We can close an account on player's request, but that doesn't guarantee a refund.
Still, we see that the player macedounius have managed to proceed a withdrawal before the account closure, which might be considered as an indicator of his adequate behavior while playing.

And despite all of it, his account wasn't closed by request, but by the results of the investigation of the security team - they have found violations committed and closed his account.

Winning is not a violation on 1xBit. But winning via various schemes like arbitrage is.
If you just play at 1xBit, without intentions to circumvent the ToS (which you are agreeing to by placing bets) - there won't be troubles.
