Maybe they have some bad experiences on new projects they invested, so they don't want to invest on new project anymore.
New project is more risky than old project because you don't know the outcome yet. Researching and studying about the new project before investing is mandatory.

What the *eck is going on? we have many good projects coming into crypto space but they mostly end up failing, too many good new projects are dying as if they are been created to just die, what do you think its killing new good projects apart from scam projects?
'Good' projects may not good enough to attracting the investors in cryptocurrency world, so they failed to raise enough money. i think if a project is good, they should raising funds via exchange, in other words, launching IEO for their project. |

If we holding it blindly, yes we can go rekt. Most altcoins from the past are dead, they have no development.
We should be very picky when we want to holding some coins for long time, otherwise we may holding some useless coins.

That is $110k in total, why did you decide to investing that much in cryptocurrency ? BNB is a potential coin, good you have it. But why not buy some bitcoin ? Now bitcoin price is low, you should have some bitcoins in your portfolio. |

We may don't know when the best time to investing because the market can goes down anytime in crypto.
But as long we we see the coin price still lower than average price, we can consider it is a good time to invest.

If we have objection on KYC bounty campaign, then we can feel free to not join the campaign.
Even the manager has been KYC verified, we cannot sure the project will really pay the hunters or not after the campaign end.

I just find out that some coins might start with very low volume and marketcap and end up growing big? true or false? i tracked back some old coins that start with trading volume around 6k and end up in millions, is this still possible today?
Why do you think it is not possible ? Maybe the coin was still in development at the beginning, then they was developing very good and gained people's interest later. In cryptocurrency, it is possible for coin to have some changes in the volume or the price at any time. |

You can find scam coin by an intense due diligence toward the project of the coin.
we will find many red flags in scam coin such as team profile, whitepaper content, etc.
The most important to find scam is the time, you will need more time so you can find them

For me, bitcointalk site is the best place i can find all of coin announcements.
You don't really need other sites to get information about coin launch because they can be paid to promote the coin.
Just feel free to read the announcements here and always doing our own research about the project.

If i have $1000, i will waiting for the market movements.
There will be a significant movement in the market in the future, but we don't know when.
When there are some signs of bull market, i will use my money to buy the top coins.

I dont know either why there are many exchange projects in crypto, but we should not using too many exchanges.
For me, i just enough to using 3 or 4 exchanges for arbitrage trading. More exchanges won't make more volume on the crypto market, only spread the volume.

That is not good, i was believing that GRAFT coin will be success in the future.
They should using the money they raised very careful and efficient to keep developing their project.
If the raised funds already empty, then it is their responsibility because they are the one who used it.

There were some successful bounty projects in early 2018 like Shivom, BABB, Crypterium, etc.
But the bounties were keep going worse, many projects were failed to raised enough funds so hunters cannot sell the reward with a good value.

For me, i use cryptocurrency for trading on multiple exchanges, and join ICO and IEO using crypto.
Campaign managers who want to promote their project are using crypto too, to pay their participants.

If regulation never come anytime sooner can we protect ourselves? how can we protect ourselves from crypto monsters hiding in disguise, especially bounty projects coming into crypto space with full force, any ideas ? I know many are going to say we should do better research before promoting projects, is there any strict blows we can give these monsters by ourselves ?
Sometimes we need regulation to prevent crypto used by scammers in disguise. But regulation will make crypto more centralized, we must think about the regulation and keep crypto decentralized. The bounty project listed on IEO is very good because exchange already verified the project. |

Too many cryptocurrency coins are already dead, even before they get listed on coinmarketcap. Some dead crypto can be exchanged on dex, but the price is usually very low. You cannot make big money from it, just forget it. |

Well, peoples prefer to joining IEO in centralized exchange because it will be safer.
Centralized platform will have good control and management than decentralized one.
One big problem in decentralized is scam/fraud. Once this problem can be resolved, peoples may prefer to join ICO than IEO.

~ - and finally you are banned in this group  Haha this is very true they don't want to be disturbed by their community. Very weird, because it is normal for peoples who bought their coin to asking about the development progress. Fraud project won't have time to working for development, so there won't be any updates of something new. |
