Looking good. It seems that the .conf fix is working nicely so far Bittrex is forked according to battareus. Is that true?

Happy! Believers are growing i think.

What if there's another POW phase, but not for a short period. The network would be more secure with both POStr & POW. The reward structure should be adjusted in such a way that it doesn't lead to inflation. I believe Pesa's having a long term potential if the dev delivers and sticks enough here. May be am wrong, but just a suggestion.

I thought Jake was the only PESA bank.

Nice to see you holding so many coins after all the trolling you have done.
I hate Battareus

In order to increase the security of the network and to reduce the amount of people getting temporarily stranded on the wrong chain, we need those of you in the community who have a large holding of Pesa to enter "connect=173.255.114.193" into your wallet .conf file. Others who are having issues, or would like to ensure you are always on the right chain, insert "addnode=173.255.114.193" into the .conf file.
Edit: Eventually this issue will correct itself as long as enough of the total coins are staking on the correct chain.
Save this under the name pesa.conf in appdata/roaming/Pesa folder rpcuser=user rpcpassword=pass rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 listen=1 daemon=1 server=1 logtimestamps=1 maxconnections=100 addnode=173.255.114.193

Come chat with us in the new PESA IRC on free node. #pesacrypto
See you there!
Nothing's going to happen unless dev brings something valuable.

I'm starting to like you.

It's not necessary, yet like I said brings real world usability.
Maybe you have some better suggestions as to what we can work towards as a community?
We need innovations to promote and adopt. Its all in the hands of the developer. So, we must first bring the developer very much active in this thread to discuss about the future plans. Lets begin the campaign right from here on this thread. " We want the developer . . , We want the developer . . , We want the developer . . , "
|
|
|
Right. So, i think we had completely come out of the staking and syncing issues. Its time for the dev to bring out some details about the future implementation. Though the details in the white paper are suffice, it would be generous and updated if its being provided now. A delayed tech will be denied. So rush up things.
After bringing out some detailed timeline and roadmap, the twitter campaign should begin. I guess Jake, Anticlimax and Flunkie would be the right ones for that.

When we see some progress that is news worthy, I will have an article published. The Twitter campaign has kind of already begun.
Everyone should be tweeting and retweeting the following in support of PESA.
@CasheerApp - Interested in making the world a better place? Consider adding #PESA into your App! Follow @CasheerApp and retweet. #Pesacoin
I forgot to make the Casheer app forum thread today, so I will get on that tomorrow along with opening up the irc channel to the public once again.
The first goal I have placed for the community is to get added to the Casheer App. This mobile payment system will give Pesa usability in the real world.
I believe this would be a monumental step in the right direction.
Every other coins out there wants themselves added to this casheer etc... I guess that its not necessary as of now, since PESA is just another coin with no special features to lure the masses. So, its in dev's hands to bring out some mass appealing techs that would make itself make every payment gateways or any markets to add PESA voluntarily. For the past days, i have been asking the devs to speak about ENIGMA and they weren't caring enough to respond.

I'd assume those coins have been in their wallets the longest and have matured the most?
Otherwise, an error in the pos code I'd assume.
I will have the irc up by tomorrow for anyone who hasn't been able to access it.
No. Maybe, the wallets with whale balances have not been staking while these mini's were on.

When i view my wallet individually in the block explorer, it shows the correct balance, but my rank is still down below quoting some old block height. Help me with this.
Rich list & rankings are updated every few hours. Oh!! Thats fine then. And why is this extraction still concentrated among some meagre wallets? Just need a clarification. What do you mean by extraction? Staking? https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pes/#!extraction The 3rd, 4th, 5th position's are very small wallets. But it stakes very high over the network. The dynamic interest concept is being kicked back in here.

Block Explorer down again.
What the height you are seeing? (14852 right now here) Now its back. I had withdrawn some coins from bittrex to my wallet. Wallets been credited and its not updated in the richlist. Its better if we get back the official block explorer too.
