241  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Spot trading or future trading which trading is best for beginers? on: May 21, 2023, 05:29:15 PM
Both spot buying and selling and futures trading have their personal benefits and downsides, and it ultimately depends at the individual trader's desires, threat tolerance, and trading style.

Spot trading entails buying and promoting assets at the cutting-edge marketplace rate, and it's miles generally considered less unstable than futures buying and selling. It is a great alternative for novices who are simply starting out in trading and want to get a feel for the marketplace. However, spot trading can also be volatile, and fees can differ swiftly, so traders want a good way to manipulate their threat correctly.

Futures buying and selling, however, includes buying and selling contracts that promise to deliver an asset at a destiny date at a predetermined fee. It allows buyers to take positions on the course of an asset's price movement with out definitely owning the underlying asset. Futures trading can be extra complicated and unstable than spot trading, and it calls for more understanding and revel in. Futures buying and selling can be appropriate for buyers who have a better threat tolerance and are looking for greater superior trading techniques.
I generally feel it's about expertise and risk appetite. All good traders started with just spot market only at once. Eventually they got their expertise in the spot market and started to enter into the futures markets after that which is obviously slightly more rewarding in terms of ROI when compared to spot market. I feel this should be the case with everyone if you enter future markets directly you'll always be unaware of the behaviour of spot markets which is eventually the underlying asset of your futures. So start with spot trading and then go with futures trading.
242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL on: May 20, 2023, 05:31:10 PM
The captain and management have done an amazing job, and it's clear that their hard work has paid off.

CSK put on a dominant performance against Delhi, taking second spot in the playoffs. Not only did CSK qualify for the playoffs, but they also managed to thrash DC by a massive 77 runs, improving their net run rate in the process. It could have been chance for Delhi to spoil the party for the four-time champions, but CSK simply outplayed them in every aspect of the game. I can't wait to see what they'll do next!
David Warner 86 runs on 58 balls were of no use to DC as no other batsmen was able to score more then 15 runs. DC ended there 2023 IPL journey with only 5 wins and 9 losses. Throughout the tournament DC kept relying on Warner alone and no one else took the responsibility. As a result DC will finish at 9th or 10th spot. CSK lead by Mahi have secured there next round seat.

Delhi's performance this season has been abysmal. Especially their batting line-up was weak. Apart from Warner, no other player in the team was in good form. The team has had to depend on Warner for big scores in every match. It is very difficult to win based on only one player's performance. The performance of Delhi bowlers against Chennai in today's match was very bad. After Chennai collected more than 200 I was sure that Delhi would not win. And Delhi lost the match by a huge margin of 77 runs.
I think DC & PBKs are very similar teams, they don't have very good performances to back their stats. Every season they'll show you some hope but eventually they'll break all your hopes. Always there's just one player every season that'll work rest will just watch the show.
243  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Other Alternatives to Borrowing Money to Start Trading on: May 20, 2023, 05:11:07 PM
I am bringing this to the forum because someone asked me this question. I thought I should share and get more insights. According to the individual, while they were considering loaning about $100-$200 (money they know they can pay back within a month) to start their trading, someone advised them against it. Instead, they were told that all they need to do is to compound $10 instead.

For newbies, compounding a $10 crypto trading investment means reinvesting the profit from your initial $10 capital in the same asset, such as bitcoin, to generate an increase in returns over time. So the $10 may compound over time, and you can get $100 in returns. It requires patience, just as trading does.

This is the best alternative to loaning money to kickstart your trading journey. What are the other alternatives you know?

Start small, this is all I want to say, borrowing is never a solution better to earn from other sources like job or something and after you accumulate certain capital, then go for it. I would say it's easier to get capital through job as compared to taking a debt.
244  Local / India / Re: 30% TDS on online gaming on: May 20, 2023, 04:55:40 PM
I think it's overall not a very bad move because this is a very unorganised sector and Really needs some interference from the govt. because the tax on this income already exists, TDS will just be an advanced deduction on this. Also in such situations of unorganised markets like the Online gaming it's quite important for the government to make sure that tax evasion doesn't takes place. Also if you see these days dream 11 pays less amount for each match but chances are in 70 matches this amount will exceed 10k so it's a good idea to keep the deduction before itself.
245  Economy / Economics / Re: When will we stop living for the weekend? Escaping the 9-5 life. on: May 20, 2023, 04:17:21 PM
Time passes, and we have nothing to look forward to. We watch our lives pass, and the only thing we're looking forward to is the weekend or 20 days per year of paid time off. We're working a whole year, from 9 to 5 and sometimes even more, at someone else's business just to have an approximate of 20 days of vacation and two days off per week, with many of us having one or even none per week. Is it just me, or does this life sound completely depressing to me? Our ambitions are completely crushed by such a daily routine; our days off are mostly to get things done around the house and to rest. By the time that happens, the day has passed, and we have to go to work again.

At least where I'm at, having two days off per week is considered extremely lucky and privileged, especially if it's two days in a row. Personally, I only had one day off per week, and it honestly wasn't enough. On the one hand, I wanted to get things done around the house and rest, but on the other hand, I didn't want to stay inside doing practically nothing to enjoy myself. Thus, the single day off wasn't even close to being enough. Certainly, I'd be better off with two consecutive days off, but still, is that how you want your life to be for the next 10–20 years, or even more?

On the one hand, I don't want to complain; through the last few years of working, I've been on vacation four times, from 2020 to 2022, which isn't bad at all. On the other hand, I'd like to constantly travel and explore new destinations, the majority of which we'll never experience through this way of life.

Do you believe that there's a true way to escape this vicious cycle, or are we doomed to live like this forever? Telling me that my minor savings in Bitcoin are going to settle me for the rest of my life isn't going to cut it, because the majority of us won't ever have enough Bitcoin to retire.

Are you satisfied with this way of life, or would you prefer to live a different way? What would you like to change and how? Personally, I'm clueless and not satisfied with the idea of spending the rest of my life like this.
I was just talking about this today with a friend. Our life has just become like this now. We work for 5 days just to enjoy these 2 days and this has just become a normal thing for us which shouldn't actually be normal. But yes I am also unaware about the fact how to get out of this trap. I doubt I'll ever be able to get out of this because 5 days working will never end.
246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin retirement benefits on: May 19, 2023, 07:30:54 PM
Think of when you're aged enough, and you've enough bitcoin investment, with your small or big family no time to wait for government to pay retirement benefits. At this aged point so many things plays in your minds but no much strength to carry out any physical activities or you're ready to relocate to your village or where you build house. If you've built a good investment relationship with bitcoin then bitcoin has the following retirement benefits preferred to government or company rights:

1. Your bitcoin is right inside your pocket with your devices, no need to loby to get paid
2. You don't need to submit application, retirement documents
3. Bitcoin has no waiting season, anytime is your money
4. You don't need to struggle, fight and loby to process your retirement documents
5. When you WILLS or share your bitcoin to your children nobody will hear it
6. Nobody will threatens or charm you for receiving retirement benefits from bitcoin since is not physical cash.
7. You decided when and how to withdraw or keep it your choice.
By retirement benefits I mean when you're aged enough and you're no longer into bitcoin trading or investing more but you've enough bitcoin to withdraw and share, built family house, business and trains children. That's show you retired great.
But just a different perspective isn't even equity stocks the very same thing for anyone? I get that a retirement KRA does have complications but equity is still your liquid money so it's pretty same for that as well i feel. Also bitcoin does have a waiting season, what if the market is bad at this time? You'll never be able to withdraw your earnings in this time.
247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL on: May 19, 2023, 07:22:13 PM
Today the 66th Match of Indian Premier League has already started. Punjab Kings vs Rajasthan Royals these two teams came to the field to play. Rajasthan Royals won the toss and decided to bowl. Punjab Kings now came to bat. Scored 45 runs in 5 overs. But  So far Punjab Kings have lost 2 strong wickets. If Punjab Kings can play well in batting then maybe they can give target of 180 runs today. But Rajasthan Royals started good performance in bowling.
The Indian Premier League 66th match will feature a duel between Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals. The Rajasthan Royals choose to bowl first after winning the toss. Punjab Kings got off to a strong start scoring 45 run in the first five over. They dropped two crucial wickets along the road. With a goal of about 180 runs Punjab Kings ability to bat will be crucial to how this game turns out. Punjab Kings have 100 runs at the end of the 13th over but they have also lost four wicket. The bowling of Rajasthan Royals has been successful in keeping their rivals at bay. Given the circumstances it is likely that PBKS will make an effort to reach a goal of about 160 runs and it is even more interesting to see how Punjab Kings play in the remaining overs.
There was some hope in the opposition when the top order of Punjab Kings failed but the middle order turned the match. Sam Curran, Jitesh Sharma and Shahrukh Khan all scored more than 150 strike rate as the match turned into a big score 187 but it is unlucky for Punjab Kings team. RR also converted one of their big scores in the match into a simple equation. In the last over RR needed 9 runs from 6 balls to win the match but they won the match with two balls left. At this time there are 4 teams who won 7 matches out of 13. It can be easily assumed that NRR will be a big factor for qualifying the playoffs.

My expectations were high today from Punjab King's top order. Because the match was very important for them. But the performance of Punjab's top-order 4 batsmen was poor. They can't play well. However, due to the responsible batting of the middle-order batsmen, they were able to give the target of 188 runs. Punjab could have won this match if the performance of Punjab's bowlers was good. But I don't see good performance from their bowlers. Almost every bowler scored a lot of runs in this match. A win in this match would have given Punjab Kings a slim chance of qualifying for the knockout rounds.
Trust me as a Punjab Fan all you'll have is sheer disappointment everytime. They are always a mediocre team which will end up the league in middle always. They will win a few matches but will always choke in important matches, even though all the players have got changed i Think it's some sort of a franchisee curse that this franchisee will never make a good team no matter how much money it spends and how good of players it buys.
248  Local / India / Re: 20% TCS when Debit/Credit card used for International transaction on: May 19, 2023, 04:38:37 PM

This TAX might not be directly related to cryptocurrency transactions. There are still alternative ways to spend crypto for international transfer and it may open doors for additional taxes. Let me give you three scenarios. If you have more than do share!

  • You purchased a Bitrefill coupon using your Bitcoin for makemytrip.com. The package is a honeymoon tour or a simple vacation. The package you purchased will now get costlier by 20%(from July) and you might incur an additional tax of 30%.
  • You sell your cryptocurrency asset and then make an international transaction using your debit card or credit card in this scenario you will be paying 50% tax.
  • You made some good profit out of cryptocurrency trading. You would now want to use those funds to pay your child's admission fee into an international university. In this scenario, you would again pay 50% tax.

There can be numerous scenarios depending on your age and requirements. The point here is that international transactions which were taxed at 0.5% will now be taxed at 20%. I will not blame the politicians. They do what is suggested by the BABUS and one of them drafted this bill convinced others and showed the minister a simple way to gain more tax.

Why would those BABUS do it? What made them come up with such a shit tax. Currently we as a country were on the verge of becoming a cashless economy. After July we will again go back to a cash economy for international transactions.
No no no just a second. It's very different from what you are saying.
TCS is merely tax collected at source. You pay this tax for once and will eventually get a refund of it or can adjust it against your tax liability. This isn't bringing any additional liability on you for taxes but yes a big liquidity issue for you if you are planning to go abroad and spend. It'll be like keeping 20% extra money blocked while making any foreign transaction for around an year. I would say a very foolish move. So obviously it's different from the 30% tax on cryptos as it has to be paid by you to government you don't get any refund for it. This tax you can easily get as a refund but obviously after filling of return and the gap from payment to refund can be as long as 18 months.

Edit: Also the onus of deducting tax will be on the bank that you use to pay this, so no additional filling or any such thing as well. But yes still a very big stupidity adding unnecessary restrictions on everything.
249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Algorithm for selecting a low-fee transaction from the mempool on: May 19, 2023, 04:32:26 PM
I broadcasted a low fee (11sat/vbyte) transaction last week, just at the time when they fees went up.
I knew that the fee was low and that the transaction would take a few days to confirm (according to https://twitter.com/CoreFeeHelper , it would take around 3 days) but it's been a week and my transaction is still in the mempool. Sometimes my wallet (electrum) shows it with a blue "unbroadcasted" icon and I have to rebroadcast it again. I also sometimes use "free" tx accelerator services which basically rebroadcast the transaction everywhere.

My question is what is the algorithm that a miner picks a transaction from the mempool to include it to a block?
Is it a greedy algorithm which just picks the ones with highest fees? Is the "age" of a transaction in the mempool also a factor? Or is it just a combination of fee and a random choice?
Yes obviously it's this also only which gives them highest reward or basically which has highest sat/ byte fees. I won't call the algorithm greedy rather I'll say it rational. If you see in a real world this is only the case. You'll always pick up highest paying person when you are given an option to do just a small task for someone. Can't blame miners when they do this.

Talking about rebroadcast. So rebroadcast does nothing but brings your transaction in the top of the pool again for miners to choose. But eventually if the fees is low and the current rate is still higher there are very less chances any miner will still pick it. If you really want to do the transaction your best bet will be to make it to redo the transaction with the higher fees the old one will get declined automatic.
250  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Know it that market is speculative on: May 18, 2023, 08:21:29 PM
For newbies in trading, you need to understand that the crypto market is a speculative and not stagnant. It moves up and down known as bull and bear respectively. Incase you don't know, now, how trade happens is when one buyer is speculating up another can speculate down and the exchange happens on the trading platform. For example when the price of btc is $28,000, someone is speculating it further to buy to $29,500 and another can speculate it to sell to $26,000. So depending on your chart and analysis, that determines your winning strength if you speculate rightly. Trading is speculative based on your technical analysis, indicators and fundamentals (news).

What do you think?
Pretty much true I have to agree, but i think the speculation when it can be combined slightly with probabilities can become trading. You can add element of probability along with risk to reward ratio to ensure that outcomes which you are speculating gives you big profit but when the outcome is not in your favour you'll end up in small losses only.
251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: May 18, 2023, 08:18:02 PM
SRH should have easily reached 200+ runs after Klaasen's remarkable innings, but the remaining batsmen messed up as usual. Siraj did a fantastic job restricting them below 190 by only giving away 4 runs in the final over.

RCB can easily win this if their star trio perform well. However, they have a bad history against Hyd who is basically their arch-rival which is why it's 50/50 at this point in my opinion.
Congratulations RCB ...
However for RCB it was much more important to win today's match. If SRH won today's match they would not have secured the playoffs. But RCB's chances of securing a playoff berth remain alive with a win in today's match.

On the other hand, it became challenging for Mumbai Indians to secure a playoff spot as Mumbai Indians slipped to the fifth position only on net run rate. The playoff qualification equation became complicated for them.
What a win from RCB the opening most senior players of the team actually played the way they should when it's such an important match. But the problem with RCB once again is that they just have their top 3 doing all this. If in any match the middle order is exposed i doubt there will be a collapse again like house of cards. But still a big match to win for RCB before qualifying.
252  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we headed to a nowhere economic direction ? on: May 18, 2023, 08:13:28 PM

In my country over the past few months, the interest rates have been declining. Our government aims to stimulate the economy through a set of financial policies but there seems to be less effective than before. Under the backdrop of the global economic recession, no government will be able to outperform others easily. The dilemma we are facing now is that we are actually losing whether to spend the few money we have at hands or to save it in banks for less and less interest. Real estate is collapsing and even the rich people have no options to invest.

Personally I have invested in cryptocurrencies but due to the current market, there is no sign that I will profit any time soon, so I guess the result of the investment remains unknown. Although I still have steady income from my job, uncertainties will not diminish as I hope for a stable feed for my family and for savings as much as possible. What is your situation in your country ? Are you going to experience some economic turmoil as well ? Please let me know.
To be honest no investment opportunity is good enough when you are in a global recession phase. We don't have history of Cryptos in this time so can't even comment on how will Cryptos perform in this scenario. It's better to be either in liquid cash in this time or go with Bullion and commodities at this time because these things tend to go up. But yes one will be lucky only if his steady source of income sustains, if one loses jobs then it's a very bad phase. But let's see how the economic turmoil unfolds
253  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the US default a reality? on: May 18, 2023, 08:04:20 PM
Now all the news is writing about a possible default, is it real in the modern world, or is it information propaganda? How do you feel about this situation and what will happen for the rest of the world, you should be afraid of inflation or subsidence of the entire market. how to act in this situation and not lose money? It is worth now to run to withdraw money from the account or change it to the currency of other states. What kind of alignment awaits and what to analyze in general. Perhaps the extreme situation is a technical default, which does not pose a particular threat, but you need to prepare for non-standard options for the development of events.
Obviously there is no such thing as an actual default because eventually you owe everything to Fed or the Central Bank of the country. But yes practical default as you say is extreme inflation. But honestly that situation is far far away as of now. A extremely bad inflation for any country is like around 30-40% CPI level even that is recoverable in many circumstances. As of now we aren't in that scenario this sort of inflation which we have in US is pretty normal for any developing nation.
254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: May 14, 2023, 07:40:24 PM
Edit: RCB! Wow! 112 runs victory margin against a team like RR is freaking insane. Parnell was something else. 3rd lowest score in IPL history. RR are basically knocked out while RCB moves one step closer to the playoffs.
Yaar it was really painful to watch. I was backing Rajasthan to win the match but uff that was some meme level collapse despite having a good batting lineup.

Now their playoff chances are slim, they are almost out and might be dependent on other team's results. Maybe if Lucknow, Punjab and RCB lose their remaining matches.
I am also shocked with this result and batting of RR because As they started this chase of 172 I place bet on them for having win as Buttler, Root and Hetmyer with Samson and Jaiswal this target was looking achievable and things were also favourable for them at home, but suddenly we have collapse and all gone without giving any positive hope now RR is having 6 loses in their 8 matches which is the worst outcome near the end of season.

Now, they have just one game against PBKS which will be played at Dharamshala and for me after having amazing start of this season now they are heading for the worst end of this season with no chance for the spot into last four even they have one of the best batting in this season.
I am shocked with the fact that even after a few teams have played 13 matches and most have played 12. We still don't have even a single team who is 100% qualified to the playoffs and also with 8 teams who are still in the race to the playoffs with some or the other permutation combination in picture. I think this shows the level of IPL against other leagues where a few matches are always one sided, here the result can never be predicted because all teams have equal caliber it's just that which team performed better that day. RR which chased the total against KKR in 15 overs in previous match skittled for 58 in this one and that also against RCB which has lost many matches even after scoring 200+ in first innings.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL on: May 14, 2023, 12:10:37 PM
The 60th Match has already started today in Indian Premier League. Rajasthan Royals vs Royal Challengers Bangalore these two teams came to the field to play. Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and came to bat. They scored 143 runs in 18 overs. Royal Challengers Bangalore are now up to 5.  Lost wickets. They still have 5 wickets and 2 overs in their hand. It seems that Royal Challengers Bangalore can score like 160 runs. But Rajasthan Royals team has performed very well.
RR have lost 4 early wickets now almost all their batting line up has gone. I think this might turn into a very big Win for RCB now. There's only Hetmyr left now on whom I am banking on otherwise their top 3 who have actually made them win matches are out. If RCB wins with big margin it's still will have a very good chance to go through to the playoffs. Let's see if Padikall and Jurel can help the innings back up.
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When Bitcoin will become stable currency? on: May 14, 2023, 12:07:55 PM
I was thinking about Bitcoin as a currency a lot lately and I have some doubts about how currently we see its future.

The problem is, in order for Bitcoin to become a currency everyone will use, it should be stable. I know that you might say that people will still use it because it's not about stability, it's about freedom and technology. I agree with that, but Bitcoin needs to be stable in order for people to treat it like money, and not like an asset.

Just look at what people are saying right now, experts say that people shouldn't hold USD because inflation is just 5% a year, but imagine if you have bitcoin that can go down like 5% a day because some whales sold it. It will be problematic for people to use it on a daily basis because of that.

I know that people say that when Bitcoin will be adopted, it should become stable because there is a limited amount of it, but I don't see how it's gonna happen. From what I see people treat bitcoin as an asset to invest and hold and I can't imagine that will change in the future.

Why do you guys think Bitcoin will really become the "money of the future" and people will actually use it like one?
From what I see, I think it's possible that people in the future will still trade bitcoin or try to buy as much of it as possible to manipulate the market.
It will never be stable, infact if you see no currency or no security in the world can be stable unless it's manually done so. All types of fiat are variable. The move against each other and also their purchasing power falls and rises as well. Same is going to happen with Bitcoin as well, it's also going to always move up and down it's only the %age of deviation that we can try to stop. Because if it's slightly more stable it'll make it easier to be used as mainstream currency.
257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL on: May 13, 2023, 09:07:32 PM
The group stage games are at the end but so far it is difficult to say which four teams will eventually qualify for the IPL.  Today Punjab Kings won against Delhi Capitals.
By winning against Delhi Capitals, Punjab Kings' points 12 and Rajasthan Royals' points 5th in the points table, LSG's points 13, which means that any of these three teams may qualify for the playoffs. Except for RCB and SRH, all the teams have played 12 matches each, which means that all the teams who have played 12 matches each have two more matches left.

Since RCB has played only 11 matches so far, RCB has a great chance to qualify for the playoffs. It is not possible to say in advance who will qualify for the playoffs until the matches of all the teams are over.

i just checked out Ranking table and i think all four teams already qualified and there is no spot for RCB because despite winning next match RCB will get 12 points while LSG now standing at no 4 with 13 points. Gujrat played well in this session and now on the top in ranking table with sixteen points in 12 matches, chennai on no 2 with 15 points while MI are on 3 with 14 points. MI won last t consecutive matches otherwise they would be no six or seven. This is best chance for MI now to reach final if they win next match.

I think it's the most interesting Playoffs chase in the history of IPL even after 12 matches of each team, there still isn't a single team which is 100% into the play offs and until the 12th Match of alot of them there wasn't a team which was completely out as well. Tomorrow RR vs RCB will mostly disqualify another team from the picture and then CSK vs KKR, CSK if wins might be the first team to enter playoffs and KKR is already out anyways. I think on Monday will get clarity regarding couple of spots atleast. As of now it looks GT and CSK confirm and other 2 doubtful are MI & probably LSG seeing form of both these teams.
258  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Technical indicators vs the News on: May 13, 2023, 09:04:17 PM
Analysing the trend of the crypto market can be very complicated, base on the fact that their are two major deciding factor in price analysis when trading, which are the technical indicators an news about a project.
I have not been in the crypto space for not too long but I have come to the conclusion that the news is more influential in the trend of the market than the technical indicators, guys what do you think?
News about the project is not a trading influential first of all. If you are trading on the basis of the news of the coin around you aren't really a trader you were just being lucky. Trading news is very difficult i have seen coins getting devastated even on good news because market falls and have seen coins going up on news of bitcoin ban on a country. Also there is a delay in news release and order that you might place, i feel market always will have the news discounted in it's price and technical indicators, so i think it's better to trade using these technical indicators only.
259  Economy / Economics / Re: Pay your debt with monkeys! on: May 13, 2023, 09:01:53 PM
This is the funniest deal I have seen in history. Giving away animal species in order to pay off the debt. To answer your question regarding endangered species and count. Actually species can be called endangered because of two reasons, one is if they are losing their habitat. Which means no matter how many are left in Sri Lanka if they don't have the environment which could help them survive, they are endangered only. Secondly also if they are not having any genetic mutation across species for long which means the process of natural selection isn't working and species soon might not be able to adapt to it's surroundings.

Coming to second part, this is a threat call for all the countries having huge indebtedness on other nation that you might have to sell each and every resource to pay off your debts to huge nations no matter how funny it might sound to everyone it's obviously going to lead to displacement and probably execution of a lot of animals from their homes.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can NFTs last forever? on: May 12, 2023, 07:18:25 PM
All of the NFTs you know and love today, have their data stored their on centralized servers (images, video, etc). What is only stored on the Blockchain is just the properties of the NFT itself. While you're basically the "owner" of the NFT, you could lose technically lose it if the centralized server hosting the content of the NFT goes down.

So, what's the point of investing in NFTs if they can disappear in an instant? Unless all of the content is stored on the Blockchain itself, I don't see how NFTs will be able to last forever. Are there already solutions in the works that I'm not aware of? Please enlighten me on this. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
Makes sense but the idea behind NFT wasn't to store the art itself on blockchain it was to determine it's ownership only. I mean NFT isn't the locker where you keep your art, instead it's the certificate which certifies that it's your art. But yes as far as I know there are a few new NFTs which are attached to a decentralised server, which means owning that NFT also gives you access to a specific space in the decentralised server where you can eventually store it as well.
