I was just going through the total, premine and POW numbers, not sure if I got all the giveaways. Please check and see if I am right. Total coin count after POW was right around 75mil of the 750mil total, which won't be reached for 40 yearsish. If you took your premine based on the POW it's 18%, which was mentioned in a previous post, but couldn't find it, so don't know if you answered it. Which I think is important to know so we can see the whole picture. If it was 1.75% of the POW it's only 1.31 mil, if it is of the total it is 13.13 mil. Obviously a huge difference. You have either already paid or still have outstanding bounties of 1.16 mil. Please let me know which premine total is correct.
1btc for 500000, which is 200 sat right?, is high either way, but not acceptable in a anyway if you have a 13.13 mil premine. On my phone otherwise I would look up more of the posts, double check numbers and see if it stated anywhere else. One of the other coins that did this, which was a good deal, total premine 2.22 mil and deal was at 225 sat to raise btc for another exchange and promotion, but the coin was already on market and price at 350 sat, so limited risk to top it off. The dev did the lower than market price so he didn't dump the coin on the market deflating value instantly. Right now MJ doesn't have a market set estimated price. If your premine is 1.31 mil I don't know how you would make this work unless you are putting in some of your own personally mined coin. Which if you are I would be more ok with the 500000 for 1btc, but even a 1.31 mil premine and your own mining, I would think 1 mil MJ for 1 btc 100 sat is more reasonable, again a lot of risk without being on an exchange. If your premine is 13.13 mil an absolute minimum for me to think about it would 2 mil for 1 btc 50 sat.
It would also help to know detailed plans of your vision of the FUTURE of this coin. I don't remember seeing anything about it in detail. Are you going to be donating some premine to some foundation in tribute to MJ? Are you going to try and get a digital music provider to accept MJcoin? What are you thinking besides it just being another coin.
Oh I agree with the post just before this paying for Bittrex is better than paying for askcoin, but getting on an exchange right now is important and AGAIN what is your plan for this coin!

Hi, that happends when the adress stake hopefully dev will update adress soon  ok najzenmajsen We don't understand why people still complaining about it, this ammount is now not as big, any middle incomed crypto enthusiast could bought much more xxx than we have. The coin don't have coin controll, this means when you make a new wallet.dat file, the client generates you 100 address automatically but they are invisible for you, if you generate only 1 visible address which contain some coins, and after you send it or staking, you send all the coins, and get the remainder to a different address. If you send 10k xxx to some address, but you have got 50k total, that means you send the whole 50k in the transaction history, and you get back the remainder 40k, because there is no coin controll it happens you get back the remainder to a different address, maybe to an invisible address, which is available to you wallet.dat file but you can't see it in the list, so we can't tell you which is it. Now we pay a big bounty to coinpayments to make fast a widget to accept xxxcoin, and we trying to talk with porn sites, we found out it is not that simply for them to accept a new coin as a payment option, ie Wankcoin let a lot of pornsite to premine the coin weeks before they released the wallet to this forum. We can't do something like that because the mining period is now over, but we decided to pay them a few Bitcoin from our own money, and a lot of xxx coin to accept it. Just post here any coin developer who decided to split up the premine, and gave it to 2-4 community members to finance anything that they like, we think you can't. Or do you want from us that instead of finance developments and other things, just send it to an address lock it and stop all the developments what we started? Hi Dev. I think you and the rest of the team have been very open with what is going on with the premine, and are doing a great job getting this coin on the best track for success. I personally fined it interesting about the wallet auto generating 100 addresses. Never new that, and no other dev has ever explained that. It makes sense to help things stay anonymous. I know your last question was a bit rhetorical, but I am going to give an answer anyways. I think you should continue with developing new ideas and implementing them. I do understand that people are worried about where the premine is, but again this is just my opinion I am not worried about it since there is evidence or where a lot of it is being spent here on the forum and on IRC. Second solution.
I can make a private sale, a portion of premine to pay a exchange, for us added directly.
ask-coin and coin-swap is 1BTC to be added directly.
Bittrex my not yet responded, the precision value for be added.
example: 500000M.J for 1BTC distributed to investors in proportion to their contributions.
Made me know if you want me to make this sale, and for which exchange.
I was mining a few other coins that did this and it worked out well. Not sure about the ratio though. Need to see what kind of numbers they were doing. Can't remember. I'll look and see if I can find the old posts. |

I hope this coin is still being developed. If so I have just started mining with Nist5 on a coin and like what I see. So might be the algo to use for this coin. I think another person mentioned it before as well. Only 2 coins out that I know of use third is being released soon. Any updates on progress?

nist5 is not so good, there is more power consumption than X11/X13/X15 Hi McNulty, Remember you from other coin. My 8 gpus are coming with less power consumption than X11 and X13. In my opinion there's nothing wrong with the name. It can be associated somehow or we all can try a rebranding.
Even if the DEV dumped the coins we still have our wallets and can keep it alive.
All we need is:
-new logo.
-another well known exchange service (bittrex, mintpal..)
-strong community
-merchant
-website
-facebook
-twitter
-irc channel
We can take over this coin and manage it,
Agreed.Dev dumped his coins is not a bad thing.Look at pinkcoin,vootcoin and purecoin etc.They thrive after being taken over by good dev. The question then is, who is that good dev that would be interested in taking over this coin. Sorry I know nothing about being a dev of a new coin, but I will mention it to some other people I know that are devs. Maybe if everyone talks to the people they know we might find someone! I think the dev is doing us a favor by telling us about the bot. Like he said it would be easy to loose a lot of money while it is in place, but can be a good opportunity for us to buy some cheap coin and increase the number of coin holders, for us that believe in the coin this is a good thing. I know it has been said, but I feel the dev has the best interest of everyone at heart. I'm still going to buy some cheap at the bottom, but only in small amount, and help in anyway I can. I hope the rest of this community does the same. I think there is still a bright future for this coin and I'm anxiously awaiting the good news that I am sure will come.

Hey dev, I know the main focus has been trying to get on an exchange, but any other developments? Any specific plans for the future of this coin?
Also I may have missed it, but have you spent any bitcoin on votes? I saw a few members of the community have and I think it would be nice to see you do the same. I think it will be a great way to rally support for the coin's future success. I'm keeping a tab open and voting as often as I remember I know others are too.
