Although there is absolutely no proof to your claim that the team is selling DCT, so what if they are? I have no issues whatsoever with them doing so if they wish. That is their right. DECENT can do whatever they like with their holdings. It is their company. The team can do whatever they like with any DCT they hold. It is their DCT.
Did you call Ethereum a scam while Vitalik Buterin and the Ethereum Foundation publicly stated they sold ETH during 2017-2018? Did you call Litecoin a scam when Charlie Lee revealed he sold his LTC near all time highs? Are either of those projects a scam now based solely on those statements? The answer to all of those questions is "NO".
The DECENTFoundation is not a publicly traded company. They have absolutely no legal obligation to inform you or any of us what their financial situation is, what reserves they have in their holdings and what they do with any capital they have.
Just about every project in crypto is the same. If you do not like that fact, you should have never invested in crypto.
