No, the NRS price I got was straight from Logans document. There was not ONE day that NRS was at .00004 BTC during the time the general fund was open, where did you get this number?

Read my accounting barwizi. I pointed out where the BTC is missing. As for the rest of you, please show me how 15-17 BTC worth of assets wasn't left over and taken by barwizi. Then find the premine money. Then explain the 2/3rds downtime of the mining op. No one has shown me that I am wrong. You guys keep buying into barwizi's numbers that are HALF of what the real NRS price was at the time.

You really are a master of misdirection. I have posted plainly here for everyone to see using your "evidendce", it's actually you who is supposed to explain the fictional numbers you keep throwing up.
My numbers are sound and verifiable, yours aren't plain and simple.

Well your efforts to hide behind obscure numbers wont be tolerated

No, the NRS price I got was straight from Logans document. There was not ONE day that NRS was at .00004 BTC during the time the general fund was open, where did you get this number?

 Angry Angry Angry

who do you think you are kidding ? the price even went down to 0.0000184 , and instead of using that number i used the more frequent 0.00004s, or would you like to use this table and end up with a lower median?

Stop kidding yourself, everyone knows how much they invested and what it was worth at the time, and it's documented. So dont waste our time trying to feed us bogus inflated numbers to  justify your crap.

I said prove your  numbers and all you do is blather on some numbers without backing, i am using the same docs as you and posting actual proof, facts and figures that can be verified. So unless you will do the same, your claims are unfounded and you are dragging my name in through shit just because you have hurt feelings about Project XUC.

Barwizi, if you want to prove that NRS was 0.00004 at the time people were transferring NRS to you, you cannot just pick some days and say, that was the price for the whole period.
So let's come with facts:
Look at cell x4 of the document. That states that on 3/26/2014 Lajz99 has sent 0.32405 BTC worth NRS to the General Fund. On that day the lowest value of 1 NRS on Poloniex was 0.00007598
See for yourself: https://poloniex.com/exchange/btc_nrs
Let's take another cell from the document: AD27: That states that another GF holder has sent 1.13 BTC worth NRS to the General Fund on 5/4/14. On that day the value of 1 NRS on Poloniex was 0.00004
Ok just for fun: cell T19: That states that Argakiig has sent 0.25 BTC worth NRS to the General Fund on 3/17/14. On that day the value of 1 NRS on Poloniex was 0.0001499
There are transfers from 3/14/14 to 4/12/14 and the price has had a low of 0.0000184 on 4/10/14 and a high of 0.0001499 on 3/17/14. Beside from that one day low on 4/10/14 there it almost always has been above 0.000035. So if you take 0.000035 and 0.000135 (I choose 0.000015 BTC lower then the most high in that time) the average would be 0.000085. So Chocobo's statement is right, 0.00004 is half of the price that was the average value of that time.
Having said that, I must conclude that the 49.81 BTC should be taken as starting point of our investigation, and that NRSlogan was right with his document.
So that means that having paid around 33 BTC for the mining op, and around 6.5 BTC for the taxes, there is 10-11 BTC that needs to be accounted for. Where is it Barwizi?
Having said that there was 12 BTC mined with the machines. That makes 23 BTC that has to be accounted for. Where is it Barwizi?
Of course there will have been costs. But they have to be accounted for. Because it was done with OUR (GF) money.
Plus there is a still a premine (presumably dumped) left to be accounted for....Where is it Barwizi?

I didnt pick a period, there is a tab in the document which has these prices and i copy-pasted them exactly, like i said, i am using what is in the document and nothing else.

I think in order to avoid further issues, we need to calculate on a per transfer basis, because we clearly dont agree.

I think you are just trying to make a sensation, if you were honestly looking for answers you would stay on track, we are still dealing with the actual amount put in , then once that is done we will move on to each issue in turn. Throwing up numbers like that serves no purpose except to try give credibilty to something you have not even proven yet.

I did calculate on a per transfer basis using Logans EXACT figures. You weren't doing this?

So, if we look at the total investment of

Quote
A total of 28.95 BTC invested
A total of 157k NRB  invested
A total of 165k NRS invested

There is a BTC short fall of 4.0155 BTC

So since the BTC is not enough, we add the NRB

Which was valued at 1.831395349 BTC

leaving us with a short fall of 2.1842 BTC

Took me some time to read the accounting through, but one thing I can say: The accounting of 28.95 BTC totally invested is wrong. I have been looking at the Excelsheet, and see this sum: =SUM(H4:H42). In colum H only 0.15 BTC is stated for my account. But in column L you see I gave another 0.11 BTC on April 11th. That one was not counted in the total in colum H and you are referring to cell H47 for the total, but that is not the total total of BTC that has been given. My guess is that cell I47 to O47 also must be counted. Likewise I guess for PTS, NRS and NRB.
So there was more than you say there was.

You are right, it gives us a total of 29.05000255 BTC , sorry the NRB and NRS remain unchanged. And i forgot about the PTS.

So that means i need to add an additional 0.2 BTC and 3.67 BTC (for the PTS ) to what i have to account for.

I'll add that now.

I did this =SUM(E47:AH47) that gave me 49.81 BTC invested (total value of PTS, BTC, NRS and NRB that were donated)
If I am wrong, tell me what I did wrong, but for me you got 49.81 BTC!!!!

Your math gives total shares, but like i pointed out,  It was a declaration on my part that 10000 NRS == 1 BTC == 1 Share, but that was not the price on the market was it? So we cannot assume that there is investment worth 50 BTC. The investment total was worth

29 BTC + 157 k NRB and 167k NRS +447 PTS (corrected)

Which at market price then was 29 BTC + 1.8 BTC + ~ 8 BTC and 4 BTC.

The SHARES are 50 but the VALUE is much less that your proposed 49 BTC

barwizi is right

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxCtiOzdwvPya2ZZY1RzeUlzWlk/edit?usp=sharing

has a few small changes to it but it's lay out is complicated, don't try to use that as a way of getting your point across.

Not that one, the other one you posted when adding up the shares. He used that one.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0ENIPCOaLvNdXZvbHA5OFpTQlk/edit?usp=sharing

is the original that everyone saw and would check on when they invested and is missing maybe three entries.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxCtiOzdwvPya2ZZY1RzeUlzWlk/edit?usp=sharing

is the one compiled by logan

But both of them still lead to the same results. And no matter how much you struggle, the facts are laid bare on them , same document you used is the one i used. I posted that one after there was a mix-up when Frigga was asking his questions.

I am still waiting for you to prove your prices of NRS, my proof is right there in the document by Logan, shall i just cut paste the page here and be done with it?

Read my accounting barwizi. I pointed out where the BTC is missing. As for the rest of you, please show me how 15-17 BTC worth of assets wasn't left over and taken by barwizi. Then find the premine money. Then explain the 2/3rds downtime of the mining op. No one has shown me that I am wrong. You guys keep buying into barwizi's numbers that are HALF of what the real NRS price was at the time.

The NRS is off by 40k and that is just the NRS.

I have spoken about that many times, here and in skype.

Please do, there is indeed another address that was mined to , give me a sec to find it

edit:- found https://blockchain.info/address/1PfS1BM8radJj3b2mR6bCEzJ26uZkJU3NK

That account is controlled by our recently returned CFO.

There was a point where we mined BTC and bought NRS for distribution to the group, for that part, Koontas and NRSLogan will have to speak.

As for the rest, i kept buying NRS which i still hold, and it will be distributed to GF member once we leave alpha NRS 2.0.

I have already listed that account. I also figured out that only 1.2BTCish worth of NRS was paid to the WHOLE group. 7k NRS...thats the total payout.

I told him and i told others, if i am the one accused it is not right for me to do the audit myself, which is why i handed in the documents to them, so they could assess the situation. He says the officers tried, i feel this statement i misleading. We supposedly had a CDO, if we have a CDO, what part of NRS development did he try? If we have a CMO, have we seen any marketing done in the last three months? Frankly, I am the one who should be dissapointed because i spent a lot of time working to put this together. What funds ? Since you can't be bothered to really post things then i will

Yes you are right, I believe that the CDO (current dev of SSD) could have done MUCH more. As well as any officer still around.

Quote
The total is 32.9655 BTC

I think you put too many transactions up. In the six that you linked there is much more than 33 BTC. If you bought your own miner please separate it from that group.

Quote
Lets look at the Policy that i instituted for NRS in the beginning, 10000 NRS ==1Share==1 BTC

This however changed when the prices started dropping so i began to use market exchange rates since it was my OWN BTC i was risking by allowing people to buy in with NRS and NRB

You'll see that NRS investments were adjusted based on price and everyone agreed with their investment share.

We now have NRS at an average price of 0.00004 which in BTC is 6.68 BTC  meaning I have to account for   4.4958 BTC

This is way off. First of all that document is out of date. Use Logans. Logan had a page that tracked the price of NRS for each purchase on poloniex. Do the math, the average price at the time was more around .00008 BTC. The NRS was worth 11.9205333703 BTC, there is no getting around that. Check poloniex guys. Barwizi just guessed at .00004 NRS.

Quote
On receipt of these miner i had to pay import duty and other taxes totaling +7 BTC (these payments were now straight FIAT out of my pocket)

Which again means i am owed a shortfall of 2.5342 BTC

You estimate that duty and taxes were 6.5 BTC in your own accounting. You repaid yourself several times. Get the receipts.

Initially, the miners were setup in my home, so that is i was incurring costs of 5kwh*24 per day in electricity costs

at a cost of 0.15 per KWH it amounts to $18.00 for electricity DAILY

The miners were in my home for 2 months so that is 18*60 == $1080 in FIAT costs to me which at the time is 2 BTC owed to me

I recall you bragging about free electricity. Once again, get receipts.

Shows what we mined initially, of which we can remove the 4.5342 BTC owed me that means i need to account for 4.33043

The miners were moved to a hosting facility after it became clear that to maximize their capacity and to free me from watching them they had to go.

The initial cost of hosting was a bit higher because we had to pay extra for thing s like "fire suppresion" , the host facility was not originally intended for hosting. The cost in BTC was 2.2

Cost of hosting 5 x 1 TH

June 2.2 BTC
July 1.4
August 1.5

You repaid yourself from the miners according to your own document. The cost of hosting was paid by two of the miners, not paid out of your pocket.

We had a multipool idea brought up by Koontas which cost us 3.5 BTC

It cost 3.0 BTC.

I have been corrected by Frigga77 , i forgot the PTS and miscalculated the BTC by 0.2.

The PTS were worth 4.7749 BTC. Guys he is just guessing at the value of the coins. Check the charts and Logans document.

At the end of the day, even if we use barwizi's inflated figures he ended up with way too much of our BTC. We aren't even at the premine/missing mining op BTC yet.

Beware of this dev, he has taken tons of BTC from Noir Group including most of an ICO and a 10% premine. This thread explains further:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=791890.new#new

Notice that the premine of XUC will be much larger than 1% because likely less that 5% of snapshot coins will be claimed

I have finished reviewing the finances of NG. Logan, the current CFO of NG, has been missing for quite some time now and I finally decided to just do his job for him. I only wish I had done it sooner. Simply put there is a lot of money missing.

First, let me share with you all of the accounting documents I received from the group as well as the NG officer board Skype chat.

Quote

Logan was given the documents barwizi made to do the premine accounting. I later asked him for a progress report on the premine:

Quote
[8/12/2014 6:49:23 PM] Chocobo: hey
[8/12/2014 6:49:48 PM] Chocobo: just curious if you were able to do anything with the premine accounting
[8/12/2014 6:54:50 PM] Logan: This is what Bar gave me: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BxCtiOzdwvPyVzRielRuZDJmOFE/edit
[8/12/2014 6:54:55 PM] Logan: Which is absymal"

This is a reminder that these documents were made by barwizi, and are missing important details about each transaction. That is why I looked to the forums for traces of these transactions, or talked to the people on the other side of each transaction for verification.

Lets start with the General Fund accounting. The General Fund was basically an ICO for Noir Group in which a large portion would go to buying mining rigs to mine BTC and other alts for the group. The remainder of these funds were expected to be used in the interest of GF shareholders. A share was purchasable for 1 BTC, or 1 BTC worth of either NRS,NRB, or PTS. Because alts have a volatile BTC price Logan adjusted the price of each share in NRS/NRB/PTS frequently. At the end of the investment period 49.8105369691 shares were purchased. Here was the distribution across each coin:

Quote
BTC - 31.28370825 shares
NRS - 11.9205333703 shares
PTS - 4.7749 shares
NRB - 1.8313953488 shares

It is important to note that at the time this was 49.8105369691 BTC worth of assets. Barwizi used his own bitcoin to order the mining rigs for the group in advance. He purchased 5 TH for 31.94765811059584 BTC. I calculated this using the price of bitcoin in USD around the time of the purchase, and these threads:

Quote

There is a chance that the price was slightly higher or lower, but not by much. Barwizi then took all of the GF assets as repayment. That means that for 31.94765811059584 BTC of purchases he repayed himself with 49.8105369691 BTC worth of assets. This appears to have never been made clear to the officers, and in turn never made clear to investors. In this quote from the NG board chat Pocket proves this:

Quote
[4/28/2014 4:34:47 PM] Pocket: The General Fund is currently sitting on a small stack of BTC and a relatively large stack of NRS. A vote will be passed around to help determine our next plan of action with group funds.

I believe that investors were told the same in a newsletter. Barwizi stated to me earlier that all of the GF went to the miners. Obviously this wasn't true.

Quote
[9/3/2014 2:50:23 PM] Barwizi: when we started, we decided to open the mining facility, that is whare all the GF funds went

As far as I know none of the officers knew about the premine, in which case they assumed that expenses, such as their salaries and the cost of the multipool, were coming from the left over GF funds/mining op. There were requests in the NG board chat, as well as other places, for control of the GF assets to be given to the officers. They were never granted.

This brings us to the premine. A block early on in the life of NRS was loaded with a 250k premine, and solo-mined by barwizi. The premine was brought up after this chat in the Noirgroup Thinktank on Skype:

Quote
[6/18/2014 10:26:46 AM] wallaceliu007: sure
[6/18/2014 10:27:35 AM] wallaceliu007: I'm a big NRS holder, I think I'm in the richlist... almost 60k now
[6/18/2014 10:28:45 AM] Barwizi: 99969
[6/18/2014 10:28:57 AM] Pocket: by now all the people who want to mine NRS are already doing it, no new people really getting in now
[6/18/2014 10:29:20 AM] Pocket: shit bar, i'll give u the last 31
[6/18/2014 10:29:21 AM] Pocket: lol
[6/18/2014 10:29:56 AM] Barwizi: no, that was my son playing with the key board
[6/18/2014 10:29:58 AM] Barwizi: lol
[6/18/2014 10:30:14 AM] Barwizi: i have 60k
[6/18/2014 10:30:21 AM] Pocket: oh

[6/18/2014 10:32:28 AM] Koontas: and you should
[6/18/2014 10:34:15 AM] wallaceliu007: my kids also like to play the keyboard
[6/18/2014 11:09:41 AM] Chocobo: didnt you have 190k NRS a few weeks ago bar?
[6/18/2014 11:10:27 AM] Barwizi: real life threw me a curveball
[6/18/2014 11:11:18 AM] Barwizi: but now with PoW coming to an end, i will be restocking

I then personally asked barwizi about the premine:

Quote
[6/18/2014 11:32:48 PM] Barwizi: yes, i sold off a bit, maybe around 80k
[6/18/2014 11:33:07 PM] Barwizi: but my true holding are my own
[6/18/2014 11:33:23 PM] Barwizi: thionk about it, if i said i have 500k

Quote
[7:58:40 AM] Barwizi: 0f the 250 i kept nearly 80k

Only two hours later he admits to selling more in the NG board chat:

Quote
[6/18/2014 1:38:17 PM] Koontas: Bar, probably not a good idea to tell people you've dumped 130k NRS...
[6/18/2014 1:39:54 PM] argakiig: ^
[6/18/2014 1:41:38 PM] Barwizi: oh
[6/18/2014 1:42:01 PM] Barwizi: didnt know someone was an avid follower of my address
[6/18/2014 1:42:10 PM] Koontas: you said it in the other chat...
[6/18/2014 1:42:24 PM] Koontas: chocobo knew you had 190k somehow...
[6/18/2014 1:44:29 PM] Barwizi: thats what i mean, i dont klnow how he knew how much i had before
[6/18/2014 1:44:45 PM] Koontas: yea
[6/18/2014 1:45:42 PM] Koontas: That selling also really fucking hurt the price...just my $.02...
[6/18/2014 1:45:56 PM] Barwizi: no it didnt
[6/18/2014 1:46:02 PM] Koontas: oh come on
[6/18/2014 1:46:14 PM] Barwizi: when i was selling the price was going up
[6/18/2014 1:46:14 PM] Koontas: that's over 40btc at current prices
[6/18/2014 1:46:30 PM] Barwizi: and it stayed up for long afterwards

It is really impossible to tell from those quotes how many NRS he sold from the general fund and the premine, mostly because his answers don't stay consistent for even two hours. The document I linked at the top of the post titled "NRS accounting update" is barwizi's attempt at balancing the premine books. Let's take a look at this document.

As I noted before, most of these transactions are difficult to prove, especially the large amount of transactions with no description of what they were for. There is also a category of transactions with no transaction id which honestly cannot be counted as is. Lets start with the transactions I am confident were actually spent for the good of NG:

So all of the legitimate transactions I could find add up to 69591.19 NRS and 3.0 BTC. Not even close to the 167112.76 NRS (GF) + 250000 NRS (premine) =  417112.76 NRS we are tracking. One thing missing from the premine accounting is the 80k NRS barwizi says he paid himself. Interestingly enough there are a few transactions that add up to 79.2k sent to a 'root_1'. I asked barwizi about 'root_1' and what he did for the 79.2k NRS:

Quote
[9/11/2014 9:02:03 PM] Chocobo: also who is root_1?
[9/11/2014 9:02:41 PM] Noir X: root tends to pop up when i need him
[9/11/2014 9:03:03 PM] Noir X: i will ask if he finally got a new BCT account
[9/11/2014 9:03:21 PM] Chocobo: he have an old one?
[9/11/2014 9:05:31 PM] Noir X: i'll ask
[9/11/2014 9:06:59 PM] Noir X: i found him on stackexchange when i asked for c++ help
[9/11/2014 9:07:21 PM] Chocobo: what did you pay 79k NRS to him for?
[9/11/2014 9:07:40 PM] Noir X: hold
[9/11/2014 9:07:43 PM] Noir X: on
[9/11/2014 9:09:20 PM] Noir X: i was getting weird seg faults when compiling on linux, he helped me fix that, he also helped me modify the internal miner to correctly find blocks for NRS
[9/11/2014 9:09:56 PM] Noir X: his actual was meant to be ~50k
[9/11/2014 9:10:09 PM] Noir X: right at the start
[9/11/2014 9:11:04 PM] Chocobo: so was supposed to get 50k in feb
[9/11/2014 9:11:21 PM] Chocobo: but got 79k in march
[9/11/2014 9:11:50 PM] Noir X: yeah, the rest was to try keep him around for his talents
[9/11/2014 9:12:00 PM] Noir X: it would have been nice
[9/11/2014 9:12:42 PM] Noir X: like having a proffesional coder
[9/11/2014 9:12:56 PM] Chocobo: have his stack exchange?

He has not located root_1 yet, or found his stack exchange account. He says this information was on a hard drive that needs to be recovered. The amount root_1 was paid is suspiciously close to the 80k barwizi paid himself. The 79.2k NRS root_1 was paid was worth about 10.488 BTC on the dates of his payments and corresponds heavily to a dump on poloniex around that time. root_1 was paid a ridiculous amount for the work he did.

Another gaping hole in barwizi's accounting is a period around the launch of NRS that he sold premine NRS for .00085-.001 BTC per NRS. Here is proof that it occurred:

Quote

Using transactions from around that period that barwizi noted in his accounting I came up with a quick estimate of 43861.58 NRS sold in this manner. Remember this is an estimate, the actual number could be far smaller or far greater. Here is how barwizi reacted to that estimate:

Quote
[3:45:03 PM] Chocobo: the other thing you need to find is do u remember when you were selling NRS for .00085-.001 BTC per from the premine?
[3:45:07 PM] Noir X: we even made a different implementation that may end up as part of any new poject that comes up
[3:45:16 PM] Noir X: yes
[3:45:52 PM] Chocobo: it looks like you sold around 43861.58 NRS
[3:46:01 PM] Noir X: yes
[3:46:02 PM] Chocobo: thats a lot of BTC
[3:46:05 PM] Noir X: i think
[3:46:19 PM] Noir X: but not all of it was at that price
[3:46:24 PM] Noir X: i think
[3:46:25 PM] Chocobo: you were entitled to 30-43 BTC in that way?
[3:46:31 PM] Chocobo: from the company fund
[3:46:38 PM] Noir X: that was long before there was any noir group
[3:46:50 PM] Noir X: that was when it was , Barwizi + new coin
[3:46:58 PM] Chocobo: there was NG
[3:47:05 PM] Chocobo: i have the thread
[3:47:23 PM] Noir X: yeah and who was i working with at that time?
[3:47:32 PM] Chocobo: omg dude how much BTC did NRS that you didnt own make you
[3:47:39 PM] Noir X: actually, lets stay on course
[3:47:47 PM] Noir X: so you wish to know what happened to the BTC ?
[3:48:04 PM] Chocobo: what BTC?
[3:48:52 PM] Noir X: i traded for any alt , then traded to BTC
[3:49:03 PM] Chocobo: yeah
[3:49:06 PM] Chocobo: still BTC
[3:49:11 PM] Noir X: you just mentioned the NRS i sold in the beginning
[3:49:26 PM] Noir X: well, most of it is undocumented

This really bothered me. He didn't even try to deny that he made that much BTC selling parts of the premine. He also claimed NG wasn't around yet. It was, and there are about 4 threads that document it. Makes me think he sold more than 43k NRS.

Later on he tells Logan this:

Quote
[7:57:59 AM] Barwizi: when none was forthcoming, i went as far as selling NRS at a discounted rate, all of this is documented in the firts ANN i made for NRS on both forums

Discounted? More like far above the all time high.

Next up is the accounting of the mining operation. Here are the only addresses I found that were mined to:

Quote

The total BTC mined to these addresses is 10.42958901. Far below the estimated 32.9448 BTC they should have mined. How much of this BTC have investors received? The total NRS payed out to investors as a whole was 7851.104578454333 NRS, which likely cost around 1.3 BTC to acquire around the time of the payouts. Barwizi made a document that attempted to explain where this BTC went. The document is at the top of this post, it is the one titled 'BTC accounting.xslx'. This document is riddled with flaws and inconsistencies. The first being the cost of the multipool. It really cost 3 BTC, not 3.5 BTC. Here are the transactions to the company NG hired:

Quote
753a5e7e5f828c447079b5efb0178731e562317f108602e95ea6448273791c9e
8d29d09e48c7b8aa5b811db7156c016df8df2867704b475ad0286bddfceab874

As you can see barwizi reimbursed himself in two payments here. The first being 3 BTC for the duty on the miners. Interestingly enough this is the third time he is reimbursed for duty. The first being when he decided the remaining 17.86287885850416 BTC worth of assets in the GF were his (about 3x the 6.5 BTC cost of duty, even though that price of the duty has not been proven). The second being a 0.57 BTC share added to his name on the registry noted 'Customs'. The third being the massive amount of BTC he made off of the premine. Then there is the row 'Partial re-inbursment of Costs' where he pays himself 2 BTC more for whatever reason.

On the launch of Cure Coin barwizi switched the miners to a pool that was mining curecoin. He claims to have left the coins on there instead of doing an auto-payout (rookie mistake...too rookie) and before he went to withdrawal the pool owners ran with the coin.

Quote
[9/3/2014 3:07:41 PM] Barwizi: yeah Sad
[9/3/2014 3:08:02 PM] Barwizi: if they hadnt held our curecoin that would have been +20 BTC

To get 20 BTC worth of curecoin the miners would have had to been running for quite sometime. During this time he wouldn't even ask an officer to withdraw these coins or at least keep an eye on the operation? It is very hard to believe. Especially when you see officers asking for control of the miners several times in the board chat. This stubbornness to keep the operation in his own hands after having the miners down 2/3rd's of the time only reinforces the idea that he was using the miners for himself. It is either that or gross mismanagement after receiving our near 50 BTC in investments.

Here is the pastebin of me confronting barwizi over all this missing money:

A few things about this last quote. A github paid account is $7 a month. We didn't even have one the whole time. The servers were not for a greater part of the year, as NG hasn't been around for a year. As for the servers and the forum, they are inexpensive and I know one of them is paid for by an officer. This 'justification' should make you sick. Barwizi likely ended up with AT LEAST 50-100 BTC that should of belonged to the GF. With the NRS price after a month the GF would have been very well off and able to fund actual projects.

This conversation was had before I finished my accounting, so some of the numbers were not figured out. The numbers I posted here are more accurate.

Barwizi has had months to prove expenses, and try and justify all of this. The fact of the matter is than even if there were 20 BTC of legit expenses that I didn't find he still took a TON of BTC from us. I don't even feel like looking at what these funds were worth when NRS held a 30k sats price. He lied to us as investors. A 'ground-breaking' feature was always two weeks away. While we bought in anticipation he dumped on us. You may have seen my disappointment in the quality of work done by our officers. Now that I reviewed all of this I realized that he contributed to their failure by keeping the funds away from them and in the dark as far as development goes. The officers failed, no doubt, but they tried.

I will be stepping down from COO. Don't worry, I was never paid and will never accept payment. I really didn't start working until a month ago, and most of my time was spent working up a redesign/relaunch for NRB and NRS as well as a full marketing plan. My work was ruined when barwizi decided to announce a merge without so much as asking me. He did this because he wasn't capable of developing a feature we planned for NRB. It is a shame this didn't work, I was very excited to work on a decentralized company, and my next order of business was to COMPLETELY re-brand NRS. I was going to make it simple. I also had my brother help barwizi program for free, and was going to bring on a second programmer/web designer. These two are good, they could have done the code barwizi couldn't.

If you are not aware barwizi launched a side project today:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=791338.0

He launches this while Noirshares is in between a blockchain swap and in shambles. You can't even trade the new NRB/NRS because the markets are on the old chain. His new project really pissed me off today. Here is what he had to say:

Quote
it's irritating to say the least that you think i am in some way tied to NG, i chose to stick with it and do NRS 2.90 as well as colored coins (project X), Antimatter aka XUC is in no way a part of NG. and you want to complain yet it is already in the list of coins participating.

With the amount of BTC he took I sure hope he feels some obligation to deliver on his promises to us.

[6/18/2014 10:30:21 AM] Pocket: lol
[6/18/2014 10:30:31 AM] wallaceliu007: lol
[6/18/2014 10:30:50 AM] Barwizi: he's decided since i wasnt home all this time, i should play with him until he sleeps

Total: 69591.19 NRS 3.0 BTC

[3:32:48 PM] Chocobo: thats not how it works
[3:32:56 PM] Chocobo: 80k went to you

[3:57:06 PM] Noir X: dont you wonder where all that infrastructure came from ?
[3:57:31 PM] Chocobo: yeah noirbitstalk?

Just a heads up, the exchanges are NOT updated, so don't buy NRS there yet.

The eligius project (mining op) is still running and in fact Milly6, a GF investor closer to Koontas than he is to Barwizi, is currently remotely accessing the miners to see if the mining op is real. It is. Any officer INCLUDING Koontas could have verified the op. They watched the miners.

The premine accounting will be done. Here is the problem, as you know I have been pissed about the low amount of effort and even lying done by the officers since February. When I asked for the accounting done by Logan over that period all I got was the GF ledger. That is it. Not good enough. I expect better for three months of pay. That leaves me with barwizi's premine accounting and mining op accounting. Now he and I know you want something that isnt just backed by his word. Definitely understandable. I asked Koontas for the mining addresses he was in charge of.....no reply. Odd from a guy that wants justice. I will give Logan three days to reply. Then I am doing it alone, which will just take longer because of how I plan to verify it.

But here is a suggestion. Cool it on the premine anger. I was just an investor for sixth months while getting strung along, if there is ANYTHING suspicious I will dig into it. From what I have seen so far everything is ok, so don't get worked up yet.

Koontas went above and beyond trolling. He is not being upfront with you. Did you see the pastebin I posted in his thread? Does that not make you second guess his motive? He acts like he had nothing to do with NG. Malicious FUD is never acceptable. I will happily review your actions and forgive you if they werent that bad or if you promise to shape up. I am telling you right now that if Koontas did his officer stunt/scandal and FUD/slandering in the real world he could go to jail. Don't act like that.

You're hilarious.  Do you not think I knew you were going to post our conversation on here?  Give me a break.

Like I've said in the past.  No work could get done because Barwizi would never stick with any plans that were made.  It was literally impossible and that's why you lost Argakiig and Logan from the group as well.  Nobody want's to go public with information they know is a lie.

What address are you looking to have from me?  Upon leaving the group all control of accounts was handed over to Logan.  Any other dumbass questions or accusations you can't back up?

You still have provided no PROOF of what has happened with the premine.  Until that is done NRS can be considered a scam.

You've also provided no information about the number of coins that will be taken from this new merged coin and dispersed to shareholders.  I'm assuming that will be the case, so what is that %?

I'm assuming this will be deleted rather than answered, but we shall see if they have any real proof yet of what's been done with the premine and group funds.

Thats news to me that we lost Arg and Logan, in fact Arg asked for pay not too long ago.... after ignoring requests for help. You are his buddy though I will take your word for it. If they know the info is a lie they wouldn't leave, they would back you up with it.

You worked with the miners at one point, just give me all the related addresses that you know of/used. Honestly for the position you had you should have much more proof that it is a scam.

They're all posted in the old thread.  Logan has all of the account login information, get it from him.

I tried, so far I have waited six days for a response. I will give him three more days.
