241  Economy / Gambling / Re: bookmaker refusing to do KYC in advance - fortune jack btw- on: July 30, 2024, 03:31:17 PM
IMO whether KYC costs a casino resources or not, if a player offers to undergo KYC then let them. If a casino is all about making g sure users are legit, they should have the resources available to go through the process. As a player I would feel more comfortable knowing I was good to go on a platform vs depositing, winning, being asked for documents, and fucked out of my money for some stupid reason.
You have said it correctly. If I have to get verified on a gambling site, I will know from the ToS. If the ToS says the verification is mandatory and the casino did not let me do the verification and requesting me to first deposit, I will close the gambling site app on my browser and that would be the last time that I will visit the gambling site. It is shady and a lot of people would be scammed this way.
242  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Avoid dangerous downloads on: July 30, 2024, 03:24:13 PM
Even on websites like Electrum, be sure to verify the GPG signature before download. if you were downloading the electrum wallet software, you can use the GPG signature to check that software actually came from Thomas Voegtlin the original developer and the others who have contributed to the source code and also that the website hasn't been hacked and uploaded with fake versions of the software which could be running malicious code that will try to steal your Bitcoin. Well you can check the software and check the signature on it to make sure it's coming from the right people and it has not been tampered with. Do it for every download of any wallet software.
This will depend on the app that I am using. If I am using Electrum, I can verify through PGP signature that the app comes from the right source but what about the exchanges and banks app that does not have any PGP signature? Also sometimes I do not need the PGP but go to application store to download apps like X, news apps and others that do not have anything to do with money. If many people download the app on application store, I will know that it is original.
243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $5 lost by a poor gambler is worth to him than $1K lost by a rich gambler on: July 30, 2024, 12:42:46 PM
Most rich people have other addictions such as drugs, alcohol and sex. So even when they get involved in gambling, they are not very focused on gambling, because they are focused on drugs, alcohol and sex.
Men generally are prone to sex. So if you have money, you may meet a girl that you like and feel like having sex with her even several times. Some men are decent but most men are not. Even the people that are not rich men see opportunities like this. People that are not rich can be into drug but not expensive ones. Also people that are not rich still can be addicted to alcohol. I just do not like to differentiate between rich and poor people about addictions. Addiction is about personality.

Let us know more about your VPN service. You should not provide telegram username link unless you are using it to offer customer support. For this service, you need to have a website. What is the URL of your website?

Telegram are often used by scammers. You are not trustworthy yet. What is the name of your site?
245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Club loyalty or winning bet? on: July 29, 2024, 09:35:24 PM
I am also a fan of a club that I love, but I would prefer to win a $500 bet than to see them win the UCL. My loyalty doesn't supersede my quest for gambling wins. What's your view?
I am not even a fan of any club because I saw no reason of being a fan of any club. If I am a fan of a club and someone  asked me that I should take my club to win but that I would lose $500, or the club that I am supporting or that I am fan of should lose and I would win $500. I will choose to win $500. I can not afford to lose because of the club to win as the club can not afford to lose for me to win. The club does not care about me and I do not care if it comes to money.
246  Other / Meta / Re: My account was hacked and has been spamming. on: July 29, 2024, 09:24:59 PM
I haven't used it for years but got notifications for password change.
I have control of the account now but I can't see where to delete it.
Please delete this account.  It's a risk and I'm not using it.
You want admin to delete your account because you think it can be hacked again? Know that your account can not be deleted. But if you do not want to visit this forum again and you do not want to have access to your account anymore, just forget about the account and do not have any of the account detailswith you any longer. You can also discard the email. You can create a new email for it and also use the password that you will not remember. If you do not know the email password and the password of your account on this forum, you will not be able to access this forum any longer. But I do not think anyone should be so bother to the extent he will think to delete his forum account.

Go and do something about your negative trust. You wanted a non-collateral loan. Your plan failed because nobody lend you any money. You posted about 400% profit in a month. Your plan failed. Now you are offering this. Definitely this is also a scam. I guess you are in a country that will pay evil fee and also you have tried many VPN but your newly created accounts have to pay evil fee. So you decided to use an old account.
248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are There Ways Late Adopters Like Us Can Benefit from Bitcoin? on: July 28, 2024, 01:53:21 PM
Bitcoin marketcap has already increased. Do not expect bitcoin will continue to increase so much in price like it was in the past. The volatility in bitcoin price is reducing which makes bitcoin becoming a safe asset people can invest on. If you want high ROI, go for altcoins like meme coins. But know that you may lose your money as you want huge ROI, but it is possible that you can make money. Bitcoin is safer and better but the profit may not be that much.
249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your easy guide to Crypto Gaming on: July 28, 2024, 09:42:50 AM
If people want to gamble in crypto casinos, but they didn't choose Duelbits, I would say they're crazy since they refuse to gamble on trustworthy casinos.
What do you mean by this. You meant Duelbit is the only crypto gambling site and that if people do not use it, that the person is crazy because they refuse to gamble on trustworthy casinos. You are wrong. There are many other crypto gambling sites that can be used instead which are very legit and trustworthy. You know this. You do not have to be bias.

But now it's time for Duelbits to shine. Shocked
If you use search engine to search for crypto gambling sites, you will see Duelbit among them. Duelbit is a well known crypto gambling site.
250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 1xbit fake reviews on: July 27, 2024, 09:26:41 AM
Trustpilot does not regulate positive reviews.

If you own a. Business you can basically have negative reviews removed but another easy way to burry the bad ones is to also buy lots and lots of positive ones. For instance, a positive review might just cost a few cents on a social media management site that sells such things like likes in bulk.

However this would be very hard to prove. Generally speaking trustpilot is very weird so I wouldn't trust it. They are much like yelp where if a bad business pays they can essentially hide negative reviews.
If I am checking reviews, I do not go for positive ones. I bought something online last year, there were good reviews but with few negative reviews. Two months after I am using the thing, it started to develop faults and stopped working. I decided to check the reviews and I some negative reviews. Among the negative reviews, 2 stated that they used the product for two weeks and it got damaged. So out of many positive reviews, always look for the negative ones which are the truth. If you check 1xbit, you will see that it has many negative reviews. That is what you should trust.
251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you sometimes get irritated by excess bitcoin fees ? on: July 26, 2024, 09:15:52 PM
To be honest with you, I wish there is alternative to this problems but when you complain, some Bitcoin supporters comes for you like you don't like Bitcoin. I like Bitcoin with all my heart, no digital currency comes close when it comes to everything about it but you see this congestion, it sucks when there too many transactions on the network and you are left with no choice than to wait because the asking fee is even bigger than what you want to send to another wallet.
If you read my post, you will not be annoyed anymore. Go to the third post and see what I posted. That you can use lightning network wallet. There are many among them that are newbie friendly. Also there are many exchanges that have it. But let me include another one which is liquid network. It is pegged to bitcoin price. You can also use it. Wallets like Green and Aqua support the liquid network. The fee is also low but it is not exactly bitcoin but a peg.
252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you sometimes get irritated by excess bitcoin fees ? on: July 26, 2024, 12:29:48 PM
For frequent transactions and small amount of bitcoin, use lightning network.

You can make use of very low fee or $0 fee if you are using lightning network. There are many newbies friendly noncustodial bitcoin lightning network wallet now.

Lists of open-source bitcoin lightning wallets

Exchanges like Binance, OKX, BitMart, Bitfinix, Bisq, Robosats, Paxful, Kucoin Noones and some other exchanges are having lightning network for deposit and withdraw now.

This will ease your frustration when bitcoin mempool is congested.
253  Economy / Gambling / Re: bookmaker refusing to do KYC in advance - fortune jack btw- on: July 26, 2024, 05:02:54 AM
I am not supporting Fortunejack here, but to be honest, I think that the reason they don’t undergo advance KYC is that it will cost them additional time and labor work.
If I understood you rightly, are you saying the casino will mandate their user who won to do KYC before withdrawing? This is common on many gambling sites but it is not making any sense. If you make KYC mandatory, you should also let people do the KYC before they can be able to deposit.

KYC are processed manually at many casinos; hence, the work load for them will increase.
I thought FortuneJack is not a small betting site. Are you saying they are small betting site? This is common on some well known gambling sites. People do have issue with such gambling site in a way they will be able to deposit but not able to withdraw

They also don’t know whether the user will make a big deposit or not; hence, they don’t want to waste the time and labor on doing KYC verification. If the user makes some shady moves while betting, or if they want to find the source of the deposit, then only they will ask for the KYC. So, OP, if you don’t have any issues with either of the conditions, then deposit, and if they ask for KYC, then go for the process. It’s very simple and easy.
If they make KYC mandatory, these are not excuses not to make the user do KYC before depositng money. In a well regulated gambling sites, all users must get verified before they can deposit.
254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Signals for Casino games a real thing? on: July 26, 2024, 04:33:52 AM
I do not think possible that casino games can have signals for it like trading signals.
In sport that is still certain than casino, but they are both scam. All of them are scam. They will attract their victims and scam them. How about the ones that are not certain which are casino games. It should easily be known to people that this is a scam. People will try all possible means to make money, be it legit or not legit. This is an illegitimate way to make money from people by stealing from them.
255  Economy / Gambling / Re: bookmaker refusing to do KYC in advance - fortune jack btw- on: July 26, 2024, 04:29:01 AM
It's not a weird practice at all. All online casinos that use license actually ask it in advance these days. Crypto casinos operate differently I guess and that's why I use them, because the traditional ones actually don't let me gamble.
There are still many of them that are licensed but will not request for KYC from you. There are some of the casinos that will not even ask their customers to be verified unless they are suspecting something about the person.  Also there are some casinos that makes KYC compulsory but they will not ask unless the person wants to withdraw. This later one is very bad but common in casinos.
256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Signals for Casino games a real thing? on: July 25, 2024, 07:35:02 PM
I used to use something similar in the past, but those were basically tracker sites. They keep track of some casino in-house games, like Crash for example (but there were for more than one game and one site), and you can check the last time when over x1k appeared, or some higher multiplier...
these kinds of services were for people who like to chase very high multipliers, something I used to do when I had more free time.

These sites/services didn't promise anything, we could only see when the last big multipliers were, and based on that we can judge for ourselves if the next one is coming soon. What you are talking about sounds like something similar, but if someone promises to give you exact timing is most likely a scam.
Be it anyone to me they are all scam if money is involved. It would be good if people avoid anything like this. Scammers are always looking for people to scam but some people will fall for easy scam like this. Even in sport betting, there are many scam there and people are falling for it. I do not expect that some people can come up with an idea and told people that they can do something to make them win huge amount of money on casinos. It is definitely a scam.
257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you played with the POGO? on: July 25, 2024, 08:57:39 AM
So question is, have you played with these casinos before. They have this live dealers which are also available in other casinos that are popular in the forum, I'm thinking maybe they are providing those.
The first time that I heard about POGO was when someone brought it up on this forum that Filipino government wants to ban the game because of how it is used in criminal ways. I did not bother to check what the game is all about. I only play few of casino games which are roulette, dice and slots which are easy to know how to play. That is why I like casinos, they have many games including those ones that does not require cards. I do not know much about card games which is the reason I do not go for blackjack, baccarat and poker.
258  Economy / Gambling / Re: trustdice.win Offering Unrealistic Returns on Staking their Token (TXT) on: July 25, 2024, 08:50:11 AM
They are offering 2% daily returns (no time limit) and you can unstake and cash out any time. Is it too good to be true? I seek advice from reputed and knowledgeable members of this forum.

Do you get the reward? I don’t see a problem here if they pay user based on the percentage they declared. It’s their business and probably your reward is on TXT tokens too which they have tons of supply.
The highest reward that I have seen before which I went for and that I am still doing is my bank 20% APY earning. The money will be in my bank account and the earning would be credited daily. When I first saw this at the beginning of this year, I even doubted it. Yet that is 0.0547% daily profit. If a profit is as high as 2% daily, I do not know how that site is, I can not invest. When I first saw this thread, what I thought was that maybe the OP is accessing a fake Trustdice site.
259  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: exch.cx holding funds and didn’t answer! on: July 25, 2024, 03:04:24 AM
I have now reported the phishing domain to the registrar Netim via this [link], and I hope the site will be taken down as soon as possible so that the scammers who created it do not succeed again. I hope you all do the same.

Good that you reported the site. From the exch official thread, paid2 posted that he reported the site also. Also some other people reported the site. The fake site has been taken down.

One of the important things to do is to use the original URL of a site. Scammers are using similar ones and clone the legit website in order to scam. It is good to avoid a scam like this.
260  Economy / Exchanges / Re: eXch - instant exchange BTC / LN / XMR / LTC / ETH / ERC20 on: July 24, 2024, 07:33:03 PM
Just saw now … excx.FAKE.ch scam site ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️
That's a sneaky one! Try to report it to their registrar:
Code:
    Domain name
    excx.ch

    Registrar
    NETIM
    av arthur notebart 264
    FR-59160 Lille
    Phone +33 972307470
    sales@netim.com

    DNSSEC
    no

    Name servers
    adi.ns.cloudflare.com
    dilbert.ns.cloudflare.com

    First registration date
    24 March 2024
Maybe they'll take it down if you report it for scamming/phishing.
Scammers are targeting the users and new users of this site. I hope exch.cx should try to find similar sites that clone their website and report them also. Cloning a site like this is definitely a scam. This is so sad. 50 LTC is not a small amount of money. We do not know the people this scam site would have also scammed in the past. These similar name of a thing is not common on some other exchanges. I think those exchanges are monitoring other similar sites. Also maybe create similar sites in a way it will redirect users to their real site.
