241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin investors more focus than altcoin investors? on: January 14, 2019, 04:10:27 PM
If you have observed it, it could be because altcoins refers to more than just one digital coin. Which could be a factor why people do not have so much focus and because bitcoin is the leader or first coin then probably all eyes are set on it. We can always see that when values of bitcoin drops a little, other altcoins follow immediately which means that bitcoin serves as a reference for pricing and on analyzing market movements for cryptocurrency.
242  Economy / Economics / Re: Can my economy be fulfilled in the future with Bitcoin? on: January 14, 2019, 02:03:47 PM
Cryptocurrency in general is always unpredictable so that we need to know more than what we feel about it. It is a common mistake to just ride on an idea where you are not even sure of and just because others are encouraging you to do the same. I don't say that bitcoin is not good but it is business when you talk about it. There is a lot to learn in business and I'd like to let you know that many persons that I have known personally had become rich. So bitcoin is not a bad thing but really needs to be studied a lot. Only then you can say it will helpbyou economically in the future.
243  Economy / Economics / Re: Will BTC defeated in 2019? on: January 14, 2019, 01:17:38 PM
Being the first of its kind, bitcoin has the advantage over other coins. While many ICO projects are better in terms of ideas but many of them did not survive because too many scams have left people with little trust over their capabilities. And because there are too many new ICOs that fail, the lesser will the people's trust on them. Except only when the coin have made themselves a success. With all the competition bitcoin still is on the top for so several years and this might be the same for the years to come.

244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: would u open a loan to buy the dip? on: January 14, 2019, 08:50:32 AM
would you open a loan to buy the dip? and when it dips again you would open up another loan to buy the dip. and lets say repeat the process. probably no one is doing this. because being in debt is a bad thing. just depends on far u would invest into bitcoin or even crypto currency. sad it has to dip in the first place.

It is a bad thing to do since you cannot be guaranteed that with there will be a rise in the value after you buy during the dip and there is no guarantee that the dip you are seeing is the real bottom. What if values goes down even more? Remember that loans have interest and while it does you are for sure losing to it if the increase in value would be too little or if the value becomes stable for a longer time. The best thing you should do I guess is to use your money and put up a real business where you would use the digital coins as payment system. At least you can be guaranteed of returns.
245  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why? on: January 13, 2019, 07:39:52 PM
People who have been so lucky on bitcoin could have been so hopeful by this time. Something that is good should always be wanted. Bitcoin is a technology that many had started building hopes for the future. Many of whom I have known had become rich. But not all. Those who have joined late may have been still a little doubtful about it. I am one of these late comers but I am looking at it positively.

246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this the right time to explain about bitcoin to others..? on: January 13, 2019, 12:17:11 PM
People would always think about it negatively because too many are as well thinking the same. When people get to say something negative this would be the hardest to remove or change on a person's mind. Fear is a great factor that drives people not to do things and limits the possibilities of realizing things. That is why we could observe that when bitcoin goes low on value, the other coins will follow because they would think of the same thing that could happen. So is it the right time? Always anytime is the right time but given that you have to know what is on every peoples mind in other words understand how everything moves. Do the very detailed research about the market. This understanding of things and technologies could be very good to people to clear them of fear or uncertainty and thus will serve as your advantage.

247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: No bull run this year?! For real? on: January 13, 2019, 10:32:02 AM
Cryptocurrency is always unpredictable. You cannot always say the absolute. If it will or will not is always a big question. Perhaps more research is needed to really know what is going on with the usage of each of this digital coins. In this way perhaps you can at least say the possibility or probability with some percentage that bullrun is going to happen.

248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the crypto still be in 2050? on: January 12, 2019, 12:41:12 PM
This is a possibility in my opinion. I think we are still at a very young age for cryptocurrebcy development. It wasn't even accepted all throughout the world so there is so much to do with it yet. So I think it may still exist but one thing that might be so possible is that the cryptocurrency may have evolved or changed into something new when that time comes.

249  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin - Can it boost or break a countries economy? on: January 12, 2019, 10:55:54 AM
It depends on how a country and its countrymen are working. If a country used bitcoin for gaining or as an advantage then it is good. Wasting bitcoin is similar to wasting money and this may just have the same impact as wasting the real money you have. The question you have is both answerable by yes or no.

250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cannot Die. It is Impossible. Under Any Circumstances. on: January 12, 2019, 10:25:20 AM
Bitcoin cannot die under any circumstances. Ever!

Why? Because Bitcoin is an idea. An abstract idea. It cannot be destroyed.

I wanna emphasize this because a few days ago I posted a thread on the Economics section asking people if they thought Bitcoin was over.

And I've thought a lot about the answers I got and continued to reflect.

And here is my realization which is better explained in video with visuals https://youtu.be/i6mBiboKg4Q

If you disagree, it's okay. But please articulate it in a friendly manner. Life is too short for internet quarrels right?

You are correct about it! Ideas do not die but unfortunately project does. In reality bitcoin as a physical system and not as an imagination or idea, it may have limits or perhaps will have revisions to fit the current needs. If people as time goes by would think they may no longer need it, then most probably it will be gone. I am not against the idea as I am a bitcoin lover as well but I would like to emphasize that nothing lasts forever and technologies may change. So on the realistic point of view I believe things can change and bitcoin is no exception. But for now, we should never think negatively about bitcoin. See the realistic point of view. Let's not kill what is still alive. Let the bitcoin live while it is..People should stop posting negative things about it.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs are dead! Yeah I mean DEAD!!!! on: January 11, 2019, 04:23:24 PM
This things happen most of the time. I don't even understand why some are even pushing the idea that their ICOs are doing great when in fact they even hardly meet the soft cap. So with these scenario they would often say the things mentioned by the OP. It wad really hard for the bounty hunters like us. Hope things will change for the better.
252  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Over? on: January 11, 2019, 09:36:34 AM
I think it is not just about decentralization thay creates life to bitcoin. What is the difference of the coin is centralized or not if it still satisfies its users and serves its purpose. Bitcoin will be over no matter if it is centralized or not if it users would turn their backs on it. Though it would really help if it is decentralized but this isn't the main thing to look at. Just ask users if they are still using bitcoin purposely or not. If yes then bitcoin will continue live else it will certainly be gone in the long run. But I am optimistic though that it will survive.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The dump has started for 2019 on: January 11, 2019, 08:32:21 AM
It happens most of the time, just don't worry that much I think it will go up again. Just do a lot of research to know better why such dump happens. If it is because too many are just holding their coins and trading it when high, then this is not good because certainly others will be doing just the same. But if this is because of some other reasons then this might just be the normal usage we have oftentimes experience since cryptocurrency had been established. Volality is a constant and a common thing. You really need not worry just set up a stop loss level.
254  Economy / Economics / Re: Notable Bitcoin Critic Claims Price Likely to Hit $5,000 In Near Future on: January 11, 2019, 07:44:35 AM
This is not too far from reality. Bitcoin might have been down but it will certainly go up again. As the price now is around 4,000 $, it is a possibility that it might hit that level. But as to what level should bitcoin be stable is something that needs users' help. Without the regular users, bitcoin values could drop significantly even with so much promotion it gets. Application or usage of bitcoin is very much important for the survival of this coin.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: That made my day, really on: January 11, 2019, 07:04:26 AM
When promises or ideas are too impossible, It would certainly be just one of those scams. We could not allow such scams to spoil every hard work the originators had put into establishing cryptocurrency. We know how bad it could affect to the investors to see or feel when they are victims of scams.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful of strange projects on: January 10, 2019, 12:34:02 PM
I think one of the best method of knowing if a coin or a token is a fraud is time. If we wouldn't be carried away immediately by too much of the things they promise we will certainly see where the project probably headed. Promises gives us more encouragement but it would be too late if later the project will be gone. So I think time is the real enemy of the pretenders.

257  Economy / Economics / Re: HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE NEXT BULL RUN 2019 on: January 10, 2019, 11:55:41 AM
It isn't so easy to really predict the next bullrun though we are at the bottom and I guess everybody is waiting on to possible changes. I don't think that would be as easy as what you have pointed out but I think your guide is worth trying.

258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning Bitcoin is good, but don't depent on it. on: January 10, 2019, 10:32:02 AM
I would agree on the idea that there are no real millionaires in just a day, and that everything could not just happen in just a setting but honestly not to disappoint anybody here, there are persons whom I have known that really had made a fortune on cryptocurrency and are among the lucky ones. Yet as said it does not guarantee that everybody will become millionaire. There are no real shortcuts for being a millionaire. You need to perspire to inspire others. Everything should come from hard work and perseverance.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why not buy Ethereum on: January 10, 2019, 10:00:07 AM
I don't really agree as much but maybe you have some point. But what I am really expecting for ethereum right now is for it to recover from the unfavorable market it had gone through last year. Ethereum is a good coin since it is a host to so many ICO projects that could potentially create a good or stable market values for ethereum. Stability is important if Ethereum cannot keep its price stable then the lesser will be its users.
260  Economy / Economics / Re: welcome bulls , Bye bears on: January 10, 2019, 09:30:52 AM
Many are hoping as well. So far I have also seen that the market is going better. All we could do now is hope it will certainly be going straight upward. Though I still have doubts but should ever values go up for about a month from now to a level probably in between values of coin today and those around last January 2018, I think there is a possibility that there will really be a bull run.
