don't worry we're giving your council everything along with financial records, any btc accounts and what nut, and you know whats going to happen, their going to realize that your a crazy nut job  and from what we can tell so far, they already do btw. and they'll withdraw or settle before its dismissed.

*counsel* not council... sheesh... did you even got to college?
254  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AMT users thread. on: August 11, 2014, 05:29:16 PM
Out of curiosity has ANYONE gotten their miner? Besides the one person? I'll hazard a guess and say no here. But it's shippedTM.

neither hardware nor cloud

nada...  nothing received.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ixcoin TODO on: August 11, 2014, 01:18:01 AM
Well,  I am waiting for it to be deployed on GHASH.IO servers.

Without it being deployed there, it'll just be an interesting curiosity.

I have to agree there.  No update will mean anything unless it's fully implemented.

At least we can add the Counterparty feature without the help for CEX cause it looks like that feature may take a while longer.

CEX is finally coming in very handy.  Not many coins can claim that yet IXC price is still in the toilet.

You still don't get it do you?  Without 0.9.2 with the pools, you don't get Counterparty functioning!

You can *not* add new functionality without the pools cooperating.

Well,  I am waiting for it to be deployed on GHASH.IO servers.

Without it being deployed there, it'll just be an interesting curiosity.

Well the win client and source code is there. Blow yourself away

The source code that is checked in is giving me this:

Assertion failed: (hashGenesisBlock == uint256("0x00000007199508e34a9ff81e6ec0c477a4cccff2a4767a8eee39c11db367b008")), function CTestNetParams, file ./chainparams.cpp, line 163.

Let me know when all the source code has been checked in.

Thanks!

Which branch?

and I assume that donation funds were used for hosting then?

You're a reasonable guy and have done alot for the community and def made your mark on ixcoin, would you consider donation control of the website to a community member such as deadsea?

A majority of funds that were sent to that address were for bounties paid.   There were probably some change sent on occassion, but certainly not substantial.

C'mon ... when I got interested in this coin in February/March I sent to the donation address 5000 IXC as I thought they were going to the development, and soon after I sent you another 5000 IXC for CP. It was before I realized that there were nothing that could expected from you to deliver, and I thereby lost my interest in the coin.

Now that there seems to be actually a competent coder, I suggest that you take your cut out of that 10000 IXC for the work done since March, and send the rest (if any) to Ahmed. Please announce here how much (if any) you sent to Ahmed.

I got no issue sending the 5,000 IXC that you donated for IXC to Ahmed once I can verify that he has a working 0.9.2 version.

AMT_MINER i dont want any hardware sent to me
i just want my refund

Current hardware rates are now $1 per GHs.    Bitmain sells their S3 for $399 capable of 440 GHs.

Sending a 800GHs system is like sending us a $800 machine 8 months late for something we paid $6,000 for.   Absolutely ridiculous.
