241  Economy / Economics / Re: Have a Income? Invest in Crypto or Not? Let's think realistically on: May 13, 2023, 11:02:51 AM
The best time to invest is when we have good finances or stable income, if our income reaches $ 15k per month then leave around 30% or around $ 5000 to invest bitcoin, the mistake of many people is not wanting to invest when they have income and this will make them regret it when they have no income.

Simple answer from you don't think much. Investing in cryptocurrencies can provide many benefits in the future by setting aside a few percent of our income. Yes. In my place, they often say, let's just say that this is playing "Julo-Julo" like the habits of traders in the market  Grin Grin.
242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the effects of lowering the average Bitcoin block confirmation time? on: May 13, 2023, 10:38:17 AM
Implementing a lower Bitcoin block average confirmation time in the current situation with the existence of Ordinal causing major disruptions to the network may not be ideal. Once security issues are resolved, decreasing block confirmation times can help reduce bottlenecks in the mempool and provide faster confirmation times for transactions, which can improve user experience and Bitcoin adoption. There are also negative effects to consider such as the risk of a blockchain fork that could reduce the security of the Bitcoin network. In addition, decreasing block confirmation times can increase completion at nodes, making it more difficult for smaller nodes to participate in the network as well as causing the cancellation of the overall mining imbalance. and potentially lower miner penetration in the network.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About Binance Innovation Zone on: May 12, 2023, 05:01:23 AM

Binance will continue to build the crypto ecosystem in a way that promotes transparency and long-term sustainable growth.

I think Binance's Innovation Zone move is seen as a smart move as an intermediate step before the possible elimination of underperforming tokens and CZ as CEO emphasized that this is not just a listing zone, but a way to weed out “projects with no progress” that stop growing is right on target. This motivates investors or others to always update information and monitor developments in investment platforms before or when they enter so they don't get caught off guard by delisting and usually there is notification/announcement in advance.
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 10k investment on: May 12, 2023, 04:36:44 AM

I’m looking to invest 10k, I’m trying to decide if to go with XRP or ADA.

I think everyone giving the same advice that the decision to invest in one coin or two should be based on personal circumstances and investment goals.

In terms of holding I can do it for 1-3 years no real time limit. Not sure what returns I might get short term vs long term. ADA for example i might get 3 to 4 x return, however with XRP that might be a lot more should they win the court case.

When deciding between investing in XRP or ADA, it is my view that it is important to consider the industries they are targeting, as well as current market trends and potential risks.

XRP has been heavily involved in the financial industry, particularly cross-border payments, and is facing legal battles that could impact its value. ADA, on the other hand, is focused on developing decentralized computing platforms and has gained popularity in the NFT and gaming industries.

My slight worry is what happens if XRP lose.

I think not necessarily as you think. XRP has a strong legal team and has won several legal battles recently, which can bode well for ongoing cases.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockscan chat on eth chain have you tried to send a message to a address? on: May 12, 2023, 04:20:56 AM
Yes, I've heard of the blockchain chat feature on the Ethereum network. This is an interesting way to communicate with other users on this platform, especially when it comes to sending transactions. I think blockchain chat is not a traditional messaging app. In order to send a message, you have to make a transaction on the Ethereum network, which means you have to pay a petrol fee. It's also important to be careful with the information you share, because everything on the blockchain is public and permanent.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investor lose billionaire opportunity -Damien Slash lost it over MEME coin SHIBA on: May 12, 2023, 03:59:05 AM
Have you encountered anything like this?

Absolutely every investor and trader in any market has encountered it. The effect is called FOMO. The lost profit syndrome causes many to take rash actions and buy an asset at a time when it is already time to sell it and lock in a profit. Very many investors, seeing the success of one asset, begin to panic and look all over the market for similar projects to get an opportunity to earn as well as that successful project. This does not happen because to be successful, it is not enough to be like any other project.

Every project is unique, and success is not guaranteed. Instead of chasing trends, focus on building a diversified portfolio with a long-term perspective and a solid understanding of the underlying assets. You are absolutely right. FOMO, or fear of missing out, is a common phenomenon in the investment world, particularly in the fast-moving cryptocurrency market. When investors see the value of a particular asset skyrocket, it's easy to feel pressure to jump in and invest quickly, even if the asset is overpriced or the market is experiencing a bubble.

The story of Damien Slash missing his chance to become a billionaire with the SHIBA INU meme coin is a perfect example of this. It's easy to look back and think “what ifs”, but it's important to remember that hindsight is always backwards and Investing in cryptocurrencies can be a rollercoaster ride, with ups and downs that can leave an investor feeling both excited and discouraged.

Yes, it is very important to stay and not go against the mainstream and not allow temporary emotions to cloud we, I think is better
247  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we now on Crypto bull run? on: May 10, 2023, 09:34:43 AM

I know the situation on checking the chart of bitcoin, no crypto will move so high as it did since January without finding a support at lower levels. The support may not be deeper but it will give the relieve for it to have stronger power to pump in case it still have the trend. The pump of bitcoin is getting better visibility, it may not test below $20k this year again. The time of the over-bearish condition was last year and it's gone.

Yes. Correct. Every Coin/token needs a support level to continue its bullish trend, it is also important to consider other factors that influence market behavior. The crypto market is unstable and can move unpredictably. Recent trends show that Bitcoin is recovering from previous lows and has been performing better. However, it is important to remember that markets can change at any time, and whether we are investors or not, we must always weigh the risks and today is still wednesday but if today is friday it will be even worse the correction could be to the price of $19K. 248  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC Silver and Gold on: May 10, 2023, 09:23:36 AM
I am curious. How many of you also stack gold and silver in addition to BTC as a hedge for inflation?

One more don't forget  OP, is the Dollar. Gold, silver and Bitcoin have all traditionally been seen as safe havens during times of inflation, the US Dollar has also historically played a role in protecting against inflation. So whether it's gold, silver, Bitcoin or Dollars, make sure you have a balanced portfolio to weather any economic storm and their fourth Lovebird.
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Confident Are you With Altcoin In This Time on: May 10, 2023, 08:59:44 AM
While it is true that some altcoins have shown a positive direction, investing in them solely on the assumption that this is the year of the altcoins can be risky. It's like betting on a horse with a funny name on a racetrack. Sure, it's entertaining, but it's not a smart investment strategy. I want to underline that investment decisions should always be made after careful consideration and analysis. So, instead of putting your savings into  altcoins, why not invest in the obvious coins like BTC which are good investments  Wink Wink
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What role have altcoins played in cryptocurrency industry on: May 10, 2023, 08:28:16 AM
It's true that basically everything has its own role in this cryptocurrency industry,
however we cannot underestimate the role of altcoins,
what is clear is that all of this makes the cryptocurrency industry grow and that's good.

Yes, broadly speaking Altcoins offer an alternative to users who are looking for features that Bitcoin lacks and have also helped in creating healthy competition among cryptocurrency projects, driving innovation and the development of new technologies. Without this competition I don't think the cryptocurrency industry would have developed as fast as it is today.

However, the presence of altcoins can also be confusing for new users and make it difficult to choose which asset to buy. In addition, some altcoins can also be scams or have unpromising long-term prospects.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does Cardano get so much hate? on: May 10, 2023, 08:14:47 AM
I saw his on group FaceBook they are talking about ADA and I saw in the comment section that this project as of now that have accused of being overly focused on marketing and hyping the project rather than delivering actual results.  And also this has a low-development project in which they noticed that the community or supporters only wanted to have hype, not the real use.

I don't pay much attention to this altcoin and I don't interested in why people criticized this project.
It might be another number of shitcoin that it's good to be avoided.

Yes, that's a valid point. Cardano has been one of the most talked about blockchain projects in recent years and the development of Cardano has not lived up to its hype and that the project is not focused enough on delivering real world use cases.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain 3.0, Next gen crypto talk on: May 10, 2023, 07:58:16 AM
Yes, The problem of high fees persists in the Bitcoin network, If a routing node has a large number of channels open, a force-close of one or more of these channels could potentially result in a loss of funds and fees for the node operator. I think Lightning Network is still in the early stages of development

254  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is Inflation Happening All Over the World At Once? on: May 04, 2023, 06:25:54 AM
I think the main reason is that most nations followed the U.S. in creating huge amounts of their currencies during the pandemic.

It is felt when the central bank takes other actions to fight inflation through measures such as raising interest rates and reducing the money supply what has happened. This policy has caused an increase in the money supply causing inflation to occur. Good intentions indeed but it takes time to fully manifest in changing economic conditions to stimulate their economy during a pandemic.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I keep my BNB or Sell it? on: May 04, 2023, 05:52:51 AM
Hi, I'm new to here. So just want to ask your help or guide.

So what i need to know should I convert it to stable coin or should I invest it for bitcoin? Because my friends say that BNB don't have a future anymore. So I'm fully worry about this.

If you believe that the market is headed for a bull run and BNB will continue to grow, then holding on to your BNB may be a good strategy. However, if you are looking to make a quick profit or are concerned about potential market fluctuations, selling your BNB may be a safer option and buying BTC. It's easy, right  Smiley.
256  Economy / Economics / Re: Effects of Cryptocurrency Adoption on: May 04, 2023, 05:40:06 AM
The effects of crypto currency adoption have various effects both positive and negative. Some potential benefits would include increased financial income, it might reduced also transactions fees, greater privacy, and security in financial transactions. On the other hand the negative effect of the adoption is the potential increased in criminal activities like hacking and scamming, also the environmental impact of the crypto currency mining. But of course the effects of crypto currency adoption will depend on how it is regulated and implemented.

Of course! In addition to the potential advantages and disadvantages of cryptocurrency adoption mentioned earlier, there are also some that need to be addressed immediately and these are some of the obstacles that need to be considered and paid attention to together.

One of the obstacles is the lack of understanding and education about cryptocurrencies, which can make it difficult for people to use them effectively and safely and the lack of standardization and regulation in different countries and regions, which can create confusion and uncertainty for users and lastly is the problem of scalability, due to current technology. behind many cryptocurrencies can only handle a limited number of transactions per second, potentially limiting their widespread adoption as a mainstream form of currency.
257  Economy / Economics / Re: food supply Blockchain technology. on: May 04, 2023, 05:29:51 AM
I think Blockchain Technology might be effective in increasing transparency and improving the food supply chain is enabling secure and tamper-resistant transaction records consumers can have greater confidence in the safety and quality of the food they consume and has the potential to reduce food waste and improve supply chain efficiency, which in turn can benefit producers and consumers. But, The Blockchain Technology is not a panacea and cannot completely eliminate food fraud or contamination. It can only serve as a tool to increase accountability and help prevent such problems from occurring. For food preservation, although it is useful for extending the shelf life of food products.
258  Economy / Economics / Re: 2023: What money lessons have you learned so far? on: May 04, 2023, 05:17:53 AM

What money lessons have you learned so far?

I learned that investing in yourself, whether through education or personal development, can be one of the most rewarding investments you can make for future financial success. To me money is a tool, not an end in itself and another important money lesson I've learned is the power of compound interest. By investing your money wisely and agreeing to grow over time we can harness the power of compounding to accelerate our financial development so prioritize your values and use money to support one's goals and desires in fulfilling my needs.
259  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you ready to spend crypto when market is down on: May 04, 2023, 05:07:15 AM
I think everyone is waiting for that moment .

It's like being caught in the rain without an umbrella. When cryptocurrency prices fall, people tend to hold on to their assets tightly, hoping for better days in the future. It's like a game of crypto hot potato - no one wants to be left holding the bag while the music stops. So, they are more likely to increase their assets than spend them. It's a waiting game, and everyone is hoping for that elusive moment and when the price skyrockets again they smile back. Cheesy Cheesy.
260  Economy / Economics / Re: does bitcoin help in your economy? on: May 04, 2023, 04:51:37 AM
there are many people investing in bitcoin, some are profitable and some are losing. and I believe bitcoin has a big advantage. The question is whether when you benefit from bitcoin, you can help your economy and your family?

Investing in Bitcoin wisely is more like you investing in a business. Since a business will add to the economic growth of your country, Bitcoin will also go a long way to help the economy as people who invested wisely are making their cash.

Not that I support this view, the apparent fact is that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are based on blockchain technology, which has the potential to transform various industries and create new business opportunities. As more people invest in and use cryptocurrencies, developers and entrepreneurs are encouraged to explore new use cases and applications for blockchain technology.

I think this can lead to the creation of new products, services and job opportunities in the technology sector. Additionally, investing in Bitcoin can help diversify an individual's investment portfolio, which can result in a more stable long-term financial plan meaning that different asset classes, including cryptocurrencies, investors can reduce their overall risk and potentially increase their returns over time. to time.

The question now is are we all interested in BTC now?
