If this bull run is confirmed, then I don't think only Bitcoin is going to rise. Every other coin with a strong team and working product also has the potential to rise. Although ETH's bull looks quite slower as compared to the pace at which BTC is running.

To me, this sudden change in the market trend is a bull run for me because most of my coins have increased significantly and I have made much profits from them. I can decide to cash out right now and still make profit.

Generally all altcoins are going down and BTC is still rising so it will be very difficult to say that the dropping of BNB is as a result of the recent attack. We can clearly associate it with the hack when alts start rising again and BNB is still dropping

I agree that ICOs are are not profitable anymore but they are not entirely dead. There are some projects that still manage to raise enough from their ICO. Few are even able to achieve their hardcap

If you want to invest in a coin that you can trust, then you can choose to invest in a coin that has a working product or already listed on the market. At least you are assured that the project still continues even if softcap is not reached

In crypto, scammers take advantage of any new development to steal people's money. IEOs can also serve as an entry point for scam, it doesn't matter the token sale is taking place on an exchange. if the team is not strong enough, the project can still die off

Its very true. When the coin is already listed, at least you are assured that the coin will be tradable after receiving it. After bounty campaign most projects will just dump the tokens into your wallet without listing the coin on any better exchange and you will not get any reward.
