241  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: Reason why most people don't grow, improve etc on: April 26, 2024, 06:52:12 PM
Reason why people don’t necessarily grow or improve: This is really personal, in the sense that a lot of people fights different battles and at such it tells on their standard of living, acting, communication and others. Most times it’s not because people are dumb or dull, it’s mostly their inability to redirect their focus and act on them thus procrastinating the process of growth.

To grow is a desired warfare that firstly involves an individual and then maybe other parties to help. What I know is that growth is personal and until a decision is made to expand, stagnation and procrastination is what fuels…
In this time, some persons will blame the economy to have deprives them the opportunities to make better themselves but, even in a difficult economy, you ought to find something to leach to for your survival.

With how good Man City is playing i dont see anyone stopping them. I think even if they have a bad day they will win the match. So i think they got the title in the bag. Liverpool is out already of the title race,Arsenal is still holding on but i dont think that Arsenal can win all of the matches until the end of the season.
Manchester City suddenly don’t seem like a team that would lose any game from here on with the way they’ve been playing, so in form and Pep is doing his very best to avoid injury, regularly rotating his players to ensure a fit team to carry on the rest of the season. Foden has been such a goal machine for Pep and his been using him real good. They are out of the UCL and that means, they’ve got very few reasons to have diverse attention.

Brighton was of no good today, they didn’t deserve even a draw and Manchester City ensured they didn’t come any close to that from the first half. Having to increase their goal difference is another positive result from this game for Manchester City. Arsenal still isn’t going to lose hope though but, it’s pretty much gone if Spurs don’t come up with some brilliance.
243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Streaming community are getting worst!!! on: April 25, 2024, 08:09:40 PM
They sell their dignity in order to promote gambling, maybe because the offer is too good for them to refuse, but the concept of them abandoning their dignity and ignoring the fact that they could have a bad influence on their viewers,

Bruh, do you realize you are also wearing a casino signature and avatar? When you say they are abandoning their dignity to get paid by the casinos, it makes me confused.
I suppose it’s more justifiable at his or her end because, he ain’t operating a streaming channel and as such, kids aren’t finding there ways to gambling site.
I am very much against kids and the immature in mind and thoughts gambling but, I don’t blame streamers when they aren’t censoring what the content they are promoting.
While you might control how you approach gambling, you can’t control how others react towards it and that’s fair game. That’s why it’s said, you should gamble responsibly. You owe that to yourself and the gambling industry.

Yesterday proves why Manchester City are champions of the EPL and would likely stay that way. A league that had a very competitive top 3 and you suddenly find Liverpool making the mistake of losing to a team that is battling relegation like Everton. I guess that makes Everton’s taste for a win more dangerous but, the close Liverpool are to top the league is a drive for them to be more competitive and they’ve already lost out of the Europa to give them more focus on the league.

Manchester City is already beating Brighton Hove Albion by 3 goals to nothing, another step closer to the trophy.
245  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Local Board Moderator; Your honest feedback here. on: April 24, 2024, 09:14:04 AM
~snipe~
You’re one of the recognizable face in your user across the forum and especially within the Nigerian community/local on the forum. It would be an added advantaged mostly to this spam infested local board to have someone as versatile as yourself with a good sense of judgement, the sheriff to function in this capacity of acting as the moderator of the Nigerian Local board. It would be an applauding of the work you’ve continued already, tagging them spammers and what better way it would be to instill a high level of control when they notice there spam threads and posts being deleted.

It’s nice to have you come forward for this and you’ve got my virus support Igebotz. The local board is in dire need of moderating and I see you fit enough for the task.

I do hope the local board gets separated into sub boards some day, it would really reflect what’s obtainable in other local boards, group discussions, ease having to look up a niche and ease the moderation too as well as reduce spam based on best fit posts with users making conscious effort to create posts that should fit in a niche.
246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 23, 2024, 11:58:59 PM
Dortmund through fullkrug in the 81st minute and many people believed that the match would be Leverkusen's first defeat but in fact that didn't happen, Leverkusen got up and managed to score a goal in the 90+7 minute through Stanisic.

Alonso is the coach most sought after by many big clubs in the world at the moment, many are willing to pay a lot of money to bring him in, the thing i'm curious about is whether next season Leverkusen will be like now, whether they will remain the strongest team in the Bundesliga again.
When you really want to set a record, you don’t let even the idea of an already won league trophy get in the way. You just keep coming at it until the last fixture is done and Leverkusen have been really amazing this season. Having to come in front and actually take the Bayern Bundesliga is something I wouldn’t have believed they could come up with if this was said to me at the beginning of the season.
Dortmund haven’t been a team that could keep a lead but, they are sure to score and that’s where I find my bet with these guys, the goal market.

Alonso being the most sought out for coach, well that’s just him for the now. If he’s not given the freehand to run his team and get players that suits his style of play, he’s just going to be washed up like several others.
247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: April 23, 2024, 11:52:46 PM

Chelsea have not been at their best this season but whenever they come up playing against a big team, we always see an entirely different side that is willing to give their all and almost have almost won all the big teams that they have played this season. Arsenal were entirely different in this game as they did not even allow Chelsea to settle down and find their pattern before they scored the goal.
Have they got any best at all?
Chelsea at the moment have got nothing to offer the EPL fans with this set of players. All except for Palmer. His really the only asset that Chelsea have got to pride in and him not being on the pitch today, the result is just a Chelsea that couldn’t produce any style of play. Just how did they manage to conceive just a single goal in the first half and goes ahead to conceive 4 goals in the second half. They are such a terrible team and I enjoyed nothing watching the game today except, having to laugh at what I was seeing. You could tell Pochettino was clearly clueless and frustrated at what was happening.
I didn’t expect Chelsea to win or draw but, didn’t see them being this humiliated either.

249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: April 22, 2024, 08:39:22 PM
Girona's current situation is still uncertain especially with the current performance declining, it will be difficult if in the remaining 6 matches now it will be favorable for them especially if you look at the schedule that will be implemented Barcelona and Girona will still meet so that it can be a determination of who will deserve to be in position 2 at the end of the season.

Look closely into Girona performance, the only problem I have with them is that consistency they are not having they are not having in winning matches but atleast they are winning and they are 7 points ahead of Atletico Madrid and by the way, Atletico are not that good as well so top 3 will go well for them but I'm not sure about overtaking Barcelona, if not for Real Madrid, they would have continue to move up.
I don’t think Girona are all that bad at their play. For a team that have only got about 5years of playing senior football and are playing at this standard and there stands on the league table, Girona is doing okay. I wouldn’t expect so much of them given the likes of Atlectico Madrid, Athletic Club that are some of the top class way behind them in the league right now.
For Atlectico Madrid, they’ve always revolves there games about getting few goals and concentrating on the defense to keep it and that’s way too difficult to archive these days, having to keep a lead. When not in the lead, you could always find a set of frustrating players who let everything get to them. Girona aren’t so bad and they’ve got the top scorer in their team.
250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆 The Emirates FA Cup - Season 2023/2024 on: April 22, 2024, 08:31:55 PM
What was United doing yesterday? That team is one of the worst I have ever seen - not by talent but by collective play.
It's not that they don't know how to play, I just think they're so full of themselves that they simply decided they don't want to.
Could they really be that about their play? It seems like the worst thing that could happen to a team but yeah, they clearly are t a team. It’s supposed to be a landslide victory playing against such team and in a season where they’ve got little to hold on to but, a team that seeks individual recognition and glory is one that is bound to make several mistakes. They really were lucky it was a tie and they managed to emerge in penalties.

Still, I can’t just imagine how terrible Chelsea was on their path. I think it’s just Cole Palmer now for Chelsea and no one else. If he ain’t scoring, no on pitch player fits the bill, N. Jackson literally needs the goal opportunity handed to him to make any effect in a game.
I think the Sterling substitute should have come a little earlier too, that could have helped but, Poch chose to bring him in way too late in the game.
251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Double your money and quite on: April 22, 2024, 08:22:33 PM
What do you think of this method?
Is there anyone among you who does it?
Give us one of your winning strategies, of course if that is possible.
I can’t say I’ve got a particular strategy to gambling with regards to either doubling my gambling funds or some other thing. Yeah, there are times when I just want a certain range of potential win and so I go for it, other times, I just focus on the odd that appeals to me, maybe I consider going with it with a higher stake or I just stick with what I would be more comfortable loosing which should be the order to gambling. It all depends on my state and how comfortable am about a game or odd at the time though.

Then again, having to attempt doubling your money could very likely lead to chasing your lose in the event of an unfavorable result, it could as well push you towards taking higher risks more often than you should. Anyway, I would say, gambling don’t have a definite method to it, you just ensure your not gambling more often than you should and not with money that would case you some stress forgetting.

I had no idea what I saw in Salah; he's been nothing but a headache since I got him; he's my captain, and he just dropped a stinker; I can only hope he returns with a brace against Everton's awful defence.

Nobody is taking about Buwaytress he's been low-key building from the back and now in second position from 4th position.

It's just taking a while for Salah to understand his role with whichever striker is partnered up there, and he's not getting enough minutes or consistency I think. He is playing all right, just he and Nunez are my vice and captains and didn't get enough minutes... Salah's low cross to Nunez should have been a goal usually Nunez just throws himself at it but this time he weirdly lost pace.

And shush, no one needs to know about my mini-renaissance, hoping the Everton game makes up for the 3 Liverpool piddling returns. My captaincy on Nunez is killing me but... I will persevere for now.
Salah continues to ruin my every chance of getting ahead by some points. Don’t think it would have made much difference as most of y’all have him the band too but, his not been meeting up with the standard we’ve know him to play for and if not for the DG, I don’t see why he would have persisted on my team. Like you, I’ll like to see him perform against Liverpool but for Nunez, I don’t have him on my team though, he wouldn’t have been a bad asset but, the DG isn’t one that comes with much promises with Nunez as, his widely known to perform just above average in a game and can’t even average others.

Seems you all had all your teams packed with DG team players, it was surprising. I wonder what chip was made available that I’m not using. Still got a my two chips left and might just put that to good use in the coming GW.

Does anyone know what email was used to create this forum?  BTC
I wouldn’t care any less, it’s not my place to worry over that.

Even my mail address on this account is hidden to ensure my privacy, why do I need to know what email or if an email was used in forum registration or not. These things doesn’t matter at this time.

What matters at this time is how you choose to use the forum and as far as curiosity goes, you might just be placing it in the wrong place with this thread. Focus on what could aid your journey in the cryptospace as a whole and not just the forum.
254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆 The Emirates FA Cup - Season 2023/2024 on: April 20, 2024, 07:13:56 PM
Madueke and Jackson shouldn't be putting on the Chelsea jersey till the end of the season because they don't have any idea of what they're doing on the pitch and I wonder why Pochettino is starting Madueke ahead of Mudryk who have better force them Madueke, why? Like this man Pochettino is not trying his best to be the coach people see him as but a man who doesn't and can never have control over his boys, and he doesn't know what to do to make his team win.
I don’t quite agree with you when you bring Madueke to the table in this regard but, who I can very much agree with you on is N. Jackson. He wasn’t a Chelsea player tonight, he was playing for Manchester City by the look of it and he somehow managed to have played a full 90 minutes of the game, just for Manchester City. How did Pochettino not see this treasury when it’s just right in his before. How many chances can one man get before he gets to convert them to goals. Chelsea had all the chances to win this game, especially as Manchester City wasn’t playing like Manchester City and they had all of it thrown in the wind. It just makes sense why Pep is a best coach in England, he doesn’t play with opportunities and today, he took a good show from Chelsea.
255  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tracking inside of CEXs on: April 19, 2024, 10:22:01 PM
Aside from being a hobby I am having suspicious for that kind of hobby I understand if they follow some strategy when it comes to altcoin hunting or what but to know even whats his doing even inside the cex is kinda creepy.
Yeah, a creepy one indeed.
I mean, there have to be some reason, perhaps to trace back to who is buying and accumulating all them Bitcoins but, something you’ve got to know though, when it comes to the coins landing in an exchange, it’s an off chain address and these coins might be lodged in on address belonging to certain users, it is indeed the CEX coins until it’s transferred off from the exchanges. Even at that point, the origin isn’t well traced accept for known exchange address and there would have been a break in the traces as per the original coin.

You might not archive your purpose if it’s just a hobby, things like this comes to play in serious investigations.
256  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where best to enjoy this forum... on: April 19, 2024, 10:06:34 PM
I too had that feeling. Nevertheless at a point, you would even prefer the using the forum on your mobile phone rather than on your computer out of convivence. All you have to do is zoom in and out.
I think one of the key important benefits of accessing the forum on a desktop is the fact that, links and codes are highlighted once you place your mouse of them. This in turn reviews what is within the link and therefore, prevents phishing by clicking unknown links for those that are very observant. Other than this, the other benefits to it is superficial.
Superficial in the sense that, it’s just some of those benefits you get from using a large screened device.

It’s really an individual thing, more of where you use more for an access point and getting used to that point. For some, the desktop keyboard might be way too large for typing than the mobile device, mobile devices brings the display closer to your face while the desktop have got a more eligible font and many other differences.
257  Other / Meta / Re: What caused my post to be deleted? on: April 19, 2024, 09:47:59 PM
The posts were merged for multiposting.
Rare privilege I must say yet, still very honorable a way to work in addressing concerns as they are raised.

I got an email that one of my replies got deleted in Scam accusation forums. The topic was about Adswage but I was not given specific reason on why it was deleted and I locked the topic. When I tried to reply to moderator on message on why the post was deleted. was blocked. That is not a professional behaviour of moderator to delete the reply and block someone.
Don’t know why you were blocked from reaching out to the moderators, while these things happens as most newbies by some settings don’t get the avenue to message ranked users, I think moderators are often open to receiving messages from just anyone.

Still, your message got deleted for faulting a forum rule and nothing else.
I’m that note, it is easy to assume you’re not very grounded on the dos and don’t of the forum and that would be a good place to start. Go read the rules to a high level of understanding and you might avoid having your posts deleted from time to time.

The Overpriced team is gonna fall?

Interesting fight to follow. I see the fight from behind, a far away image.

I really regret not put all the effort on this competition, i think if i dont make silly things at the start of the season i can be fighting for something, but well lets put all effort in next season. (spoiler:i do the same over and over again)
It’s often the case but, I thought you were head-locked after you came up with our individual badges but, there is always another trier. I can sincerely say am getting to understand the league through and true. One action I didn’t take that could have yield good result of at least bring me close to a desired point is, having to triple captain Palmer, had the thought but, couldn’t be clear on execution as it’s been pegged for a DG. One thing I archived though, getting ahead of Icopress, so yeah. @Icopress, I’ve left you behind. Now, it’s time to hold on to my lead, hope it ain’t as difficult as the games are played in recent times.

Don’t know what to do with my team this week yet, done some changes but, thinking of taking a hit and have my transfers done on just use my chip, perhaps wait, I don’t just know.
259  Economy / Economics / Re: Prioritizing strong foundation over quick gains on: April 18, 2024, 11:22:38 PM
Well, I think that you can do both.

You’ve mentioned about diversifying your portfolio and I believe that you should put most of your investments into a safe and popular cryptocurrency whether that is bitcoin or ethereum and then you should also invest some of your money into new and upcoming projects.

Taking risks sometimes is not a bad thing
I don’t see how you can actually archive great success without taking some huge risk. Risk are actually life changing, it could either change the way in which you approach investments, either by being more cautious or could even discourage you from taking up investment in such field at all. One thing is for sure though, so long as you desire to invest anywhere, you’re sure to be met by some risky situations.

I wouldn’t advise that you take investments, especially one that requires you investing a large part of your portfolio in any other coin other than Bitcoin. ETH might have stood out but, it’s not as decentralized as Bitcoin and those with higher stakes could always flip the coin just as they would want to.
260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to the common man. on: April 18, 2024, 11:09:06 PM
But with all the challenges faced by the average man, many have given up hope in this light(Bitcoin) .
Patience is one key factor to acquiring success through Bitcoin .

If only the common man would have to be patient, then a guarantee of life long success can be attainable.
Bitcoin doesn’t just come to you does it, you don’t own Bitcoins or even factions of it by being patient. You’ve got to invest in the industry at some point. This means you need money from some stream of income to do that. So you work, save up and start your Bitcoin journey with an investment. Afterwards, your other virtues to hodling successfully could apply and that be patience. No many would want to trade because, they hope to make maximum profits on this but, many at times, it’s turned to be a failed move by beginners who go hungry for profits without proper experience on how to trade the Bitcoin market.
You don’t need a skill to hodl, just a clear determination to do so and disciplined enough to not doubt the process.
