I am thinking of accumulating altcoins in small quantities this year. I am expecting them to recover this year along with Bitcoin. Bitcoin gonna go up because of all the hype surrounding the upcoming halving.
In the process, the profits will come to the altcoins which in turn will take the altcoin price and hence, marketcap up. Once this happens, people will follow other for quick and better profits which they can get through altcoins.
Altcoin season will soon happen again this year but firstly the market needs to grow and all coins will have a big price improvement in the near future. However, up to now a lot of coins outside the top 100 have not had any improvement and that is why I am quite worried about my investment this year. Of course, I will not give up the coins I hold but will definitely sell this year because I have held for so long and want to look for better new projects. |

BNB everyone!  It has the biggest potential to become a strong top 5 coin in the future and that's what you are looking for. Not just 5-10x but also strong volume and community using it aka adoption. You need a reason for a coin to retain it's value in other ways than being scarce since cos we can see if you have basically infinite amount of cryptocurrencies they are losing their unique value a little bit.. People have to be using them in some other way than holding. Many people will have different thoughts when it comes to this coin but I think it will be much easier to make a profit if you choose BNB because this is a very good coin and usually increases in price if there is good news or new IEO project. In fact, this coin has helped me earn more than 300% profit and until now I still feel happy about what happened in the past. I am considering investing in this coin again this year and will wait for the right time to buy because it is certain that by 2020 the value of BNB will probably reach a new price and soon reach $50 in the near future. |

I think is possible to have a better price for altcoins this year than we had in 2019, but all depends on a lot of factors, most of us waiting for a bull run which might come this year, anyway i will choose only altcoins with some history because is hard for new project to give something new.

I used to trade using USDT pair and not BTC. BTC pair is really confusing for and that is why I prefer to use USDT because of its fixed price and value. The price of the bitcoin is volatile, so it means that you need also to monitor the price of the bitcoin and the coin that you want to trade if you will use USDT pair.
I only use USDT pair because this is the simplest way to know exactly my profit when trading and USDT is stablecoin so there will not be much change in value. In fact, trading BTC is also very profitable but you need to calculate very carefully because BTC is volatility and never stand still. In addition, I also use the ETH pair to trade but recently most people are no longer interested in ETH so in the near future there will definitely be BTC and USDT. |

I was surprised by seeing the recent growth of Bitcoin cash! There was not much talk or hype about BCH Coin, but it pumped highly. Personally, I don't love this coin, but I have to admit that BCH is one of the most profitable coins, at least better than Ethereum if you compare 2018 & 2019!
I like to choose this coin because when Bitcoin starts to stabilize, BCH will usually have very fast growth and this is the investment that has brought a lot of profits to me in the past. Currently, I also regularly trade this coin and am considering long-term investment this year because this is a very interesting choice if the altcoin season can return again. However, each stage of BCH will have different growth but this coin will surely reach a new high price if Bitcoin continues to increase during this period. |

I think the cryptos that will have a future are the ones in the top 50 in the crypto Market Cap and probably some of the cheap altcoins that really got an interesting project and strong coins. Personally, I just invested in some altcoins which are in the top 100 and I didn't get really an interesting profit the last year, so I'm hoping that this year, I'll get some profit from them.
This year is a very good year for you to choose to invest because surely the altcoin season can come back again and your chances of making a profit will be much higher than last year. I think it would depend on the situation, if ever altcoin is on a good condition and price, I would prefer buying some of it. I would find good altcoins that has the potential of being successful in the future. If ever altcoin is not in a good condition or it is very difficult to find a good one to invest with, I would convert some of my earnings to fiat, not all of it, cause I would rather hold it still on bitcoin and wait till it goes high again. In terms of altcoin, Eth would definitely be the one I'll buy cause I know its potential. You should make your own decisions when investing because until now crypto market is still very difficult to predict and altcoin is the riskiest investment in this period. However, I believe that this year will be different and the need to invest in altcoins will tend to increase many times, so consider some of the coins you consider to be the best. Currently, I have selected a lot of good coins for this period and will buy at different stages until profitable because I am sure the altcoin season will probably happen this year and you should be patient during this important time. |

But ofc, it needs reason to get good liquidity, such as good project, good team, partnership, community etc.
Those are what should coin has. If not, liquidity wont be reached. Or even investor wont see the coin
Liquidity is always considered first when investors look at the project because if that coin can not make investors feel secure, it is just shitcoin and you should find ways to stay away. In fact, exchanges like Latoken, p2pb2b or Hotbit have very poor liquidity and many of the projects listed here make people feel uninterested in participating. I think currently should only choose to invest in large exchanges such as Binance, Okex, Huobi because this is the top 3 largest exchanges in this market and the liquidity is always very high so there is no need to worry about trading. |

I think 1 of the major issue in ICO stage was SCAMMERS which become severely happen in previous year/s. Crowdfunding became popular in BLOCKCHAIN and its the best way raised money for the project development but people loss faith in it due to fake ICO's.
Actually, ICO are no longer a concern of investors because they do not like to invest in less information projects and as I know, more than 95% of ICO projects are scams. I think it is necessary to end this form of investment and investors need to be smarter in choosing a project because if you cannot distinguish then you will be a victim of those projects. I recommend you invest in IEO at some big exchanges like Huobi or Kucoin because this is where there are many good projects and your chances of earning profits will increase higher than other normal projects. |

Altcoin's performance always depending on Bitcoin price that we has been saw in 2018 because when bitcoin price in peak as $20k all other altcoins reached all time high but after bitcoin price has drops $5k then altcoins has comedowns 70% and still struggling to comeback because of bitcoin performing very bad.
I am putting a lot of faith in this year because this is the decisive time for my current profit. In fact, 2018 and 2019 are a very bad time for all investors and some altcoins made me lose money very quickly so this time I will think and choose safer investments. Of course it is still impossible to avoid risks, but 2020 is expected to be the best year of the crypto market.
